I have used Protech for nearly 20 years to service and repair my older and newer Porsches and Audis. It's nice to have a shop that has the experience to work on both newer and older cars. They do the job right and their pricing is fair.

Years of Porsche experience by factory trained technicians. Chances are you won t be showing them a problem on a Porsche they haven t already fixed. Owned by a very like-able and trustworthy family. Not only am I new to the area but new to the country. I was recommended these guys by a Vintage Auto, and told they would do a good job. All I have for Protech is high praise. From the moment I walked into their shop I knew I had my go to guys for my BMW. There service is first class, and their prices are extremely competitive. This is a 5 star establishment with technicians to match. Thank you, you have a very happy repeat customer.

They were highly recommended for Audi service, and this was my first service outside of Audi warranty. No regrets - they were clearly knowledgeable, professional, friendly & reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

I brought my used X5 to Protech to inspect it since I bought it at Carmax they found quite a few issues that were going to be expensive to repair and did a very thorough job. I would recommend anyone who is buying a used German car to bring it here and have them do a thorough and detailed overview which could save you thousands of dollars.Great team there and I highly recommend!HBOOTH

Susan at the front desk is great! However, my son BMW X5 was there a week after the promised finish date because " they was extremely busy with other cars" thus the 4stars because he was unable to drive it to his HS prom which was unexpected & very upsetting.

If you have a Audi or Porsche this is the place to go. Family run with quality service. Definitely recommend over Steve White Audi when it comes to technician experience and troubleshooting. And unlike Steve White, they don't charge you $100 just to look at your car.

These guys are more knowledgeable than the dealership folk, and certainly more honest. There's no reason to have your Audi VW or Porsche serviced elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable staff that specializes in Audi, Porsche, and BMW. I had them install a tune and exhaust on my 2003 911 Turbo with excellent results. They also service my BMW 335i. Highly recommended!

Always punctual with quality diagnostics and repairs. Always willing to answer questions and provide explanations. They provide the best quality work on Porsche and Audi vehicles in the Upstate.

My biggest issue with Protech is the lack of communication. I call and e-mail repeatedly to get help with issues that will become serious. I am promised a follow up, and Carol never gets back to me.I can't knock them for the work they've actually done on my vehicle in the past. I think that the guys that are actually doing the work want to do a good job. However, it really doesn't matter if you can't get an appointment in the first place or get an update on the progress of your vehicle repair while it's in the shop. Very unprofessional.

One of the few auto shops I have any faith in. They have always been honest with me. They aren't the cheapest but they have always delivered. Great mechanics who know what they are doing. My car doesn't go anywhere else.

Called this place twice to get a price for a service repair on my car, they said that will call me back which in 5 minutes with the cost for parts and labor, and to this point i haven't received any phone calls at all. I guess they doesn't want the job. This place got almost 5 stars for no reason.... i guess i will get the job done right at once at Audi of Greenville!!!.
