D&D always does and AMAZING job!!! The entire team ALWAYS bends over backwards to help me with my purchase. We ve purchased multiple vehicles and they re always the best!! The entire team is TOP NOTCH. Mike Smith is so knowledgeable of the vehicles and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Where to begin Jill Cappuccino is the best, (I forget her last name Jill she s Italian?) Randy, Andy, and Nathan, the whole crew we met and got us into our new car. We re so nice.So, immediately upon driving into the car lot; wife Debra and I l realized D&D Motors had a ton of cars.Randy stuck with us the whole time. Our grandson, Carson Was in Car heaven hanging out with grandpa in the showroom. I can t think of any reason not to recommend to anyone, D&D Ford for a new car purchase. We worked with Annamarie Brawner, Sales Consultant, on ordering and purchasing of a 2024 Ford Ranger. She was easy to work with, knowledgeable about vehicles and sales process. In waiting for building of truck she kept us informed of its progress. On day of delivery, Annamarie thoroughly explained the vehicles computer system.Sales Mgr Deni Dennis was excellent to finalize purchase. Highly recommend D & D Motors.

Came up here with cash in hand and the title to my 2022 mustang gt and was told I couldn t test drive a new mustang because I m too young. I d stay very far away from this dealership and take the money you work hard for to a dealership that won t judge you based on your age or appearance.

My experience trading my 2018 F150 for a 2023 F150 was memorable and a pleasure. From the time I got an Out-the-Door offer from Sales Manager Steve Henderson to everything salesman Mike Smith did to ensure the sales progressed after it almost fell through when the vehicle we thought we had from the mid-lands we sold. Mike went the extra mile. Sales manager Nate Stracener doggedly hunted until he found a similar vehicle in Knoxville. Finance mabpnager Andy Peeples explained and made the closing transaction clear and simple.

I bought my Ford Expedition Limited here from Camille, hes an excellent salesperson, everyone is friendly. I have been very happy with my purchase.Im already back looking to see about upgrading to a Ford Expedition Max Platinum, and so far the process of working on getting prices and going through the first steps of ordering have been very convenient.This is definitely a dealership that works hard to find you what you want, can't go wrong here!

We have bought a 2015 f150 Xlt, 2017 f150 Lariat, 2020 f150 platinum all of these trucks have been great! This has been a great dealership! I would ask for Michael. He is a great salesman.

D&D has set up the Quick Lane service to take care of routine maintenance jobs. By doing this, they can accurately predict the duration of a maintenance job and stick to a planned schedule, with no repair jobs of uncertain duration delaying the routine jobs. I was in and out in less than an hour for oil change, tire rotation and full list of maintenance checks, when I expected to be in the waiting room for about 2-3 hours, as I have been with other providers. Great strategy, D&D.

Been to this dealership a few times to have my car worked on and will not be using them again. Nothing is done by a Ford tech, they have a jiffy lube type setup in front where all the work is done. Never received a single Ford point for the money I spent there. They also do not offer Pre Purchase Inspections so forget about it if you want them to verify a vehicle is still under warranty. They might treat customers who purchase vehicles from them better but if you do not buy from them you would be better off taking your Ford elsewhere for service and support.

Was told the the mechanic said that my rear brakes were metal on metal. Was going to cost $250 to replace. I declined and dropped in new pads myself the next day. Had ~5000 to 10000 mile left on the pads. They get paid by the job. With the car on the lift and the tires already off it would have taken 10 minutes to do.

Brought my 2018 Transit 150 in, the service department charged me $600 for a transmission service and new battery. When I picked up the vehicle the transmission was slipping and driving irregular. Dustin Guyton , service director is taking no responsibility and now wants me to pay $2,200.00 for them to diagnose the problem. Bunch of crooks, take your vehicle elsewhere!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had at your Ford service center. My visit, which was meant to address specific issues with my vehicle, unfortunately, resulted in a series of alarming and unacceptable issues.Upon receiving my car after the service, I discovered that the vehicle was returned in a condition contrary to the service agreement. Specifically, the car was handed back to me with the service mode still active, leading to the disabling of critical driver assistance systems such as ABS and traction control. This not only poses a serious safety concern but also reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism.To make matters worse, I was informed that the service mode could not be turned off and left to resolve the issue myself at the front of the Ford service center. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the competence and reliability of the service provided at your center.I believe that such lapses in service are not only unacceptable but also reflect poorly on the reputation of the Ford brand. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this experience has failed to meet those expectations.I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, rectify the issues with the service provided, and take corrective measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I trust that Ford values its customers and is committed to maintaining the high standards associated with the brand.

I bought a truck from D&D back in August of 2020.� The entire process was smooth and stress free.� My salesman, Mike Smith, was very knowledgeable about the truck and didn t BS me on the deal. ��Mike kept in touch though the process but wasn't pushy and he didn't blow my phone up every day while I was deciding. When it came time to make the deal,�D&D was able to put together much of the paperwork ahead of time and I was able to sign everything on my lunch break.� The dealership looks recently renovated and was clean and comfortable.� I would recommend D&D to friends and family and will likely buy another vehicle from them in the future.
