They can't make up their mind.Also price keeps going up the more you use them.Not a business company that can do business with business company's.They are mostly open for regular people.They also leave bubbles on windows.

Stopped in 1 friday morning anout 1 month ago and was gonna only ask what they would charge to tint the windows in my wifes new 2018 Altima. I was figuring they would want 250 to 300 dollars but he told me they would do it for 150 and could it now if I wanted it done. I just happen to have the money with me and told him to go ahead. He told me it would take 1 hour to complete. They were actually finished in 40 minutes and the tint looks great. I will be going back here if I ever need windows tinted in any other vehicle. Highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff and they do excellent work.

I ve done business here in the past a couple years ago and I was satisfied . But I recently went in April 2023 and had to take my car back because they tented over torn tent . when I asked him about why they tented over bad window , He said it cost 20$ more to remove the bad tent and put new on . With that being said , why didn t they call me to see if I had 20 more dollars to remove bad tent ? It s not like I didn t just spend 190 for the tent from beginning so why wouldn t I spend 20 more dollars I also told them I had 1 window with bad tent from beginning, so they knew to add whatever cost they needed to , to replace the bad tent or at least make me aware of the cost so I could have a option . Instead I wasted time and gas going back and fourth , over 20$Service: Vehicle window tinting

Outcast stands behind their window tinting. I ve had my car 10 years- bought it brand new and took it to Outcast . Tint looked great but this year it had started peeling, bubbling in the back ( remind you 10 yrs have gone by) so I stopped by to see how much it would be to have them remove the damaged tint, and replaced it new tint. It looks great. Thank you guys so much

Horrible business had lady to steal my bank card after using it couple years ago never gave Any service for free even after his employee splurge off my card! Tried him again today the lady really didn t log my appt correctly & owner going off the employees he hires not trying to correct the issue on his end so of course I took time off from WORK! Didn t acknowledge or try to rework the issue at all oh and then the employee kept hanging up in my face because I asked to speak to the owner!!!horrible business ill never recommend

Good customer service and the whole process didn t even take an hour! They did a great job tinting my windows and the price was affordable. The guy even pulled my car up in the garage afterwards so that I wouldn t get soaked in the rain. It even comes with a lifetime warranty. Haven t seen any bubbles or scratches so far. Thanks guys!

Had a 2pm appointment, got there at 1:50, and was told there was 1still being serviced and it will be about 30min. Man came in 15 minutes after me and told lady he knew he was early. An HOUR later owner told me about 10 more minutes, at which time he pulled the mans truck who came in AFTER me, and early ,into bay to service HIM . They may do good work, I didn't stick around any longer to find out. Poor customer service.

They close at 5pm and I showed up at 4:50pm. The gentleman stayed after closing and tinted my 2011 5.0 Mustang GT. he finished around 6:45pm and he did an EXCELLENT job. He was easy to talk to, professional and has great customer service skills. Very clean shop.

I couldn't ask for better service. When I tell you these guys will take care of you. Your car will look like luxury when they are done with it. Excellent customer service and my girl definitely shows hospitality.

Best price on quality tint in the state! I have tried many other locations, but their price doesn't come close nor quality. The window and windshield tint look great, and I am sure it will last many years. Call ahead to book an apt so you're guaranteed a time slot.

Customer service- Awesome!!! They tinted my windows even after the shop close time on Saturday! They go over and beyond for their customers as well as doing a phenomenal job on their services!!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again Outcast Crew!!

They installed a system in my car a year ago, since I have had issues with it cutting off randomly while driving . I had to go back the day after installed because they didn t fix the setting in my car where it wouldn t rattle with my windows up . I went to MIG to fix the problem and they used all the wrong wires and connectors. Lesson learned . For audio go to MIG

This Was My First Time At This Place.My Nephew Had His Windows Tinted There.They Were Very Professional And Fast.They Did A Great Job On My Black Ford Taurus.Michelle Was Very Nice And Friendly.Would Definitely Give Them More Business..Thank You.God Bless.

They'll fit you in tge schedule so you can pay them so you can have to go back fix they're work... Bought a speaker from them that was busted and I'm still waiting on a return call... Word of advice, if u want better quality work go to traffic jamz on stacy drive and ask for billy or larry. I wish i had waited

Ignition lock device service really suck! They show up n leave as they please. Show up too many time with nobody to reset it. Pick another place for sure or you'll regret it
