I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff was friendly and professional, and they completed the job quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even offered complimentary coffee while I waited. Overall, I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube and will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.

I have been to this particular Jiffy Lube twice. Great experience on both occasions but the most recent visit really impressed me. I love how the workers are gentlemen, immediately getting you into a garage even if you have no appointment. Just having someone (I do not remember his name, but it was an older gentleman) rush ahead of me to grab the door for me, made me feel so special and respected. I spoke with Mitchell at the front desk. I believe I spoke with him last time as well. Very professional, polite, and kind. A good salesman but not pushy, which I greatly appreciate. They are efficient with their time and my wait was not long. Mitchell even opened the door for me to get into my car. Chivalry is a lost art. But Jiffy Lube is doing well in bringing it back. :) Thank you all for the wonderful experience!!!

This shop might be a part of a corporation, but its excellent customer service feels like personal attention in the good old days the kind of shop where they "know you" because that shop already handled your parents and grandparents car issues - friendly, competent, timely, and not a hint of undesired sales pitches!!Last week, I took in my car by close of business day, with a to me unknown issue why the car overheated, and had to tell Lindsey that I needed the car to be fixed by 3:30 the next day.It was done by 3:20. Thank you to the friendly faces of the business Lindsey and Ken, and all mechanics who made it happen.Great place & highly recommended!

Really nice employees. They are open and honest and make sure you receive the best service. They also partner with snap for financing which is nice and comes in handy when unexpected things happen.

Mitchell and the team were amazing. Dropped my car off for an oil change and a couple other maintenance tasks. Had to leave it with them as I attended to work. Work ran long, beyond Jiffy s closing time. Coordinated with Mitchell to pay and leave the keys in a hidden place. Amazingly professional service. I ll be back. Thank you Mitchell!!!

In addition to other services, I got my last five oil changes here. They use the supplies I agree with. The staff, especially Lindsey, are all great. Half the price of the dealership.

Very nice and helpful employees. Jonathan, the guy who helped at the desk today, was very efficient and I never felt pressured for any added services.He went over the cars complete inspection with me and recommended certain items and suggested others for today or in the future.Prices were reasonable.Will definitely be returning to this location.

The staff wasn t pushy or condescending at all, which was refreshing to experience in the automotive field. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. While reviewing the inspection results, no one talked me out of declining any recommendations. Service was very fast!

The manager (Lindsay) is very professional and friendly (as is her staff). She told me to bring my vehicle when the shop opened for an alignment so as not to have to get behind any other alignments later in the day. I was in and out within 50 minutes, including receiving further advice regarding my alignment.

Great service. Well organize. Love that the oil change comes with all those checks (fluids, lights, breaks, filters)Everyone was busy and seemed to know what they were doing. Told my kids to go and get their oil changed too!

I came in thinking I needed an alignment. I was told that they d inspect the car and THEN do the alignment if that s actually what s needed. Well after they were done all they did was tell me they did the alignment but the actual problem was the control arms need replacing. I was still charged for the alignment even though it didn t do ANYTHING. What happened to the inspection?

I had a good experience at the Poinsett Jiffy Lube. Lindsey, the shop manager, was kind and served me well through some pricing complications. I was very appreciative of her help, and her efforts to give me a fair price.

Best customer service I ve ever had!!! I always get conserves going to auto places, but everyone I worked with here was so patient and helped explain everything they were doing with my car, all with a smile on their faces! Will definitely be coming back!!

I agreed to a product with a specified cost and a more expensive product was put on my car! When I asked the manager Lindsey she was very rude and insistent that I had agreed to the highest-priced product!!The conversation escalated when she said (the manager ) told me she would just take off the Product and I could go home with nothing! RUDE! Never will I go back to any Jiffy Lube! And I will be telling everyone I know my experience..

This is the Jiffy lube on poinsett!!! In Greenville sc.Lindsay, the female at the front counter lied 2 me on Feb 16th, time 8:20am, eye informed her eye needed a sidemarker bulb replaced just one, she stated, if its something we can pop in and out there want be any charge beside getting the oil changed eye said ok. Eye watch the guy change my bulb it took him less than 5 minutes!!! She changed me $38 dollars. This will be my first and last time going 2 jiffy Lube on poinsett, she's nothing but a liar and full of greed!!! My next move is to post this on social media put her name out there be ware!!!

I come to Jiffy Lube of Cherrydale cooperately and privately. I bring all my business vehicles in for oil changes and things of that sort. If I was the owner of the Jiffy Lube franchise I would make Mitchel (who works at this location) the face of the company. He is dedicated, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to using this company because I know Mitchel will be there. He is the definition of professional.

Left my car 2.5qrts low on oil, now fighting them for engine replacement. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Their tech messed up by underfilling my vehicle, they want to shift blame. Nick, Christian, Lindsey, and the entire staff take no accountability for their actions. If you're wise, you'll go elsewhere for an oil change.

All the staff were literally the best service providers that I"ve experienced these past several years - and my experience(s) with service-oriented businesses over that time has been extensive (including 10 different states and encompassing services from funeral homes, home renovation specialists, myriad painters, restaurants, mechanics, etc). This staff leads the way in professionalism, competence, communication & TIME MANAGEMENT. A TOP SHELF experience.

I ve been using this Jiffy Lube location exclusively for any vehicle maintenance that they will offer for over three years now. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. This place was extremely clean even the restrooms! Carlos went above and beyond opening the door as I exited the vehicle when I first arrived and also opened the door for me when I was leaving! He also made sure to enter my email address for future coupons and promotions. Thank you all for making this a great experience!

Always pleased with their professionalism and on point customer service. Living a state away it was still worth coming to Greenville to make sure our vehicle was maintained & serviced without being hustled/conned. The district manager, Tyler, also has helped to correct an issue with a battery expediently. We wish all franchised Jiffy Lubes would have the same honest standards.

Jiffy Lube, in Greenville, was prompt. Staff were courteous and helpful.Thanks for assistance when needed (unexpected flat tire). I stopped at the garage, without an appt., and needing assistance. Jiffy Lube was responsive.

When I received my service, Jiffy was busy. They were upfront about the services they provided and told me it was a first come first serve basis. They were efficient and respectful to every customer. Each tech seemed like a true advocate to each customer regarding their vehicle needs. I understood that there was going to be a wait but had the option to drop my vehicle off.
