AMAZING SERVICE!! (12/21/23) My daughter was driving north on I-95 headed to VA & hit a big pot-hole causing her to pull over to check for damage. Small cosmetic bumper damage but she "noticed" a ticking sound emitting from the front of the car ... after calling me & us checking her fluids + dashboard for lights, we decided we needed to have it reviewed by an auto mechanic in order to make a "good decision." The 3 local Chevy Dealers couldn't accommodate "today" & the earliest available was Wed, 12/28/23 - 7 days away!I found Palmetto online & noticed they had some really good ratings w/ solid reviews. I called & asked if they could help a "dad" out w/ a daughter sorta stuck at the stateline ... not only did they say to come in (w/ less than 2 hours to close), they immediately looked it over.Mechanic or Owner called me about 20 mins later & said he thoroughly reviewed the engine, oil pan & other lines beneath the car - found no structural or mechanical damage. The ticking turned out to be the bumper assembly ... some temp body screws & we were good-to-go!Here's the best part - they told me they weren't going to charge me ANYTHING & wished me a MERRY CHRISTMAS!! MIND BLOWN!!! I insisted they write up a diagnostic invoice for $100 bucks & at least let me put some cash in his pocket!!WHO DOES THIS ANYMORE - WOW!! Wish I lived closer .... these would be my "Go-To-Mechanic" for sure!!

I broke the throttle cable on my '68 Firebird one evening and had it towed to Joe's shop. They've been doing work on my daily driver for a couple years now and are always honest and fair. Joe went to the trouble of modifying the bracket so the new throttle cable could be correctly installed. He always gives you an estimate of the cost and keeps you updated as to the progress of your repair. My Ford F350, the workhorse of my construction business broke down and I couldn't find a diesel mechanic to repair it. Joe and his crew got right on it and replaced my high pressure pump and repaired other issues that they found in about 3 days. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for diesel repairs!

Great repair shop! We send all our family s vehicles here. Honest, capable, professional. Fixed my transmission, which another shop had flushed incorrectly. Ford service dept and the other shop told me I needed a NEW transmission. That was a year ago. 2010 Ford Escape with 157,000 miles is STILL going strong!

Joe and his staff always put forth first class effort. There are very few shops that I trust with my vehicles and this is one of them and I'm a former ASE master technician.

Definitely would not recommend. Charged a 2 hr diagnostic fee to hook up the scanner, unplug the icp sensor and to read the code that the idm was bad. I literally did the same test he did in 10 minutes.$190 out the door.

Service is always great and completed on schedule. Joe and I have been friends a very long time and he is a man of his word, he will do what he says and do it right. I trust Joe with all my vehicles but besides me only Joe will touch Red, my 1979 F350 flat bed.
