Mr. Fred Anderson should be proud of the team he s assembled at Toyota of Greer. When we arrived we were greeted by the General manager John Azzarelli of all people. As the saying goes speed of the captain speed of the ship! He personally escorted us and introduced us to John Diaz our sales person. John was fantastic. Our interactions with everybody from sales to finance was a great experience. I felt no pressure to make a buying decision at any time. I left that evening and return the following morning to purchase the car. I received the follow up call from Tyler Plunkett GSM he made sure that we were taking care of quickly, This was one of the fastest purchasing experience for a car. The Finance manager Carey Holder was awesome! He reviewed all our options and explained everything in detail. We love our new RAV4. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

This was my first visit. Staff was friendly. But unfortunately, I waited an hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change. The only explanation that I received for the long wait was they get busy during that time of day and that they only have two technicians . My question is, why would you schedule my appointment for a certain time if you don t have enough technicians to cover the work? A simple statement of we re running behind would ve been nice. Sadly, not a good experience for a first time visit.

My husband and I bought a Toyota Highlander from a dealership in Georgia this past weekend. I took it to our local Toyota dealership to be inspected. While I was there I spoke with Bob about a warranty on our vehicle (it still has low mileage) and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Afterwards I went to the service department where Luis thoroughly went over what the technicians found. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Greer again and again. Phenomenal customer service!

Today I had my Toyota Crown serviced for oil change, and maintenance for 10,000 miles. I was shocked that I was able to see the maintenance crew at work showing every aspect of maintenance in detail on my care. I felt good to see that this dealership are thorough, caring, courteous and experts. I am 74 years old. I took many of my cars to dealerships like this. I tell you I am impressed so much that I would recommend them to all my friends. Awesome experience. Keep up the good work.

I was pleased with the excellent and prompt service. Would have appreciated a car wash , but really liked that I had the same person to deal with the whole time, even though it is a very large dealership. They provided a hot drink while you waited, much appreciated on a cold morning! Work stations are also available. Important to have confidence in your car!

Mr Jordan was immaculate, courteous, prompt and professional. KJ demonstrated professionalism and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Our purchasing experience was spectacular. Definitely satisfied customers.

I had an excellent day of service at Fred Anderson Toyota in Greer. I feel like my car is brand new it runs so well!! I was expecting a much larger bill and was pleasantly surprised at my total. I was nervous when my favorite car dealership changed hands but the staff is friendly and informative. The service department is top notch!!! Thank you for letting me share my experience!

I had a great experience at the dealership. I drop my car off, they kept me informed through video and text through the whole process until completed. They went over my car very thoroughly and gave me detailed information throughout the entire process about every little aspect of my vehicle. Sean, the service advisor made sure all that happened in a timely manner. Sean is a great asset to the company. He s very detail oriented and made sure the process went very smoothly.

Joshua (service advisor) was great to work with; listened and responded, he even found one of those invisible issues that I couldn t find. He demonstrates what customer service should be all of the time. They got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time (maintenance at a dealership), which is important!I m sure the other service advisors are good as well, but if you are a new customer to the Feed Anderson Toyota of Greer Service dept - ask for Joshua, you won t be disappointed!

I was able to get an appointment the same day to get the oil changed. The first thing I made the appointment with on the phone indicated that I may find coupons for a discount on their website which I did. They were very professional & courteous. I have used them before and took advantage of their lifetime battery replacement in my mom s Lexus because it seemed like such a good deal and gave me peace of mind that she would never have to worry about another dead battery. I would definitely recommend them

I had my first 5000 mile check and everyone was just amazing! It was a great atmosphere and a very comfortable waiting area. I even arrived 45 min early for my appointment and was going to leave and go get breakfast but their schedule allowed them to get me in!

We were greeted immediately upon arriving. Taken to our appointment promptly and treated with great respect and appreciation. Salesman was great to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. Management was great to work with and very helpful. Didn t get the Tacoma we came in for but ended up buying one on the lot. Felt like we received a good deal, not a great deal but a good deal on the Tacoma we did purchase. All in all a great experience and would recommend purchasing from Fred Anderson Toyota Greer!!!

Very Positive experience, got due oil changed.(long wait, but only because I was over 20 minutes late& they were kind enough to fit me in anyway!)-and important feedback on overall state of my 2010 Sequoia, purchased from this dealership 2 years ago- no regrets!- now at 206, 700K miles!Sequoia continues purring thru long & short trips alike- with help of Toyota of Greer s spot- on fine auto maintenance at due intervals!

Man great service, courteous well informed salesman. They told me my options and never pressured me to do anything. A great car buying experience and they put me in a brand new reliable 2024 vehicle at a payment I could afford. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone just starting to look or in the middle of the car buying process. My salesman Stefon really went above and beyond.

Easy to use online service appointment system. Was able to obtain same day appointment, promptly greeted, easy write up and check out. Wait time was minimal for the service. All staff that I encountered was courteous and friendly. Price of the service was reasonable.

Ima take the time to brag on Kelly A Clancy, not only did she take care of my brothers purchase but also took the time to work with us and was very nice and helpful. I think everyone at Greer should take a lesson or two on how to treat a customer from her and even the guy that has been there for 7 months should really ask for help when it comes to selling cars. She is very knowledgeable and knows very well what she is working in. Would recommend her to anyone who would like to buy a car and make it easy and enjoyable. Thank you Kelly!!!

Visited Toyota of Greer a couple of weeks ago and made an offer on a car (Used), the dealership had no intentions of negotiating the automotive and I believe I made a fair offer. The sales man made mocking comments to another colleague as I was walking out which is very unprofessional.Monitored the car online for the next couple of days to see the price come down significantly and being sold at my offer price.This raised a question, did the dealer not want to sell me the car bedsides not coming to an agreement on the price or was there something else?Ended up purchasing another vehicle from another dealer in the Greenville area.*UPDATE* After seeing the dealers response I need to add that I did not offer $4000 below the asking price, it was actually $2000, which like I said I believe was fair and open to negotiate, the car was listed for $26000 after almost 2 months on the lot and the last price that I saw on their website for this vehicle was $24,500 and probably sold for 24K. To agree and disagree on the price is acceptable, what's not acceptable is to lie about it.

I came just to look at cars. Was not planning to purchase one. George greeted me at the door and was so nice and personal. He got to know me and made me feel like family. He didn't pressure me into anything. He gave me choices and was totally fine if I said no! I would recommend them to everyone. After I test drove the car and walked back in, we were greeted with a "welcome back ladies"! Needless to say, I have a new car! Thanks Toyota of Greer! We are like family now!

I got an estimate to replace a motor in my sunroof of a 2016 Toyota Tundra. I had to pay $165 for the estimate. They came back with an estimate of over $3700. The most I have heard anywhere parts and labor is $1100. I'm going to change it myself watching you tube. It's a cover and 4 screws to get to it. There is no way this cost is what it takes to fix this. I will never go back there for not even an air freshner. I do not trust the service department.

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle, and this was our 13th vehicle purchase in 29 years, so that's saying something! Rob was very knowledgeable about Rav 4s and was patient with all of my questions. We'll purchase from here again for sure!
