My first time interacting with this location after the disaster at white horse road.Caleb the man who answered the phone was very helpful and listen to everything I had to say. Even though this location didn t cause my issues he went out of his way to help me.Mr Millikan has been helpful every step of the way as well. He has really tried to help me and listen to what I had to say. I can t speak on the mechanics but the service so far is fantastic

I am conflicted about this place. I was out in a few days. That was great. I planned on being in town from the 13th through the 16th of Feb. I was given different situations for my repair. I have a very good warranty so all work should have been through this. I had to pay over $600 . I don't want to go into detail about my troubles but just know if certain people are working. I will find another repair facility

5 stars for the lady in the parts dept and for John the parts manager...---ZERO stars for Noah Overholt, Inside Parts Sales.I went to pick up a part for my husband, he had already called it in.I don't know what had Noah so upset but he was rude to me, rude to a very nice gentleman beside me at the counter and rude to someone on the phone. He was huffing and snatching papers up, being passive aggressive, just very rude to everyone, it was obvious that every single customer he had to interact with was a bother to him, it was not anything that any company would be proud of.I ask him his name so I could report him to a manager and he aggressively shoved his card toward me as if he was super proud of himself. Noah definitely needs supervision and needs to remove himself from customer service when he is upset and can't control himself, his actions and his mouth.If he is rude to you, please report him as I did, don't let him keep getting away with treating customers so disrespectful. That's just rewarding bad behavior. This is not normal customer service for this company.

Terrible attitude. They told me wait, we are busy. I waited 20 minutes and started to get indignant. After that I was told that the computers were not working and the system would be repaired within an hour.

I had a very positive experience when dealing with Noah in the parts department. He helped me choose a replacement seat for my truck and even offered to have it sent to their other local dealership where my truck was currently being worked on so I could have everything completed when I got my truck back. Thanks again!

Great service top notch. Got our service truck fixed very quickly and efficiently. The service team always kept in touch the whole time and let us know of additional issue while it was there and addressed those too.

Highly recommend the store in Greer. The service department works hard to get your truck done and back on the road as quickly as possible. The parts department is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in delivering the parts you need for your truck when you're doing repairs at your shop. The staff in general is polite and respectful, friendly, with a good sense of humor. They're all capable of dealing with challenging situations quite well, which is much appreciated. I'm sure it's not easy handling stressed truck drivers/owners who are all needing their trucks back ASAP and they do it with respect and keep the customer happy. Very good company with high quality work without the over-charged prices.Thanks guys!!

I have had nothing but great experiences buying parts from Noah at this location! He really goes out of his way to be helpful, and genuinely caring about his customers concerns and needs regarding truck parts, very knowledgeable! Not sure about their service side, I have never used them. Good, fair, and timely service department are a rarity and impossible to find.

Took my truck into the shop for some air valve repairs. Went in on Monday parts came in on Wednesday and was out of there Thursday morning. Repairs seem to be holding great.

There services department are great respectful down to earth I love there first come first service policy here's my story my truck was running hot I stop at dealers from Charlotte, NC they could not work on my truck until three weeks out I found this company they brought me in the same day and fix my truck they also pointed out problems I may have in the future I had them fix it its hard to find companies willing to make sure there customer's are happy also if you have a cat motor like me they are few dealers in Charlotte NC and south Carolina that do work on them now I give them 10 stars if I could they are dedicated to excellence

I had no problem getting my truck back after paying almost 9k to get it fixed. Just about 7 weeks. My thought is could it have been done cheaper and was it diagnosed properly? Don't have the answer to that but not satisfied at all!

Refused to allow our wrecker to take our truck to another mechanic- says the bill hasn't been paid. We have been asking for the settlement owed- keep giving excuses that it isn't ready. Do NOT take your truck here. You will be off the road for weeks and still have nothing done. And evidently all the managers are on vacation. We dropped our truck off on 5/16 and told it would be looked at at noon. Nothing evaluated until 5/19. Had to keep calling back for updates. Told one thing by one person then something else by another. Explained to Brandon the poor communication and different stories make us doubt they can even fix our truck. He apologized, explain they had a new estimate due to broken bolts. Promised the parts would be in by monday/ Tuesday of this week and truck would be fixed by the end of this week. Called yesterday for update. Told parts had not even been ordered because they were waiting on approval from us. Said they sent an email on 5/26. We received the email yesterday 6/1 for the estimate. Regardless we had already discussed with Brandon agreed to the work. Service person continued to make excuses for why things are not done. We told them to wrap it up and email us the bill so we can pay it and tow our truck to a more reputable mechanic. Said they are working on the bill yesterday. Called yesterday evening - travis says they do have the parts except one that is on backorder. Told them we will pay for the work they have done and the parts they have ordered but we don't trust them to fix anything at this point. No bill or communication this morning Called and still no bill. They were told wrecker is coming at 3. They finally promised the bill at noon. Wrecker showed up at 2. Told he couldn't take our truck as the bill had not been paid. Called them and said we would like to pay our bill. Says it isn't ready. Did I say incompetent?? Can't express our dissatisfaction enough. They should not be taking on work when they don't have enough people to work on a truck. At the very least they could be up front about it.

If there were an option for a negative star rating, this place would earn a negative five. The communication is non-existent. Bolts are broken, estimates are inflated, service advisors dishonestly hide behind unsent emails; and trucks sit there on site for WEEKS. There are far better places to spend $12,000 for an exhaust manifold, a turbo pipe, and an EGR valve (and they'll get it done in under two weeks too).

Took my truck in to have my cab shocks/airbags replaced and got it back with an airleak. Put it in the shop Wednesday of last week thinking I'd get it back by Friday, didn't get in the shop until Monday. Now I have to get my airleak looked at on the road instead of having it done while at home. Not happy with my first time at this location

Picked up switch for bunk installed it myself didn't want to pay for labor for a 10 minute job and that didn't resolve the problem your mechanics created, so now I have to look a little deeper to find out what exactly your mechanic did to the electrical system so I can have proper speed control for bunk again ,unless you guys are willing to step up to the plate and remedy this yourselves

We took our truck to get inspected and on our way home truck broke down drove it back. They agreed to check it out and fix it. This was Thursday and Wednesday next week they had every excuse about why they had not fixed our truck. My son called Gregory's Auto Shop they towed it to their shop and it was fixed by the end of that day. Beware of these folks. Not professional.

Awesome service super great people!!!They get the job done in a timely manner I've had the opportunity to use the location in Florence also for repairs several times fantastic exceptional service at both locations no one could ask for more thank you very much for the exceptional service.

There website says that they do diagnostic in just two hours! Well if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is I just talked to them and was told later today but most likely second shift! Then when second shift got in i was told that there was no tech to look at it! I got here at 10 am! I sure hope this is one review that I have to change for the good but it doesn't look that way.....

Really enjoy dealing with Noah in the parts department. Always knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He is always prepared to spend the time necessary on the phone to get the parts correct.

Worst experience ever. The company I work for has had a truck up there going on 3 or 4 months. $25k later and in frame rebuild later still has the problem that we were advised would be fixed. People speak of slow that's bc they aren't working on your truck when they say they are. We have gps installed and can back that up bc its sitting outside in the parking lot when its supposedly being worked on. Communication is nearly non existent. I have emails to back this up. Spoken to both managers and still no fix. Spoke to Columbia at one point. I could write a book on this experience. Very frustrating. Anyone can throw parts at something.

This is the worst place to fix your truck, they are liars I just replaced DPF filter, water pump, oil change and other things that cost me more than $6000 on my freighliner and now my truck doesn't work good and after I took my truck to another mechanical workshop we realized that the water pump never was replaced because it's to rusted to be replaced recently.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. They give you the run around about a time frame. They have had my truck for almost a month. Still waiting on parts. But last week they said the parts were there and truck would be repaired by the end of this week. Called today and now they are saying parts will not be in until August 5th. Liars. Slow. & they do not even act like it is a big deal that it is taking so long. DO NOT GO HERE! Go somewhere else if at all possible. Unless you dont care how long it takes. But any working company or man needs their truck back way before three to four weeks to make a living.
