I went for an oil change and quick check on my car everything came out great service was awesome and it was quick but my only problem is they broke my stick that holds my hood didn t say hey this broke or anything, basically said he ll find out maybe not. They could ve told me or fixed it.. it almost fell on my head because I didn t know

Took my 2011 Honda Civic for an oil change and the guys were amazing! Fast! I was there maybe 15 mins so fast and did an amazing job. Excellent customer service skills. Thank you Jiffy Lube

This was my first time to Jiffy Lube and I was extremely impressed! I have gone to Valvoline for years and was unsure about how Jiffy Lube would compare but I will for sure be coming back moving forward.From the time I pulled in to the time I left, I was treated with such professionalism. My service member, Thomas, was truly remarkable! He made sure to provide me great detail throughout my oil change and helped answer questions regarding additional services they offered. Plus he's a Buffalo Bills fan too which earns him additional points!I was also impressed because the oil change for my vehicle usually runs $100+ at Valvoline but the same service at Jiffy Lube didn't even cost me $90 (with coupon)! Needless to say, as long as this is what I can expect, you have made a loyal customer of me yet!

Jiffy Lube on West Wade Hampton Rd. is one of the best places to go. All of the guys were all over the place working and receiving customers. They communicated constantly and were very nice to me. Alejandro went over my vehicle condition. He was very thorough and well spoken. I know that Alejandro was honest. This is my go to spot.

Team was professional, courteous and honest. The level of service and information provided on my vehicle was refreshing from a garage; additionally I was in and out in under 45 minutes and they had a few cars ahead of me. I will be coming back here for all basic auto needs and inspections. Highly recommended!!

Saw the $79 dollar special for an alignment. Sorry, that didn't apply to me.There was also a deal, if you buy 2 tires, free alignment...sorry that didn't apply to me either. I was charged $189 for just an alignment...no extras.Got a tuneup. $199 for a set of plugs. About $140 for labor.Seemed a bit much.

Took car in for break pads about 10:30. They called at 11:30 telling me the rotors were a little worn. I just did the pads, but it was 5:30 before car was ready. 3 cars on lift at 10:30 ahead of me. The manager was at front desk. Terrible customer service, he should stay in back, not everyone can do customer service. Will not be back, so many other places that actually want and deserve my business.

Yes, I took my car in to get an oil change and to see if they can give me a diagnostic because my check engine light was on. Well with that said I was hoping they might could have fixed it. You know fix the engine light issue.1. The mechanic said he would call once they do the diagnostic for the check engine light.2. They did not call. I had to show back up and asked them was it completed?3. I had to ask what was the outcome of the diagnostic test?Were they gonna fix it? What is the deal?The guy at the desk said oh we do not have the tools to fix it. I was like where you gonna tell me it s like pulling teeth to get one sentence out about each situation that I even came in to Jiffy Lube for they was not really forthcoming with what was going to happen. Next had no idea what was gonna happen next I had to ask and keep asking Until I m like oh OK but they change the oil so I paid for the oil and left.My main quest today was to find out why was my engine light on and what could we do to fix the problem? I left with the same question that I went in with nothing was resolved, but I got an oil change. Thanks guys.

First of all I have to say I read all of the reviews before choosing a service center. Whoever posted about unprofessional and unfriendly service had to have caught some one on a bad day. Kyle, Jess and the entire staff has been absolutely AMAZING and beyond friendly. Jess took the time to explain everything to me about what services were needed vs recommended and why and when I should have these services. I am sure there was a way I could have saved a few dollars but at this point I am more than happy to have work done here. Highly recommended! Will be back! Remember we are here to take care of each other, if someone is having a bad day be kind wouldn t you want someone to be kind to you if the roles were reversed?

I will never go back to Jiffy Lube. Car ran beautifully before oil change and after 1/4 mile it ran rough to point of feeling it would stall out. Got home and called them, they said they would send a tow truck. Long story short and after total of 4 hours spent it was an ignition coil that needed replaced. They took no responsibility whatsoever that maybe they knocked this loose and they wanted to charge me for the tow. Not sure if it was a scam to get another $450 to replace all four coils & $100 for tow that actually cost them $66. Never again will I go to them.

Recently got my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube on Wade Hampton in Greer. Service was excellent. I half expected to be upsold on air filters and such as I had heard them being recommended to customers ahead of me. But after their full inspection, they changed the oil and determined everything in my car was good. Will definitely use them again.

Have been there many time and always a pleasant experience. However, advising my 70 year old mother who was alone at the time to replace her battery that was at more than half its life was a huge let down. Totally taking advantage. I went and got the perfectly good battery and brought it home. Be careful with a place that takes advantage of the elderly. In times like this advising to replace a $200 + when it s only 1/2 way through its life is ludicrous. If it was a man, bet it would have been different.

I went here for an unexpected tire change. They got me in right away to take care of that. Afterwards, I was about an hour away from their facility and one of the tires separated while I was driving. Jiffy lube called a tow company for me and took me to the closest jiffy lube to get me a new tire. All of this no extra charge to me. All the employees I dealt with were excellent

I NEVER leave reviews but please give Cleto a raise!! Subaru quoted me 3000 dollars for work. After multiple people telling me to get a second opinion, I brought it here and cleto not only ran extensive tests, he videoed it for us and showed us that problems that the Subaru dealership in Greenville claimed I had, did not exist. Very greatful for honest people.

Cleto is that guy. Came in during horrible weather while I still on the clock at work and he got my whip back rolling in less than an hour when I thought my car was about to fall apart. Thanks again Cleto, even in the raining thunderstorms you made sure my car was serviced.
