Visted on 3-15-24 at 10:30AmKimberly is rude and not helpful at all.You guys really need to get your reward points, and costumer phone numbers correctly in order. I thought I was receiving rewards according to other employees at this store... but apparently not. You mean to tell me other people keep using the SAME phone number as mine? every time??? Makes no sense at all. I feel sorry for other costumers. I wont be back

Y'all seriously tried to tell me it was $600 for a 98 f150 4.6 wow. Then told me all cores are non-refundable. Both a clear lie if you so much as glance at the website or have EVER BOUGHT A STARTER. Y'all seriously gotta get that older white lady in check. Has 0 knowledge. 0 stars. Drive across the street to AutoZone.

Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted and helped as soon as I come in the store. I didn t have to wait in a long line and I left the store with all of the parts I needed to complete the job.Thank you Jon For all of your help. I went here just to get tools. The line wasn't long, but the guy at the first register was having a conversation with the customer. The 2nd register was talking to the guy about oil and was walking and talking. The 3rd register the lady was to busy talking on the phone. The customer at the 1st register finally left and a woman walked in and cut everyone that was waiting. I was waiting a little over 10 minutes and finally left to go across the street to Auto Zone. I was in and out.

Where did all the auto parts stores go? Unknowledgeable staff in almost all locations. I've noticed recently, specifically in Advanced, they seem to only carry the more expensive items and not the cheaper. The cheaper items always seem to be 'Order Online'.Kind of funny, but 70% of the time they don't have what we are looking for regardless, at least on hand.

Worst Customer Service ever. I do not remember the gentleman name (Old, White Haired Man). I came in for a trailer suspension part. He never told me the kit did not come with all the parts, I came back to the store 2x to have him direct me to other places 15miles away. I go across the street to a competitor and they were very helpful and had all the parts i needed. I make my way back across the street and he sees me coming and goes out to his truck and did not go back in store until i left. Disappointed

My son s car broke down on the way home from vacation. He stoped at this Advanced Auto thinking it was the battery. Unfortunately it was a bigger fix but the staff was exceptionally friendly and gave him a referral to a repair shop and let him hang out to charge his phone while waiting for a ride. In a world where things have gone a little crazy and customer service is very hard to find they showed up. Thank you!

I couldn't find the air filter I was looking for for my Volkswagen suv.Besides that, the service from the staff was incredible.They tried to find it over different stores close to this location and also in their warehouses. Sadly they didn't found it.

Typical auto parts store but they did have 2 people working so I didnt have to wait. The woman was friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way for me. I'll be using these guys again.

My 2 star rating is only for how helpfull the employee at the location ( actual 5 star for the employee's customer service).Being I'm not very good at 'smart phones' and computers this ended up being a blessing in disguise. I needed a 24f battery for my minivan. It was barely starting and I stopped by your Gaston, sc store. A employee connected a tester to battery, said it was definitely the battery with no reserve registering at all. I looked at the gold battery (diehard) for 169.99 and seems like that was a little high. Your employee said to check online for additional deals and coupons. I even received a coupon for 25% off a single item (up to a maximum of $50 in savings). I was grateful for getting the price down to $127.49!! I wasn't able to get it to take coupon off. So, I took it back to your store and your employee helped me with this issue. After several attempts with my code and several additional codes it was apparent this doesn't work for batteries. Being low on money I called my brother and he said let him shop around for a few. He found me a 750 cca interstate 24f with a 3yr free replacement warranty at Costco for $89.99 , same as the Diehard Gold(minus their 15 core charge that I turned in at purchase). It's their everyday charge. My brother shown me on his phone were i can get any part i need for my 5 vehicals ordered from Walmart for average savings of 15-50%and delivered to my house for free. This includes name brand parts, also cheaper imported parts for non critical areas were it doesn't really matter ( non drive train and safety areas of concern). The hours i wasted trying my best on your website for the coupon adjusted amount I would have paid was still ridiculously high. Thank God my brother took time to show me the light. I will always shop around now, I had enough savings to pay for a membership, get some towels, fill up with gas, bring home diner, and $45 in pocket. Compared to the amount I would have paid for same battery with a different sticker at my local Advance. I will only step into one of your stores if i need a hose, and to specifically check for pieces under 1ft. They have always been given to me FREE!!!

It was lightly raining and my whipper bladeshad gone bad so I pulled into Advance Auto parts, went inside and got service allmost immediately..Asked if someone could install the blades for me because I'm an old fellow and they had me on my way within 10 minutes. I sure appreciate it that happy holidays to you fellas and ladies at auto advance Parts on Highway 321 Gaston South Carolina

Car broke down 5 hour from home while on vacation. It happened in a small town Gaston SC. I had to order parts a couple days later over the phone. Someone there stole my card information and made 3 charges to my card. Debbie and Becky are the ones I dealt with. Be careful.

If you like waiting for acknowledgement and service, this is the place for you. Line backed up and 3 people walking around in back as if no customers were there. No one even offered assistance like they were too busy.

Staff was descent although they didn't seem to enthused about helping me but once I got there attention they was happy to help but they surely didn't approach me trying to help me out neither time I've been here but once I asked for help they seemed very knowledgeable about stuff so wasn't too bad

The employees are helpful and courteous when you finally get through the line. Seems typical to have only one person working the front. Can take some time when there's a rush.

Well maybe I shouldnt give just two stars considering they do the same thing everybody else does but every time I have went in there as a female every chauvinistic Pig in that store tries to act as if I don't know what I'm talking about but then my son's father likes to turn things around when he is the one that gets to go back and tell them to their face yeah she she tried to tell you but you won't listen to her so yeah not all females are complete idiots when it comes to Vehicles some of us actually pay attention and know what we're talking about when it comes to cars. I take pride in the knowledge I have in automobile repair and maintenance thank you

As a UPS shipping point, they are very convenient. Everyone working there is very nice, very helpful.
