Who likes to go to a car dealer to have service on their car? No one, unless it s AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head Service Center. My service specialist , Charles, always has a smile and kind word for me. There is coffee, water, snacks, private tables and local magazines to enjoy. There is a nice big tv that isn t showing news or sports ( extra points for that) and then, there are the dogs . I spent my time patting all sorts of dogs that were welcomed with open arms ( and car doors).I m a fairly new Subaru owner and will probably always be one based on their service!

Joan at Subaru assisted us in our new car purchase. She is very knowledgeable about the cars but she was not pushy in her sales. I would recommend her to any of my friends. I had a super experience and I am now part of the Subaru family.

I made an appointment on line, I arrived 10 minutes ahead of time. I was greeted warmly and was notified that I would have to wait for about an hour. Everyone in the store was very friendly and I was so surprised that they had fresh popcorn for the customers. There was plenty of seating areas and just as I was getting comfortable, my car was ready. I had a great experience at Auto Nation of Subaru.

My wife and I worked directly with salesperson JD and Keith the manager. Both were easy to get along with and answered all our questions before we purchased our vehicle. What I appreciated most was that there were no add ons to the online listed price other than tax and a $75 registration fee, I believe. I had contacted many dealers in the southeast where in some cases (in Florida) there were up to $4,500 in add ons above the attractive listed prices. You will not be disappointed working with this dealership.

I brought my car in due to an oil pressure warning light. They checked everything out, gave me a detailed invoice of all the work done. I was pleased they checked so many additional items and were able to let me know what to keep an eye on. The service was friendly and efficient. This was my first time at this dealership and I was very pleased with the work.

I am new in the South Carolina from Florida and let me tell you, the level of customer service I received from the service department is next level. I will never hesitate to bring my vehicle here in the future for any maintenance. This is a very professional dealership. Paul is service is outstanding and provides the best customer service I have experienced at any dealership. Thank you very much Subaru.

I drive a bit further just to have my Subaru Impreza 5-door serviced at AutoNation. I could go to a closer service center, but the extra miles are worth the effort because they go the extra mile to service my car and make me happy while I wait for the process. The team at AutoNation Hilton Head, is an A+team from head to toe or hood to trunk. Every staff person there knows their job and performs with amicable professionalism. It's a great experience from start to finish and I leave the service center with a satisfied smile and the confidence my car has been properly serviced.

I dropped in without an appointment and was welcomed and helped immediately. Paul Mcarthy and Charles Francis resolved my minor emergency and got me back on the road quickly. During the repair, I was given accurate updates on the progress. As I was leaving, Charles guided me on future prevention methods. As always, my experience was professional, friendly and as promised. This is why I drive a Subaru and why I'll buy my next Outback from this dealership. Thank you!

My wife and I were traveling from out of state and broke down on the road and needed to be towed.. It was 5:00 pm on a Friday afternoon and Paul the service adviser was able to receive the car at the dealership after hours. Paul initially informed us that there were no loaner cars available. After calling the local rental car companies, there were no rental cars available last minute. We reached out to Paul again and he was able find a loaner car after an exhaustive search. Even though the Saturday repair schedule was full, Paul was able to get the car diagnosed and repaired by 5:00 pm Saturday afternoon. It should be noted that the repair was extensive. We were extremely grateful because to complicate matters, Sunday was the last day of our vacation rental, and the condo was not available if we needed to stay in the area waiting for our vehicle. Paul kept us updated on the status of our car all day Saturday. He was professional and explained the repairs in a clear and concise manner. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Paul and the OneNation Subaru dealership.

From the day I purchased my Subaru Forester (best experience I've ever had buying a car!) to my recent first service appointment I have been completely pleased with this dealership. Service advisor Paul was so knowledgeable & everything taken care of quickly. Highly recommend!

Amazing service for my Subaru. I have purchased 3 vehicles from the AutoNation automall and I always feel like a VIP there. Besides the service being awesome they also have a really good grill there!! Other dealerships in the area do not have that! I wish I could give them 25 stars!!

Professional and friendly service are a common occurrence when I take my Forester to any Subaru dealership. This was also the case as I came in for our car s 48,000 checkup at AutoNation. Great people and quick service!

Everything went smoothly at the AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head Service Center. The service advisor was courteous and professional. The loaner car was ready upon arrival and the time frame for the service and brake work was spot on. The only reason that i deducted a star from this review is that the the service cost was expensive but otherwise a good experience all around.

We were greeted by service manager, Paul, who reviewed the reasons for our visit and maintenance services to be performed. the waiting area was very pleasant with coffee and snacks to have while we waited. The services were performed in the time expected. Paul reviewed services performed. the experience was very professionl in a friendly environment that respected and welcomed us as a.clients. I would recommend Auto Nation Subaru in Hilton Head to anyone needing service on or buying a Subaru.

My recent visit to Auto Nation/Subaru was my first visit since buying my used 2017 Outback. From arrival to exit, my experience was most pleasant. Brandon handled everything smoothly, noting what will need attention at my next visit and what major expenditures will need to be addressed in the not so distant future.It was a 10-star experience!!!!!!

I have been coming here since 2017 when I bought my Subaru Outback which I love. I have to mention that Charles is the best service manager! Always friendly, a consummate professional and i feel my car and I are well cared for. However, all the service personnel are great and I am happy that I chose Subaru AutoNation.

The service representative was friendly and polite. The routine service took almost twice as long as I was told and the car was returned without being washed and vacuumed. Nor were the old wiper blades returned as requested when the service order was written. When I again requested them I was given a pair.

I am always treated with respect and patience in the service department of AutoNation Subaru. Even in this day and age women can be disrespected in the car world. Not the case with this dealership. I trust and value Charles Francis in the service department and Steven Fagan in the parts department, and highly recommend AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head.

While dropping off a friend at the airport, I noticed a nail in the tread of my front passenger side tire of my 2023 Subaru Outback. The tire itself did not appear to be low on pressure, but I did not want to remove the nail and leave myself stranded on that spot. I planned to get the tire repaired in Bluffton on the way back to our rental on Hilton Head Island. We re on vacation from up North, so I thought about using the wonderful Subaru network to resolve the problem.A Google search revealed that Autonation Subaru was minutes away, so navigate there, were greeted by Charles, who provided us with a timely appointment. When you re travelling, you have to know who to trust, and Subaru is definitely a name who we trust after leasing or owning 5 of their vehicles.At the appointment, it was found that the nail had been thrown from the tire, and that there was no puncture that would cause a leak in the future.With the peace of mind that our vacation travels in our Subaru Outback would not be affected, we left the Subaru dealership with smiling faces, and with a no charge, free inspection!I also notified my Subaru salesperson, Ash, who was very pleased how the situation was handled.Thank you Charles! We put our trust in Subaru to keep us safe, even far from home.Mike

My experience with Subaru service was excellent except when I received my Invoice. I thought my first oil change would be approximately $85 but my bill was 157.85. Thankfully I did have a $25 coupon which helped with the final cost of $139.23

I was attended by Charles and he was wonderful. I arrived early worried it would not yet be open but it was and they registered me right away for the service I needed. Charles answered my questions and everything was completed in a timely manner. Car looked great so no "extra charges" for extra work suggested. Very satisfied.

Really went over and above on communication. Did a great job on all the items I asked for on the car. Superb team. Would go back again. Please note I basically had my engine overhauled and it does truly ride like new. Great job team!

Charles Francis and Brandon were excellent! It was a bit spendy, but I think that is typical for a 60,000 servicing. I loved to see that the popcorn had returned:-)
