Rachel and John were both fantastic at showing me different options of cars and features and warranties. Rachel was an amazing sales rep who was able to show me a new 2024 RR Evoque. She explained everything about the touchscreen, set up the app for my car, and was able to arrange for me to pay the vehicle outright the next day (Tuesday) when I didn't have a check on me on Monday. A quick and easy two-day experience. John was great at going over the warranty options and was able to get me an extended warranty for a great price. I highly recommend working with these two to buy a Land Rover Range Rover!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with AutoNation Land Rover Hilton Head has been an absolute nightmare from start to (non-existent) finish.We purchased a Range Rover from this dealership, which was supposed to be a joyous occasion. However, it quickly turned into a never-ending saga of incompetence and frustration. From the moment we took delivery of our vehicle, it became abundantly clear that this dealership couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.We were promised that two minor issues would be promptly repaired, but what followed was a comedy of errors that would be laughable if it weren't so infuriating. Despite numerous assurances, it took over four months just to secure a service appointment. And even then, the promises of timely repairs were nothing but empty words.Not only did they fail to order the necessary parts before we took delivery, but they also continued to string us along with a barrage of excuses and empty promises. "The parts are in," they said. But surprise, surprise they weren't. Six weeks later, and we're still without our new vehicle that we've been paying for.To add insult to injury, attempting to communicate with anyone at this dealership is an exercise in futility. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and it wouldn't surprise me if they've gone as far as blocking my number. The service manager, Cody Koenig, and assistant Leslie Rayes, who seems to be straight out of a sitcom, has provided us with a litany of excuses that would be hilarious if they weren't so detrimental to our experience.At this point, I have no idea how to retrieve our vehicle without resorting to legal action or involving law enforcement. It's beyond comprehension how a supposedly reputable dealership could treat customers with such disdain and disregard.Save yourself the headache and steer clear of AutoNation Land Rover Hilton Head at all costs. They've turned what should have been a joyous experience into an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy.

Horrible customer service. They are unfriendly and unresponsive. After a month of trying to get my car scheduled with no returned phone calls, I was informed that the next available date was over a month and a half away. In that month, my car is now seriously overdue for service. I spoke with Leslie, who was less than helpful and completely unapologetic. I should also mention that I purchased my vehicle, a 2020 Range Rover, with 19,000 miles on it. At 20,000 miles I had to have all four tires replaced because it was shaking while driving on the highway. I was informed that both back tires were caving in and about to blow out. They were supposed to be 50,000 mile rated tires. At 21,000 miles, the service light came on and I have been trying to get my car scheduled ever since. I ve opted to bring my car all the way to the Jacksonville dealership to avoid having to deal with the one in Hilton Head.

They're friendly and knowledgeable. They wash and vaccuum my car before returning it to me. It does take quite a while to get an appointment for service, but once you're there it's great!

Horrible experience overall. See my Cars. Com review. Communication and after sale follow up non existing. Still waiting on someone to call me back with a solution on a 2021 Audi we bought and did not get more than 300 miles on it, car broke down left wife on the side of the road for 3 hours. No phone call back from dealer to give us guidance regarding what to do. We finally got it figured out the next day. Bad experience and we have asked to return vehicle or come up with a solution. Still waiting on a call back after 7 days. I even offered a solution, but once again no call back. You should be ashamed of how this has gone down. Once you purchase and you sign the paperwork, you are just a number.

My experience with LandRover Hilton Head was not a good . My car had a drive shaft issue (at 35k!) and had to be towed in .No one called to say it had arrived - I had to call to make sure it arrived safely. It took them2 weeks from the time the car wasBrought in for them to even look at my car for a diagnosis. The service center call people were rude and un helpful and almost laughed when I asked for a loner car. When the mechanic finally did look at the car it was 10Days before the part came in and the car wasRepaired. I wrote a letter to the dealership GM- no response. The actual service team once the car was brought in to be looked at did textMe to keep updated- really the first meaningful communication from LandRover Hilton Head after 2 weeks of silence.I had been considering purchasing a new Range Rover Sport and had spoken to someone on the sales team - she informed me it would be a 4-6 month wait for a custom build which was fine but when this servicing nightmare all occurred and I pointed out my concern radio silence. Never heard another word from her. Nor from the GM. Seems like there are some fundamental operational problems at this dealership and so I have decided to sell my Range Rover and buy a car where I know I well get excellent service and sales assistance in Savannah. I love the car but this experience was a deal breaker for me .A luxury brand vehicle like this should have an amazing infrastructure of sales and service around it at the local dealership. I want to give a shout out to Cody in Service at LR HH -He was amiable and helpful at the end when we picked upThe car and he did text me for the last week regularly .

I dealt with Nigil Briant when coming to look at getting a new truck. Very friendly from the beginning, but most importantly this was the easiest purchase I have had to date. Nigil was very knowledgeable and closed the process out very quickly. If you are looking a fast and easy process, go see Nigil and Jaguar and Land Rover of Hilton Head.

Go see Mr. Nigil!!! He was extremely transparent and knowledgeable about all the cars. I bought a luxury vehicle for business purposes and the transaction with him was so smooth. He even picked me up from the airport, had a bottle of water and a granola bar to welcome me. I will NOT do business with another superstar. I ll be back good sir.

Beware of service times! Our 2022 Defender has a check engine light on. Service said I would need to leave my vehicle for 1 to 2 weeks so they can perform the diagnostics. This timeframe didn t even include the repair. I tried to get a 20,000 mile service a few months ago and they recommended getting it performed elsewhere because they didn t have the staff. From my experience, this dealership isn t able to service the vehicles they sell.

Vacationing on the island for the week so my wife and I came in just to see what Range Rover had to offer - drove off in a 2021 Range Rover Sport HSE Silver Edition. Although a combination of factors, much of the credit goes to Tom (Thomas Michalopoulos) who helped (never pushed) us through the line-up until we found The One. Beyond the deal, it was a truly great experience and we recommend Tom to anyone who is looking to buy a Land Rover vehicle. He is thoughtful and very efficient, going above and beyond in the acquisition while respecting the fact we are after all, on vacation.

Outstanding experience here at LR HH. I had an issue with my Defender on our family vacation and they made me an emergency appointment right away. Steve the service manager and Cody were very accommodating and understanding of my situation. Aaron the tech made sure my car was perfect before leaving the shop. Also, home delivery once done was above and beyond so my family and I could enjoy our time here on the island. Thank you for getting me back up and running!
