This place is horrible he smells he has cats running all over the place and the whole place stinks ...I went there and had to leave I couldn't stand the smell...and not to mention he had a F you additude...very hateful...I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy

We are a business that is still waiting for this shop to pay for a part they got from us in May 2018 in partstrade platform.I called today (not my first time) and a man answered, I told him why I am calling and he just yelled at me saying she is not in now and hung the phone on me. Called again and no one answered.. how shocking.If a business is not paying a business I just wander how good is his service to his customer.. I would stay away.Dear Knight's Body Shop, you are more then welcome to pay us and make this matter right

Updated... Nice people but the shop is a complete mess with parts and scrap pieces of metal that can cut tires everywhere. They dont do good mechanical work AT ALL, body work is... ok, i had to ask them to straighten my bumper better and they put the wrong headlight and foglight. Attention to detail is horrible. Parts that are critical to torque to spec for safety reasons(like steering components) were not torqued and way too loose and caused dangerous conditions, parts not greased that obviously needed to be greased after replacing, parts rigged up to work instead of being replaced and they quickly broke, not able to diagnose mechanical issues properly they just throw the cheapest parts at it and hope the fix it or the customer doesnt notice, mismatched headlights and fog lights, they put 1 black housing headlight with the rest being clear(hard to miss). Had to take my vehicle back 5 times and still even had to fix things myself, the first day I got it back I counted 7 things wrong and my steering was so bad it sent me offroad once and almost into an 18-wheeler the second time, all in a day of getting it back!! Just glad to be done with it all, it took over a month for simple stuff. This was supposed to be a "trusted shop" through Nationwide.UPDATE!!!! Even 6 months after getting my truck back I'm still having EXTREMELY DANGEROUS issues!!! I went to get front tires and while looking at my brake pads i notice my lower control arm bolt not only facing the wrong direction but it is hanging half way out! This could have come out and sent me off the road and killed me!!!! Luckily the tire shop had some tools i could use and a nut and I'm very thankful i caught it when I did!!! You shouldnt have to fear for your life after getting your truck "fixed"...FYI any good reviews are from family members. This is a HORRIBLE SHOP!!!

Business to business they are BAD stay away or get paid before you send them anything. Got an item from us and never paid us.
