I would not trust my vehicle with anyone else and that's hard to find these days. I would recommend calling the office to schedule an appointment.If you need to drop your vehicle off before they open or pick it up after hours, they have a secure and convenient key box. They also have a comfortable waiting area.David is friendly and has always provided excellent customer service. I believe Matt would go above and beyond to ensure vehicle safety.I have enjoyed the program they use, which allows me to see the steps (pictures provided) of service and also allows me to accept or decline maintenance.

Provided an overall assessment of a system with many pictures that didn t provide any real information. On top of that, provided an assessment of the over all vehicle that wasn t asked for. Eastside diagnosis was to replace the all steering system components instead of focusing on the parts that had the actual problem. In approximate numbers, Eastside wanted to charge over $5000 to complete the repair. I immediately took the truck to a different and reputable repair company. I did not explain what had happened prior. Only described the truck issue. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it for approximately $1,000.00. To add insult to injury, Eastside charged over $200 for their diagnosis when they spent more time than requested and completed an improper evaluation. Will not be bringing my business back.

I m impressed by the good honest service at Eastside. They re always very friendly and the additions of text / online communication are really convenient. I appreciate the online reports with photos and detailed descriptions of the problems. The bumper-to-bumper peace of mind checks are a great service, and having the freedom to choose what you want repaired without pressure is a big plus.

I pay for a test n I did not need it cause my fuel pump went out so it wouldn t start so they told me that my fuel pump was out n after that they can do the test once the car is start well it was going to cost me 2200 for my pump two pumps n I did it my self so y did I have to pay for a test when I did not need it the first time n the test cost me 250 that I just lost

Matt, David and team did an amazing job on my daughter's BMW. They went above and beyond to get her car on the road and worked late to make sure it was done. They are an amazing team and I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Prices are fair, the service was done in a timely manner, the customer service was exceptional, and they were above all up front and honest about repairs needed and addressed all of my concerns. I have a 2019 Ford Fiesta that I have always done my own oil changes on with no issues. With my busy schedule I decided to help a local business and have them service my vehicle. Unfortunately that was a mistake. I recently opened my hood to jump off another vehicle only to notice the engine appearance cover was missing on top of the engine. I immediately went to the shop only to be greeted with were not open and rudeness. I explained what had happened and instead of getting any help was told it wasn't them and that maybe the Ford dealership did it during warranty work. I told them that I was the only one that ever worked on it besides them. The owner looked upset and told me no not us without looking or showing any concern. So I left and went to the auto parts store to see how much a new one cost when the store mechanic there noticed that the lower plastic engine splash guard was also missing. I am very disappointed with my experience. I would have appreciated at least a little concern on their part. Very unprofessional!

We were referred to Eastside Automotive 2 years ago when we moved to Greer from Nashville, TN. I have used them multiple times for a 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid and a 2007 Ford F150 King Ranch and always have a great experience. Larry and team are always helpful and I feel very honest and reliable. I would definitely recommend to others.

Awesome shop. Great prices. Mechanic is a mastermind. One of the few in the area my father will trust (who know his stuff but will outsource for the more difficult stuff). Customer service is definitely not the best, but do not let this turn you away. They will get you taken care of safely and for a good price.

I have been a customer of Eastside Automotive for years. They are always honest, reliable and fairly priced while delivering best in class customer service. I have referred several people to them. They are on time, always do what they say they will, and are great at communication. Their shop is spotless and they have a solid referral network for other services if what you need is outside their scope.

I have used Eastside Automotive multiple times and have always had a good experience with the service and the staff. The thing that sold me on this shop is that one time I brought my Ford work van to them to check a break squeaking sound two years ago. They looked at van and could not find the source of the sound....they could have easily created a reason to do an expensive repair and charged me$$$....but they did not. The owner was honest and did not charge me a thing for the inspection! That won over my future business! Very hard to find these days as most mechanics will "screw you" when it comes to a repair. I have since taken all my family and work vehicles to Eastside Automotive for service. They might cost a bit more and take a little longer due to having to order parts and being a smaller garage, BUT the service and the satisfaction of not getting ripped off far out weighs the cost. I can tell you about a $900 and $1200 repair at the Honda dealer...that did not fix the issue and they did not stand behind the work!! Eastide Automotive is what a small garage should be.

Great service - First time visitI picked up a couple screws in one of my tires and a friend suggested I go by and see Larry and he would fix the issue. I stopped by there one morning (first time visitor) and was treated like I was a long time customer. I asked if they could look at the tire and let me know if it was repairable or not. They said they could do it and give them about an hour. Since I had already put the spare on, I left the wheel with them. I went back after lunch and not only was the tire patched but they even put the wheel back on and put the spare back here it belongs. All this for only $30. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a blower resistor go out on my 2004 GMC Envoy. Eastside got me in quickly, replaced the resistor (which is a pretty complicated piece of wiring) and got me on my way for a reasonable amount of money. I like the fact that they only use GM or AC Delco parts on my vehicle. I am hearing way too many horror stories about the after-market stuff. They even used solder instead of the less expensive butt connectors on the wiring.I trust them to do the work correctly. They even gave me a ride home on their complementary shuttle.I really am pleased with Eastside Automotive.
