I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I purchased a new car, and 3 days later someone backed into me in a parking lot and left the scene. I took my new car to Body Worx to have the scratches repaired. They did a great job on the body work, however they trashed the inside of my week old vehicle. They sanded my car with the windows down? Or trunk open? So everything in my car was coated and caked with silver glitter flakes and dust. (Imagine someone doing drywall in your car). They scratched up the plastic on my bumper and my sliding cargo deck. SO essentially, I traded outside scratches for inside scratches. I took the car back as soon as I picked it up to complain about the nastiness of it, and someone vacuumed the front a little, wiped down a few spots (you could see the wipe marks in the dust), and wiped on the scratches a little. The back seat and floorboards remained untouched, and dust still caked in every crack and crevice. I spent 3 hours detailing it yesterday, dust in every single crevice and crack. Even my first aid kit was caked in it. I noticed this morning I still have dust settling on the dash. It will take weeks of cleaning to get all the dust out. Such a poor representation of their business, and a lack of caring in remedying the issue. I was told the owner would call me the following Monday about the scratched up plastic, and of course he never did. I wouldn't let them touch my car again even if he did offer to make it right though.Service: Painting

They took my truck for me as soon as I asked, they treated me like a VIP and had my truck fixed in a few days (rear damage) and kept me informed! Owners were super nice and worked with me so well! Awesome communication. I was sideswiped one evening, and once they were contacted, they took care of everything for me. Tow truck, insurance company, everything. And my vehicle looks awesome.I highly recommend them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE! They've got some lazy mechanics n a ripoff! Needed my bumper replaced with fog lights they returned my car with one fog light installed not working, I called ins Co n took back to get other installed. Gave me my car back both installed and still not working! How do u give a customer their car back n not ck if it's working?!! Poor customer service!

I am new to the area, and was involved in a hit and run, and a neighbor suggested Body Worx. I called the dealership body shops first, and they were all booked out at least 3 months before I could even drop my car off. Body Worx took my car in one day, and had it completely repaired in 6 weeks, which is record time considering the current climate with shortages and extended wait times. They have excellent customer service, and my car literally looks like new. I would definitely come back here again if needed. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is.

This place is a joke. They did not fix all the issues and left voicemail saying car is in parking lot with keys in it not even knowing if I could pick up. Got vehicle back half fixed and engine light was on and ac blowing out hot air and they damaged the interior and Scratched the whole outside of the vehicle. scratched off the clear-coat. they left old damaged parts on vehicle but when I complained they replaced one but did not finish fixing my grill and left some leaking bent ac coils and hoses on there. been fighting with insurance for three months trying to get it all fixed. This shop took vehicle back 2nd time removed only some stains on the inside and left the rest unfinished. Do not take your vehicle here. they even put screws directly through the chrome grill inserts right into the car body instead of using the clips that are made for it.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Everybody is very friendly and courteous. Picked up my car today and you couldn't tell that it ever had been crunched.Excellent work they work hand-in-hand with Enterprise to get a rental if needed and it went really smoothly no problem at all. I would recommend them highly to anybody.

They were all very sweet. So very helpful. Took me to rental place and also took the rental back for me. I feel like they cover all angles for someone in bad situation. I needed help and they came through above and beyond for me.

Do not go to this place! They are a rip off! Even after paying my deductible they told me I owed more. I eventually paid because I needed my car. I finally got in touch with my adjuster and was told that they had already paid them & I wasn t supposed to pay anything after my $500 deductible! They told me I owed them more for the repairs when my insurance company had already paid them. I will never use this company again. I heard nothing but bad things before using them & I should ve listened to my gut instinct. True rip offs!

Recently, I brought my 2016 Mustang in for some work. Honeslty, if I could give them 6 Stars I would! This is the single best body shop in Gaffney. I've used them twice over the last couple years and they always do an amazing job. They have an impeccable reputation in the community and for good reason.I brought the car in on Monday, and was able to pick it up on Wednesday. THEY WORK FAST! When I picked it up, the car was back to perfect condidtion. In addition they had the car washed and detailed inside and out.This was a very positive experience. The people are friendly, truthful, and reliable. The cost for their work is VERY reasonable and it's clear they don't take short cuts. Just good HONEST work you can depend on being done right, and at a fair price.As someone who has had some bad experiences with other body shops, I highly recommend you check out Body Worx first. While I hope I never need them again, I don't think I'll ever use anyone else should the need arise.

They are some really great people to do business with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They helped me out with getting back my car and threw in some free t-shirts as well. I took my truck to get bodywork done from hitting a deer. They kept it for 2 weeks. If I would not have called them they would have kept it longer. The day we got it back, it broke down and had to get them to tow it. They kept it for another 2 weeks. Still isn't working right. Bolts were left undone and some were missing from under the hood. Hoses were not connected to were they were supposed to be. Brought it there with a full tank and they gave it back on empty.

They have no respect for other people's property. I would not recommend using them for any of your car needs unless you want to have your stuff broken. Just a horrible experience all together. I can't say one nice thing about them.
