Terrible customer service. They will flat out ignore you. Even when there s absolutely zero customers or cars in the bays, they pretend you re not there. When they finally acknowledge you and you explain your issue, they still take their precious time. I just don t understand why anyone should be made to wait 30+ minutes to have someone just take a look at a tire when there are no customers ahead and two employees on the clock. You re better off going elsewhere or doing the job yourself.

When I made the 1st I was completely disrespected by an employee and was told they didn't have tires in the store and they only sold them on line. The female was yelling at me the moment she picked up the phone. So I thought maybe she didn't hear me correctly. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to school because obviously couldn't read. I asked for a manager and she hung up the phone. I called back and a young man answered the phone, I tried explaining what had just happened, he was polite but spoke to me like he didn't have a clue what had just happened. I plainly heard the same female in the background running her mouth and still being absolutely rude, calling me names that I will not repeat on here. I asked to speak with a manager and was told she was the manger of the auto department and the store manager wasnt in at the moment. Which none of this made an sense to me because I have worked for retail before and there is always someone in charge and it being Walmart each department has someone in charge plus a DM. The 2nd person wouldnt take my name number or even direct me on who to speak with in that situation nor would he advise me on another store that carried tires for Walmart. He told me that he didn't know of any store that carried any tires inside of the stores. We all know their wouldnt be an auto department muchless a tire sale if they didn't carry a single tire in Walmart. She told me to order them on line and they would send them to a shop near by but she wouldn't even give me that name. Shelby,NC doesn't need an auto department if they don't do any of the labor or carry any parts for vehicles. I will never go to or recommend that store ever again. If they had a negative star that what I would have given them

When they are not slow, they are slower.Plan on 2 hour wait. maybe that is part of their plan to get you into the store and do some shopping. I don't know. But the picture I attached shows what a two-hour line looks like. Needless to say I did not get my vehicle serviced there.My wife got her oil changed here and they topped off her windshield washer reservoir. Whatever they put in it leaves milky streaks on the windshield. See picture below.They also over-inflated her tires 242 lb when it should have been 33. She had asked them to rotate the tires and the guy told her they look like they did not need to be rotated.I went back there with her and we spoke to the manager who did apologize for the wiper fluid but did nothing.

Bhere to get oil change and they said it was going to take 2 hours and there's no one here.. And the workers is just walking around & talking not doing no work.. They need to be fired..

Love there quickness and commitment towards customer service. Don't like that skill isn't required to get this job.

Ordered tires from Walmart and they were delivered to the auto center here within 2 days! Saved me a lot of money! Google says they re closed but this location is open!

I bought a battery at the auto care center and had a good experience all together!!! They're were a few people getting batteries at that exact time do there was a wait but that's to be expected!!! No problems here!

Would give it no stars worse place ever. Slow and the workers are lazy. Go up on prices other than quoted. Sorry service ,..

Slow as the day is long and will do just about anything to get out of working. Took 4 hours to change 4 tires. Then, on another occasion, with an hour and a half before closing, they wouldn't do an oil change. If you don't have all day, this is not the place for you.

Just don't go here.. The wait times are terrible and so is the customer service. I dropped my flat tire off at 9am to see if they could fix it. They took my name and number but never called me. I came by at 5pm to find out the status. They told me they couldn't patch it and then got an attitude when I asked why they didn't call me. I would have had them put a new tire on if they called me. Instead I took my tire to Perry's Tire. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a patched tire.

Service was good I'm just really disappointed at the website. It said that this particular location in Gaffney was open at 7 am on Sundays. I went there and they were not open. No signs anywhere with hours but i sat there n my car until 8 am when they finally opened. I lost an hour of sleep unnecessarily. They need to update their hours online.

It's okay for certain things.Took my car to replace a headlight bulb they couldn't do that bc in cased in motor. Then had my oil changed & not 15 minutes after leaving the place my car quit running. We had to have car towed to shop & my whole motor replaced.

Was going to buy two tires 15.00 to put them on I was still going to get them we waited on someone to come and wait on us inside there was a bunch of employees standing around one guy watching while he worked there was about three people before us. Finally a female came to see what we needed told het tires the guy before us oil change this was around 4:00 they close at 6 but she told us that they might not be able to get to us because there was two cars ahead well if everybody in the garage area would go to work not stand around doing nothing but talking they lost a customer but they dont care they get paid by the hour. Walmart needs to do something about this after paying piece for tire having to pay 15 extra to put them on that is wrong no other place does i got 4 at Place in Gaffney for price i paid for two there.

Came in to buy a tire, no one was remotely interested in talking to me. Once I found someone and placed my order all but one of the employees were sitting around, socializing, goofing off, and only concerned with ordering food for themselves. After an hour someone finally wandered over to my car and took the bad tire off then a lot more worrying about hash browns, etc. The manager s name is Utaya and she s the one most worried about the food order. These employees are managed poorly, they goof off endlessly, and don t care if the customer sees it. Two customers and at least 5 employees and my tire took over an hour to replace. Do not come here.

We were 1 of 2 cars up for an oil change and had to wait about an hour. On top of that, a couple of the staff members were having it out with each other when we pulled up. Pretty clear that these people don't care about what they're doing.

The customer service is horrible. We were told our app was between 1 and 2 and when we got there the lady at the register took too long and when we got our quote and went to give it to a mechanic he said our wait would be 3 and a half hours because we missed our app. We rescheduled our app with the lady and she told another associate we were the ones that didnt arrive for our app. She told the other lady this with attitude. They are unorganized and rude. Would not recommend.

Went for an oil change. Denied service because my driver side door wouldn't open. They did it before. Went to Ultra Lube on the Blvd in and out in 9 minutes. Go see Mike for your next oil change. Will never use Walmart again.

Went to Walmart in Gaffney this morning because they were the only place open on Sunday. There was a nail in my tire that was very visible. It was sticking half way out and bent to the side. I pulled up turned the wheel to the left so they could see the nail and patch the tire. Three guys are there working and they tell me that the lift is broken so they won't be able to fix it. I told them "you don't need a lift cause you don't need to take the tire off to find it". They said they couldn't fix it without it going on the lift. I have had tires patched before without the vehicle being put on a lift! Pretty sad excuse!

My tire had a nail in it so I decided to give Walmart automotive a try well they tried to tell my my tire was dry rotted :( and as soon as they told me that I knew better than to let anyone touch it there I took it down the road to Cherokee Tire it was half the price AND it took the sweet man only a few minutes to find the nail and guess what NO dry rot.

Sorry to have to give such a low star here but we have alway's had many issues when we go here to getOur oil changed, we have had our emergency break cable broke, when there was no need for that break to be engaged in the first place, then we were told that ,On our diesel truck that they don't carry the oil filterFor our truck but you've changed our oil numerousTimes, then we took my Mustang to get the oil changed and I end up with a small crack in my windshield. All of this was natural wear on our vehicles. We don't go here anymore.

Had an oil change done, in and out within 40 minutes, said it got vacuumed but maybe just shook the mat's out, but did not know that they had started vacuuming vehicles, but if it's part of the oil change service than it should be done properly though

They operate at 2 speeds. Slow and Slower. Tried to get an oil change 45 minutes before closing and they told me that was not enough time to do an oil change. Maybe they need to go down the street to UltraLube and see how it's done. In and out of there in about 15 minutes

I would give this place a 0 if possible. Worst service and professionalism I have ever seen. After an oil change I noticed leaking oil in my driveway. After I crawled under to see what the problem was I noticed that oil was leaking from the oil pan because the bolt in the oil pan was about to fall out.

Very poor and unreliable. I called them on from interstate 85 to bring in my car to car center to fix tire service. Their repair guys had left before closing time at 7 pm. Which is very unprofessional and cost me time and inconvenience

Stripped the threads to my oil pan which caused my car to get an oil leak. I will never bring my car back here. It has happened twice so far, the third time will NOT be the charm!

They are never reliable. Everytime I go to get my oil changed they always have some type of excuse not to be able to change my oil. Very poor service

Great customer service! Only challenge is they don't open the tire & oil change bays early anymore.
