Based off of my experience I do not recommend A&J automotive, I found them to be highly unprofessional, unreliable as well as untrustworthy. They had my car for 6 weeks, did not answer the phone or return calls the many times I tried to make contact in hopes of progress. The work agreed to be done wasn t done in the amount of time said, and a time couldn t be given or guaranteed. After being strung along I towed my car to a more reputable shop. When I arrived to meet the tow truck they threw my keys at me when I wanted an explanation as to why they had the interior parts of my vehicle from under the hood, sitting in my car s passenger and back seat. The father and son with another worker proceeded to be very unprofessional as they spewed racial slurs at me and a friend there for my safety. They purposely took parts from my car to make it more difficult and adding extra expenses to be fixed at the next shop I took it to. At the shop I took my car to it was said they either purposely sabotaged my car or didn t know what they were doing and just didn t care. A&J automotive had my car for six weeks and couldn t fix it the next shop fixed my car in one week.

These people are horrible they should not have an up and running business after doing business with them I wish I would have just went somewhere else instead of trying to find a less expensive way. This was the worst experience dealing with this company I hope this review helps prevent someone from dealing with the kind of experience I had dealing with them

I was wrong most dishonest mechanic spent over 6000 in repairs on tires and rims when the front axle needed fixed still cant drive our jeep then John Chaffin Jr insulted my husband by text I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE
