I've been bringing my cars to Axxis for 5 years now, and I've always had such a great experience. I know that I can trust them with the care of my car and to provide honest insight into my car's functioning. They always take the extra time to answer any questions I have and to explain each issue that arises and the options we have. They do their best to keep prices as affordable as possible and to be efficient while maintaining attention to detail. They are also always so friendly and welcoming. New to the area: it took me 9 months to find an honest and very knowledgeable auto shop!THIS IS THE TRUTH!!!! DO NOT take your car anywhere else!My story begins with a very bad tuneup job that had me taking my car back within days because it was undriveable. They changed a coil, $100. Within a month the car became impossible to drive. Took time off work and took it to mechanic #2, waited 2 hours, and they said there's nothing wrong with it. Took it to a dealer because I could hardly drive my car, and they changed a spark plug and coil and charged me $200. Car was still riding rough. Took it to mechanic #4, he said he couldn't diagnose it. (Keep in mind the whole time I had to rent cars or Uber to work and back and also lost pay and PTO time $$$$). Now riding VERY rough, so went back to the dealer, (had to have it towed). They changed spark plug #5 and now charged me $500 for this. The service guy said it was high because I had to pay for all the training their wonderful mechanics get, and that spark plug in particular is hard to get to. I asked what it would cost me to have ALL the spark plugs and coils replaced, and he quoted me over $1200. Also after I paid the ridiculous charge of $500, he drove my car around to the front and left the car door open and I got in. The next time I went to go somewhere I discovered my keyless entry was now not working, where it had been working fine when I had taken it to the dealer.Took it to mechanic #5 because my car is still practically undriveable. I told them I wanted a completely new tuneup and ALL the spark plugs and coils changed. They kept it for a while, and then told me the only problem I had was dirty valves and charged me $200, plus almost $300 to diagnose everything. The next day I could see that this had not fixed ANYTHING. It was still riding very rough.So I had to wait a week because mechanic #5's shop was closed as they were attending a training seminar. When I called and told them I want my spark plugs and coils changed (like I asked for originally), he said NO! He said they would have to test drive it and determine IF that's what it needed. (Remember they told me they had test drove it when I had picked up the car and that it was fine, and he also then admitted to me that they hadn't even looked at my spark plugs originally. He told me I should have called them earlier. I asked him how was I supposed to do that when the shop was closed for a week, and he changed the subject.The very next day while driving to work, my car seemed like it was going to die right there in the middle of the highway. I made it to work but was at my wits end! Miraculously one of my coworkers who normally doesn't work with me was there and gave me the name of Axiss Auto Service, telling me that's the only place they would ever go to.I called and they took me the next day, even though I had never been there before!!!Turns out the spark plugs used were all mismatched and they were not even the recommended ones. The intake manifold was put on upside down and siliconed into place. The coils were mismatched and some had not even been changed. The air intake boot had been torn and not repaired, and also not installed correctly.Axiss diagnosed all this and fixed it completely for just over $1000. My car is back to its old self and running great!Alex, Aaron, and Ben, YOU ARE HEROS!!! Thank you so much! I would give you one thousand stars if I could!!!

Great place to go for service. I'm a recent customer of about 6 months or so but in that time Axxis has provided me the best service I've had since I've started driving and going to repair shops. Axxis Auto Repair Shop is a high quality, grade A professional business! I ve been servicing my family s 3 cars at Axxis for 3+ years and they do a superb job. Alex the owner, Aaron the manager, and the many great mechanics that serve Axxis go out of their way every time to serve me and my family with excellence and down to earth friendliness. The men at Axxis are very knowledgeable about cars and can trouble shoot anything. I ve experienced very professional work on my cars from full service oil changes, new tires, tire rotations, radiator flush, AC repair, tune up, body work, and more. I've been coming here for about 3 years. These guys are the opposite of every other mechanic experience I've had in my 30 years of driving.Always pleasant, always on schedule, always conservative in their approach, always conscious of your cost, and I've never had to bring it back for anything!Ive mostly dealt with Aaron and Alex (mgr and owner) but even when I spoke to Ben the tech he was so professional knowledgeable and patient.I just can't say enough. Highly recommend.

Had some unexpected issues with my car. These great folks took great care of me. Aaron kept me updated and in the loop. I got to speak with the owner Alex about the issues surrounding the repairs of my vehicle. Everything was explained well and gave me a great understanding of what needed to be done! Pricing was also great compared to the estimated dealer cost and a few other local shops I called.Would def want folks to come here for repairs and service.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Transmission repair, A/C installation & repair

Yesterday I purchased a vehicle from them and was treated like they had known me for years. I didnt quite have enough for vehicle I wanted and they worked with me very fairly. Aaron handled my paperwork in a matter of minutes and the few concerns I had about the vehicle they fixed quickly before I left the lot. After talking to other dealerships these guys were a blessing to do business with. My son in law always gives them as a recommendation to people he knows and I am so glad I listened to him and went there. I hope these guys know how great it was to work with such honest people. God bless each of them and I pray their business is blessed as well.

Without a doubt, the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. His honest work and fair price have made this our only place to take our cars. The last time I took my vehicle into the shop I was charged an amount lower than they quoted. They were able to complete the work for less and charged me the actual amount. I was glad to see them care so much for me as their customer. Their transparency is appreciated. I highly recommend this place for car repairs and in your search for your next vehicle.

I dealt with Alex on a tow and diagnoses for my vehicle. He was very swift with communication through the process and gave me up to date information as they worked on my vehicle. Had an engine scare when I didn't realize that my oil was dangerously low in my Honda. A local dealership told me that an engine was needed and quoted me more than $4k. I brought my vehicle here for a last ditch second opinion and they decided to do an oil flush and recommended a thicker oil going forward. The vehicle has been in great shape ever since! I appreciate the team at Axxis

I m 63 years old and by far the most pleasant buying experience I ve ever had! Alex and Arron were honest and very knowledgeable not to mention helpful. These folks simply could not do more in the way of customer service: picked our stranded daughter up and gave us key batteries from a personal stash! I purchased my dream car from this company, a Mercedes, Rodrigo was my sales guy, I never felt that he was dishonest from our first encounter which was through FB. I went to the dealership and test drove more than one vehicle which he recommended, I guess he could tell this was big for me. After deciding on what I wanted we shook hands and made the deal, I was really excited because he assured me that they value their customers, which I very easily picked up on, because I value customer service. A couple of weeks later I had an issue, not only did Rodrigo answer his personal phone but assured me that everything would be OK, scheduled me an appointment and was there to meet me when I pulled up, even the technician was super friendly and greeted me as if I was family. They fixed my car with no charge to me, and restored the belief in me that there's still honest dealership around. Thank Axxis for your professionalism, and Great customer service, look forward to doing more business with you guys. Oh yeah and thanks for the soft drink Rodrigo!

I was all packed and ready to go out of town for a few days when my battery decided to call it quits. Luckily I got a referral from my neighbor for Axxis. Alex was there to help in less than ten minutes and I immediately went to the shop where I was able to get it replaced in under an hour. What a relief it was to have such incredible service! Excellent Management - Excellent Service - Very knowledgeable technicians - Alex the owner is pleasure to work with. Shop Worked on my high end 2016 vehicle had various electronic issues (not covered by manufacture Warranty) other shops could not figure out and this incredible team had the issues diagnosed and repaired in record time. Time is money and this team saved me both!! Thanks!!Highly recommended especially if you have high end vehicle !

My wife and I drove for three hours to come to Axxis Cars because we couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. We called ahead to make sure they had the car in stock, and they were very courteous when we arrived. They were very thorough about the car and were very willing to answer all of our questions. Filing the paperwork was a snap and they sold the car to us for a fair price. We were able to buy the car in less than an hour and we absolutely love it! My car broke down unexpectedly, and these guys were able to get me in and fixed in no time. The communication about the issue with my car was fast and simple, and that's hard to find these days. I was charged a reasonable rate for the repairs, which came in under the price I had feared. All in all, I'm a happy customer, and Alex and his team gained a customer for life!

We bought a mini-camper from Alex and the team here. They were awesome, especially when we had trouble with the trailer lights harness on our truck. Their service leader Frank actually drove the mini-camper to our house and reviewed operation of the camper, stabilized (backed it up our painful hill). In short, these guys are incredibly customer focused. I am going to one of our cars to them for service this week.
