Always closed early or doesn t have any employees working! Really need a plug in my tire!!Update. Got my tire plugged the next day and took over 2 hours!! I also asked them to check the air in the other tires and on the paper I received they just typed in standard air amounts. Not what was actual showing. Why are more tire places not open more often?

Had to lower to 4 stars, seeing it took over a week to get my oil changed. It wasn't so much their fault due to staffing issues, but their communication could be better (as in just letting people know, instead of leaving you sitting there while they keep looking at you.)

They do not answer the phone. The phone rang for a total of 10 minutes until someone finally picked up just to hang up on me. Terrible service, wish I could choose zero stars.

My husband and I went there today to get our two back tires changed. We were the first and only ones there to get service when we pulled up. My husband went in to get a worker and pick tires. A worker said it would be 20/30 minutes, and they would call us when it's done. So we went in and did some shopping, feeling comfortable that within 30 minutes it will be done and we will get home on time for my husband to go to work. That was at 2:00. After waiting and walking around for an hour, We finished shopping, and even went to a 20 minute promotional demo that walmart was having, only to find out we have to wait another 15 minutes because our car wasn't ready yet. And they were all working on the oil changes that came in way after us. Our car was lifted with the back two tires off, an hour after we came in. We waited in line to speak to the lady at the counter, but when it was our turn, another customer got helped before us. So in total, we waited an hour and 15 minutes, and paid $200 for something that could've taken 20 minutes at a different place. Don't get me wrong, the tires are fine, but the waiting and making my husband late for work when we had plenty of time to even go to a different store is not okay. If it won't take 30 minutes, tell us so we can do it a different day. Oh, and what happened to first come first served??

1)Ordered tires offline they don't come to the tire center. 2)Called numerous times during the week to see what the wait time was to have 2 tires put on. Each time I called it was Always 2 plus hours. 3)I asked for a standard oil change the employee responded with "Do you have anything to do tonight?" Yes sir actually I Do and I'll be going elsewhere!! This place is a JOKE!! Needless to say they didn't do my tires or my oil change. Would Not recommended! I honestly believe the employees may be using these tactics to get out of work. There was only one car in the bay when I came in.

Never had a bad experience there. Takes less than half an hour and it's a million times cheaper than those "stay in your car" places who try to charge me $70 for the exact same service that I paid $23 for

This is second time I have had a terrible experience here. First time last year got an oil change and they broke my door handle and left oil cap off so oil all over my engine. They said there's no way they would have done that no refund and wouldn't even give me another oil change. I said to myself that was the last time I would go there. Then today it's a Saturday and I needed a new tire and figured well shouldn't be able to mess up putting a tire on I'll just give them one more chance. Not even 30 minutes after leaving tire is flat take it off and it's worn and has a stab mark in it and of course they said it was fine when I left so I must have hit a curb...with my drivers side tire. Terrible management and service.

Didn't even get to the store and had a horrible experience on the phone. Couldn't hear tech since it was so loud (understandable) but then he kept yelling 'hello' to me and couldn't understand what size tire I needed. Finally found it and was told no appt was needed and how much it was. As I was saying 'Thank you for the information - " he hung up on me.

I always go here for oil changes I bring my own filters and oil though. The guys are quick and it gets done while I'm shipping. They are competent in BMWs and Chevy so they should be able to do anything. There tire prices are sometimes a little high but I use Sam's for that anyways

I took my vehicle in to get an oil change. Now I went ahead and paid for the high mileage one. And I notice that when you do this you get your vehicle vacuum and windshields wash and washer fluid filled. They did not do any of this. In fact while I was there I witnessed an employee be absolutely rude to another customer. Stating that it wasn't his job and that he was just trying to help her. I will not be taking my vehicle ever there again.

Car repairs and requested air pressure testing for ac. No answer on phone at auto center after being placed on hold for a very long time. Disrespect.

~~~~Steer clear of this establishment ~~~~Every time I have visited this location they manage to screw something up. Went in for a oil change, they broke the rear passenger door handle, and neglected to put the oil cap back on. When I insisted they check the cameras I was told the camera wasn't at an angle to see if they did or not. Most recent visit was sold a defective tire, it blew after driving for 30 min, side wall damage, when we called they said oh you must have ran into something. This place is a fraud, they sell defective products and when called on it blame the customer... buyer beware this place is a snake pit.

Rims where scratch up, didn't reset tire pressure and put a weight on one tire. Have gone by talked to assistant manager in tires who was to have manager to call. Still has not call, even after I left messages. Also put my use tires inside my car.Service: TiresService: Tires

Installed defective tires on my vehicle. Refused to replace them. My center cap came off going down the road after I left. Inexperienced people, bad customer service. Also discount tires beats their price by $100 for my size tire. In fact just got off the phone with TLE, another disappointing try at Walmart- going back to discount tire.

I called today and the operator said they do not answer the phone, they are short staffed and everyone is outside. Reading some of these reviews it seems they have been short staffed for quite awhile. I visited the store and I guess everybody WAS outside but the clowning around they were doing left me wondering why anyone would want to get their vehicle serviced here. No thank you!

Unbelievably poor customer service. Imagine waiting for someone to just come and help you unlock the compartment for 40 min. Not once but ALWAYS!!!

Surprisingly a lot of tire shops don t do patch and plug. Only plug. At least Walmart does the patch too. Never had a problem with this service. I bit slow but not terribleService: TiresService: Tires

WalMart TLEs are disappointing. Why can't TLE be as good as the Walmart name They have a monopoly on dept stores you'd think they would want to excell at TLE. Poor poor poor. Didnt have common tire i needed. Selected other tires in stock.Said to come back in 1.5 hours. I did but they had not even started on the car yet. Told them to forget it. They said they are low on people. No more TLE's for me. Going to a tire store from now on.

Very poor staff and service! Sold a bad tire that had been damaged beforehand! Then wouldn't replace it or refund money! Do not go to these mechanic school dropouts, go pay a little more to go to actual professionals.

Typical Walmart mess only 1 person at the money center, only 2 cashier's on grocery for the weekend before new year's. Really wish Walmart corporate cared enough to straighten this store out.
