Needed a water pump put on an older Volvo while visiting from out of town. Professional Automotive went above and beyond to make sure return to work on schedule. They also guaranteed their work and came through for me when my radiator developed a crack the next day. Will definitely take my vehicles back to them as well as highly recommend them to othersService: General repairs & maintenance

Professional Automotive was amazing. I called and requested a quote to fix my vehicle and was given an estimate (considerably less than what the dealer wanted). The vehicle was repaired and final cost was less than their estimate. They kept me informed throughout the process. Will definitely use them for both of my vehicles.

Didnt know which type of part that I needed for the repair, but the team found it quickly. The other recommendations were quite helpful as well. They were added to the receipt upon repair completion. These guys are true to their company name. They are professionals.

Several phone calls were made to the owner, (who answered ever time), and he was gracious , kind , and knowledgeable about everything I inquired of. He made some suggestions prior to my visit which we did, and then at the visit, his team was thorough, accommodating, informed and extremely polite. They delivered me to my workplace while they worked on my car and returned my car at the end of the day. I would return here for any service, maintenance or future repairs.

Great customer service in a friendly atmosphere. They had my truck in and out in no time, even worked me in with no appointment. Also gave me a full diagnostic reading with my oil change service. Great company will be back for sure.

David and Brandon - along with new member Frank - are very thorough and patient when explaining the necessary details of a proposed repair. Unlike the dealership service centers, there is never any pressure when a repair is declined or delayed.Y all have put together a very unique car repair business model for Greenwood!

Took my Jeep in for a few things I was concerned about. Professional Automotive did a complete check of the vehicle and gave me suggestions on other things they thought may need to be addressed.Decided to have all work done because I depend on my Jeep daily. I could not be happier with the work that was done.I love how they send text and emails to inform you of what needs to be done with photos!!One thing I wish they would do is drop or reduce the diagnostic charge if you let them perform the work. I do understand it takes time and cost money to keep good mechanics.Great job!!

I called Professional Automotive and explained my problem and when they analyze my problem, they called me back and gave me a price. After receiving my car, I was completely satisfied with the results. If you want 100% stress free satisfaction knowing that your vehicle is in capable hands, give them a call. You won't regret it.

This is the second time I've brought my truck in. First time flywheel replaced awesome work this time truck was not running they had to fix ignition timing got it running ran rough said that was the best they could do had a backfire and had to replace valve covers and valve cover gaskets charge me for two valve covers and two valve cover gaskets they only replaced one and they kept the other parts that I paid for had to call them and ask him where my parts were and then they said well I didn't pay for labor that's why they didn't install them but they kept the parts anyway. I will never use them again as they kept parts I paid for never told me about them so we'll never use them we'll never recommend them to anyone I know

After reading the comments I see that multiple people have had the same issue as me. Had services done before by them. Went for an oil change and ended up with an oil spot in my garage and air no longer working. Take it back and was quoted $6,000 to have my car fixed. What a joke!! Huge scammers and especially towards women. Mind you I've had $3,200 worth of work done before by them. Avoid this business! 0 stars!

I always use Professional for service, whether a simple oil change or more detailed service. You may be able to find cheaper rates but my experience is that you get what you pay for. Folks here are thorough and always communicate about the service options. Highly recommend for any of your auto service needs.

I appreciated how my call was taken and was able to bring my vehicle the next morning, the kindness and comfy waiting area have the best vibe, the link that describes the issues was awesome- giving me options yet being honest what really needs to be addressed first for my safety, having the vehicle ready again by evening, and most of all being able to trust your mechanic I don t have a clue about vehicles. Great service!

Great customer service.Edit: I have been having constant issues since leaving there. The original problem was my battery and the security system was triggered. they got a new battery in but didn t mention getting a bracket around the battery until I brought it back and brought it up with them. It was shaking off the cables while I was driving.They gave me advice to use a bungee cord to hold it down til they get the part, and was later told by a friend that it was awful advice. I did it anyway. I didn t have much of a choice.They also had to reset the stolen or security protocol on it but I m not entirely sure if they did that as my car will lock down even with the keys in hand and won t start at all anymore. I ll have to take it to the dealership and hope they can figure out what s all going on. Just feel like I wasted my time going there.

Very thorough and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Professional Automotive was highly recommended for auto services on Mercedes Benz and it didn't not disappoint. Having Professional Automotive to service my Mercedes is awesome. It saves me trips to Greenville, and Columbia to have my car serviced. I will be taking my vehicle back to Professional Automotive for future services!!!

Great communication and they did a good job. They allowed me to bring my own parts since I already knew what the issues were and this helped me with keeping costs lower. Thank you so much for waiting on me when you scheduled to close and I was running late. I will use these guys again!

Service was outstanding. $500 cheaper than the dealership,and finished in one day. Dealership said repairs would take up to two weeks. Plus, I have always received great service here. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. They fixed a screw up by a different shop and had my car ready in less than 2 days. I m very pleased with the result of the repairs!

Took my car in for a leaking radiator and a headlight bulb that was blown. Was then charged $132.50 for "technician diagnosis" and to be told that the radiator was visibly leaking and needed to be replaced and that the headlight bulb was burnt out and needed to be replaced. $132.50 to be told what was already known and to give a quote for repair. No repairs done.Addendum: Within 24 hours of posting this review, I was contacted by management from Professional Automotive. The manager apologized for how my service was handled/billed, voiced plans for more front line training and my payment was refunded.

Very knowledgeable group, clear on explanation of car trouble and what it would take to resolve them. No guess work on the charges for the car, clearly laid out in the financial breakdown. Highly recommend and they will now be my go to for my car maintenance.

I brought my Nissan in for a oil change which my Nissan was running excellent until that night I went to warm my car up and about 5 minutes later oil had leaked out onto the pavement in very huge spots I even took video of it so they called me a wrecker to come pick it up so when I got it back home I noticed that my temperature gauge was going up almost to the hot side so I called professional automotive and they gave some negative reviews so I had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed come to find out professional automotive had cracked my radiator which caused more problems my car was fine before professional automotive did a very bad job on changing my oil I really do hold professional automotive accountable for this

When my wife s radiator needed replacing, the guys at Professional Automotive did a fast, clean and thorough job and were so helpful with all of our questions. We bring all of our vehicles here for any service issues that we have. We had a coupon for synthetic oil change (5 quarts of Castrol which is their preferred oil) with filter, tire rotation, and alignment for $129.00.Now, when I made the appointment I specified Mobil 1 oil. He said there would be a slight up charge and they would have to get it.I expected that.However, when I showed up to have it done, they wanted over $200.00+.The difference in retail cost between the 2 oils is less than $10 total at Carquest auto parts about 500 feet from them for 6 quarts.So a charge of $70+ is way out of line.Now we have had another vehicle serviced there before. The folks at the counter knew what they were doing.There was different folks there today that didn't have a clue. One guy had a shirt that said Lakeland Tires, NOT Profesional Automotive Services.Oh well, lost my business.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and professional at Professional Automotive. They take pride in providing quality work and customer service. I love the Christian decor in the waiting area, as well as clean restrooms. Don was helpful in providing service updates and an open-line of communication.
