I had the best experience working with Scott at O. C. Welch Ford. After months of looking for a truck, this F-150 beauty popped up and I quickly went in for a test drive. Scott answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I didn t feel pushed into my decision. Working with Scott was a major factor in me buying this truck. Down muddy dirt roads to across town- this truck is a real gem and has served me well so far on the farm.

Just moving to SC decided it was time to trade in my fusion for a convertible. Visited OC Welch and was surprised to find exactly what I wanted at a fair price. My Salesperson Devin Fry was amazing from the beginning of the process straight through to driving it off the lot this morning. Chris, in the finance dept was also helpful and knowledgeable and very much appreciated. The whole process was seamless and I highly recommend the dealership and their staff.

Ask for Tim Balch, he is the best! We were looking to purchase a new truck and Tim made our experience easy and smooth. He listened to our needs and communicated with us throughout the process. Upon arrival, he had exactly what we wanted sitting up front! The inventory at OC Welch is huge so there is no need to go anywhere else.

First time using the new mobile technician service. Ray came out and did a recall fix on my car. He was responsive, on time, professional and efficient! He was able to do the recall fix very quickly! Highly recommend!!

Great customer experience at O.C. Welch Ford! I just traded in my previously owned car for a new 24 Bronco Sport Big Bend, and I love it! Working with Jay and Rick was such a positive experience. My husband and I came in looking for a car but not completely sold on a particular one. We also came in the afternoon on a Saturday about 2 hours before closing. Jay was patient and very thorough, showing us every option around what we were looking for. He wasn t pushy or forceful, but simply let us talk things over and decide what was best for us. Even though they were trying to close for the day we never felt rushed in the process. Jay and Rick worked well together in ensuring we were comfortable making our decision and getting all relevant paperwork complete. We also had the pleasure of working with Chris in finance, who also stayed late, to make sure we were taken care of. He laid things out for us quickly and efficiently without confusion. In the end we came home is a beautiful Expedition that works perfectly with our family and our budget. Jay even took the time to wash it himself since everyone else had already gone home. This was the most stress free car buying experience and we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you O C Welch, Jay, Rick and Chris!

I brought my husband s truck to O C Welch for an oil change, recall of a door lock, and a camera malfunction on September 30, 2023. Besides the lack of communication on the status the vehicle was finally ready for pickup on October 11, 2023. Now you wonder why it took so long? Have no clue other than they say short staff. Then when I pick it up there is oil all over the side doors and running board. Completely incompetent! I will start going to Savannah from now on!!

I have been in the market for a new vehicle for about a year and I ve had countless conversations with dealers over the past several months. It was a grueling and frustrating process, where I felt like I could never get an honest answer out of anyone I spoke to. But then I decided to reach out to OC Welch and that s when my luck finally changed. Ocie is a FANTASTIC human being. He s honest, above all. He was very helpful and kind, SO friendly, and he answered all of my questions (there were a lot). When my vehicle arrived, Ocie and Chris Roe (also a stellar human being!) went above and beyond to help walk me through the entire process. I can t say enough good things. My experience at OC Welch far exceeded expectations, and I would encourage anyone to go see OC!

Had an amazing experience with The Quick Lane!! Extremely professional staff, very knowledgeable friendly and competent staff! Took a little longer but was well worth it!!! Truck is perfect now! They have greatly improved with the New Manager Cameron and his Advisor Kenneth ! Kept me updated throughout the process and over delivered and exceeded my expectations! We purchased a new vehicle and had a seamless totally professional experience that is rare when it come to purchasing vehicles. Sam Elliot was our sales person and Chris handled the financial site we were able to get all info etc ahead of time and provided back to them walked in and everything was perfect. Start to finish including Sam taking the time to walk through first hand all the features and how to set them all up 35 minutes back on the road. I greatly appreciated the efficiency of the process. Will return for future purchases.

I am 18 years old and I wanted to buy my first ever car and I picked out a Lincoln 2023 Corsair and Mr. Joe and Mr. Craig were awesome!! They matched the exact payments I was looking for and My sales person was Tom , he was so kind and helpful and helped me find my dream car! Great service! I went to the pre-owned building as I wasn t quite sure where to start. Felipe was incredibly helpful in finding the exact car that I was looking for. I gave him different amenities I was looking for, without a specific car in mind and he came up with the perfect match! I would definitely recommend using him as your salesman, he answered all questions I had and made sure to give me updates as things were happening. 10/10 recommend! Thanks Felipe!

Awful experience. Once I finally found someone willing to help me while in a tough situation, they tried to take full advantage of me. Wasted 6 hours, no consideration of price negotiation. Rental department brushed me off several times by going to talk with their manager and never giving me a response. Service department couldn t spare 5 minutes to look at my truck.If I could give 0 stars I would.EDIT: They replied; I pushed my own truck off the highway and into their lot where it sat for another 3 days without being looked at. Not sure what the Year, make, model and mileage have to do with anything?Did not ask to be given or loaned a truck; just to be sold one for a fair price in a timely manner.

Great service from a great sales team.I was looking for a used Lincoln Nautilus and found the one I wanted and from the 1st phone calls to the drive off the lot I had an Amazing experience and as a man who has been driving for over 60 years I have dealt with a lot of salesmen and dealerships. NONE were any better than this one. From the Salesman Brian Luna or the financial guy Bryan Clark to the sales manager Joe Ferezy I had nothing but an excellent experience. And a special acknowledgment to Mariel (Mary) Morgan who took me for a test drive and explained all the nuances of this modern SUV. As a 76 year old who has driven many cars and trucks I have never had one with all this electronics and she (patiently) explained it to me (sometimes over and over) giving me the confidence I needed. Amazing experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Good service and a good deal. Hard to beat.

Mr. Welch continues to run a classy and honest dealership. I recently had a horrible experience with a competitor dealer and what a difference it makes when a dealership is run by a present owner. They care and it shows. Sam Elliott was my salesperson and did a great job making the entire process seamless and easy. Save yourself the headache elsewhere and buy a Ford from OC.

Had a great experience with this service department. They got my car in for recall work, also requested a full service for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service was awesome! Completely happy with the communication with updates. Very happy and would recommend. Be patient. The car industry is terrible for parts and chips. The service industry is doing all they can to make it happen.Thank you for a great job! Will return!

I would like to personally say this was the best experience in car buying that I have had. It is not often that the owner of the Company takes time to come speak to you like Mr. Welch done. i wouldn't mind driving another 3.5 hours to conduct business with him again. Such great service at OC Welch today and last week. Last week had an oil change and was in and out in about an hour and a half which has been much better than previous visits. Then today I received 4 new tires and again they were on time with the allotted time they gave me. All staff was friendly and helpful. The cashier, Jodi, is always the sweetest ever. Brian Hale was the service advisor I dealt with the last two times and he is top notch. Thank you both and OC Welch!

Purchased a Ford edge and couldn t be happier with the automobile and also with the great customer service! Felipe Antonio was fantastic and made us feel very comfortable and answered any questions and concerns that we had.
