Consumer beware....I had this company replace my windshield 3/27/24 by claim with my Insurance company. While I was waiting in the office to have them do calibrations on the replacement windshield, two other unhappy customers were also in the office waiting on items that were ordered wrong. I was told by several individuals that they installed the wrong windshield! I went back to their office the following week and showed the Tech the issues with the windshield, I think it's called the third visor, the part that holds the wiring , he looked at me like I had a third eye or something. The plastic piece that is behind the rear view mirror was also dangling. He said no we definitely installed the right windshield. He attempted to glue the wrong clip in place and put "blue painters tape on it". The moulding is also missing around parts of the corners. In any case, I filed a warranty claim with my Ins. Co. and they have referred me to a different vendor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business.

Greenwood Glass Company did fantastic work to replace glass in two of our windows. The men who came to the house were personable and conscientious workers. Thank you for doing a good job. We also had a piece of glass cut for a piece of furniture. It was exactly what we wanted.

What an excellent experience I had! Called this morning needing to get a windshield replaced after hitting a hawk over the weekend on the way into town from Oklahoma. Alan squeezed me in when other companies were telling me they didn't have availability until after Thanksgiving. We were leaving tomorrow to visit family in Charlotte and thanks to them our plans didn't need to be rearranged at all. There's a good reason they've been in business since 1965, they're customer-focused and service oriented. I highly recommend Greenwood Glass!!

Went in to find the weight of a certain size of various types of materials. Need a large piece for a picture frame. Needed to know weight so frame won't break. They were very helpful.

I have used Greenwood Glass for windshield replacements in my cars for many years. They have always done a great job. They show up when they say they will show up. The price is always the amount they quote. I would highly recommend this company.

Fast and friendly service. Pricing was good. We needed to replace a window panel and they cut it while we waited. In and out in about 15 to minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable priced estimate I received from Greenwood Glass Co. I received several estimates to replace a double paned window over my kitchen sink that over the years started to have condensation between the panes. After awhile we were unable to see through our kitchen window. One of the estimates I received were almost $3000 some were over $500. If memory serves me GGC estimate was under $200. Of course I picked that one. The saying, "you pay for what you get" DOES NOT apply to GGC, they exceeded my expectations. Very well done and very professional. These people know what they're doing and is very reasonable and do excellent work. Highly recommend GGC!

I called about getting a windshield in my husband's truck and the lady who took the call said she would pass the message along. My call was never returned so I called Kizer Glass and it turned out to be a great decision. Mr. Kizer took care of it and will use him from now on.

We had these guys come out and replace a camper window and the window wasn't even placed in the window tracking and was just caulked in sloppy. All of the caulking was running on the window and wasn't cleaned off and the rubber trim wasn't put back on the window. After speaking with the guy he said he had one at the shop and would be back to put it on and never returned. They have an appointment to come out and fix the mess of a job and I will update further after it's complete.Update: We were called by the company to tell us that our appointment to fix the problem was cancelled and that the owner (Alan Boatwright) would be calling us Friday or Saturday to come by and look at it. We called when Saturday afternoon arrived and still no One had called us. We were told he should still be calling us. This is Sunday and still haven't heard from anyone. We are in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and will be taking pictures and advertising the work since they don't want to fix the problem.

They did a wonderful job on my windows. Replaced panes and storm window panes. Came quickly and price was great. Very nice people.
