Wonderful staff with timely delivery. They worked with me so I could keep my car until all the parts came in. Prices were very reasonable and my car came back better than new in the time stated on the quote. Great experience after a not so great fender bender!

I have a Honda HRV that needed repair on the rear cargo door and bumper due to an accident. They had my car fixed within one week. The repair was done professionally and looks great! They handed my car back cleaned inside and out. I was treated with respect and a smile. This is now our go to body shop. I would definitely come back again and recommend them to others.

They had my car an additional week to fix what they didn t fix the first time as promised but again failed to fix the car. Worst customer service and did not fix things that was promised both times my car was at their shop. I was talked down to as if a woman didn t know anything. I will never go back to a place that claims to be a veteran business but treats a veteran poorly. They wanted me to pay an additional $600 to fix what they promised to complete the 1st time. The touch up looks like a child finger painted. The debt that was removed left a scratch or cut from pressure from the PDR. Again they wouldn t fix that. Then the lady up from snickered as if she was laughing at me. Bad service all the way around!

I have had to use these guys a few times and have never been disappointed. Great quality work , always have gotten my car back in a reasonable time. Very friendly customer service.

Did an AMAZING JOB on my vehicle! I was rear ended at a stop light and they fixed my vehicle and cleaned the inside, I barely recognized my car!! Love Love Love!!

The team at collision veterans was top notch! I received prompt , courteous & professional service throughout the entire process & the folks went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their repair work. I give them a 5 out of Five stars ! I Highly recommend these fine folks!

Good service. Easy to deal with when an insurance claim is involved. This shop is one of the preferred vendors of my insurance company, so the process was painless. With today s parts shortages, you might have to wait a while longer than expected to get your car back. The only knock I give is being able to get into their shop quicker due to scheduling. Really should be a 4.5 star rating.

Truck front end was completely wrecked due to hitting a deer. This shop did a wonderful job and it looks brand new. I love it.

Called and set an appointment for an estimate on hail damage because they have a sign out front that says hail damage. Showed up the next day at time scheduled by them for said estimate. The guy wasn t there the person working the front desk said he had court to pay ticket to come back in a few hours. Came back only to be told by the guy that I was told to come back to see that they person doing the estimate wasnt there that he may could schedule a time with the guy to do an estimate. Which i already had done the day before. Not professional at all don t care what kind of quality work they do if you don t care about people s time you don t care about customer service!

They are very courteous and professional . They kept me up to date on the repairs to my vehicle. They did an amazing job on my car and the repairs were completed an entire week earlier than promised.
