Hawthorne Auto is ran by great people! Michael is very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles he has on the lot. Him, along with his parents are very kind and hospitable! They buy great reliable vehicles. You don t have to worry about any junk or being screwed over like a lot of small dealers try to do to you. If you re looking to support local and to buy from people you can trust. This is the place.

I got an amazing car at an affordable price! Michael (and his parents, as well as their puppy Sadie) were all kind and patient throughout the process of me buying my first car, and were able to answer any questions I had with my paperwork. If you re not dead set on buying new, I would definitely recommend buying used from Hawthorne!

Mike Hawthorne is a true professional. He stands behind his sales, follows up after purchase and knows his business. He went above and beyond to ensure our purchase experience was outstanding. Integrity is tough to find in this business but Mike brings it. You will not find a better sales person. Strongly recommend!

Michael was more friendly than my best friend would be, he was a true professional and a man of his word. I would recommend everyone looking for a vehicle to give him a call and do business with him. What a great experience and down to earth atmosphere he created for me and my family. This was more than a business deal it felt like a family BBQ while picking up my truck.

If I could give this business 100 stars I would!! We purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 and absolutely love it! It was clean, well priced and was everything it was presented to us as. The sale was easy with no hidden costs. I highly recommend this business!! Check it out.

Was really hesitant about buying a used car. We decide on a vehicle from this lot. The service was quick, easy and the price was fair. The owner was very honest about the car. We had it checked out and all was good. I will buy from them again and recommend the Hawthorne Auto Group to family and friends. Well pleased.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and the process couldn t have gone any smoother, Micheal is one of the most straightforward and honest people you ll ever meet. I m now a proud owner of a 2017 Mustang GT and couldn t be happier with the quality and above all cool factor. Super sick car and customer service. When you make a purchase, you are doing more than just simply exchanging your money for someone else's goods or services. You are giving that person or company your business and investing your capitol in their future success. I can say without any hesitation that I am so pleased to have done business with Michael over at Hawthorne Auto Group, and am thrilled in having invested in their company with my purchase.I live almost 3 hours away, and drove to Hawthorne to look at a car they were selling. I had very limited time, and Michael opened an hour early to accommodate my travel schedule. He opened up his shop so I could fully inspect the vehicle, and allowed me to take a good and robust test drive. He was very forthcoming on the existing problems the car had, which were very few, and he was even agreeable to a reasonable negotiation of the sales price (which was already very fairly priced to begin with). I put down a deposit on the car, and drove home.The next Saturday, I took a three hour bus trip back to Hawthorne to complete my purchase of the car. Michael met me at the bus stop and drove me himself back to his lot, where we completed our paperwork quickly and efficiently, and I had a fantastic drive home in my new vehicle.Michael brings very good condition vehicles onto his lot, and the car I purchased is a testament to that. He also prices his cars and trucks fairly and honestly, with no ridiculous upcharges.All these other positive reviews people are leaving are legit. Doing business with Michael at Hawthorne Auto Group was a fantastic experience, and totally worth the travel time. My new car is equally as fantastic. I cannot recommend their services enough, and hope they continue to be successful in the future.

Michael was great throughout the whole buying process from start to finish. He determined, before he sold me the truck I was interested in purchasing, that he wanted to get a few things checked out to make sure it was up to a certain standard before leaving the lot; which I highly appreciated. He went above and beyond by taking it to his mechanic to have a few things tweaked. The truck runs great, looks great, we got a great deal and couldn t be happier. Go see them, you will be treated with respect and receive excellent customer service. This is not a paid review, just a satisfied customer giving an honest review!

I ve had my car for two months now and I m glad I chose Hawthorne for my new purchase. I was told to come by whenever and although I haven t had any major issues Michael has assisted me in a professional and timely manner. Mike is really good people, and he s very selective about his inventory, in that he won t put something on his lot that he wouldn t feel good selling or driving himself. I ve bought 2 cars from him, one for me and one for my aunt, and they ve both been gems. I ll come back to Hawthorne every time I need a car in the future and I recommend him to all my friends too.

Michael was very helpful with handling all the communication between banks and insurance companies. He actually bought the truck I was selling and I ended up buying another one from him in what turned out to be a win-win situation. He even installed a small part for the truck that was ordered before the purchase free of charge. He also worked around my work schedule to meet and was very efficient in getting both transactions completed.-JP-
