Do not try to take old warranty receipts to this location unless you are ready to argue with the store for over an hour!!! I tried to receive a LIFETIME warranty on a part with my receipt they told me because there system can t go back 3 years that I would need to call Customer Service I did that and even the Customer Service lady asked why they needed anything from her if I have the receipt She talked to them and asked them to do a manual exchange ( which they could have done the whole time ) terrible Customer Service in store - if a Customer has their receipt, give them what they need!!! We cannot control your system but you need to honor what our receipts say!!

Worst Advance Auto ever, this is the third time I have done an online order. Drive almost 30 mins. To be told they don t have it. I ask why didn t give a call to let me know. They said it s not their job. WOW, customer service at its best. This store has really went down hill since change of management. Very dirty compared to other stores.

Needed fuel cap and had bad battery terminals... Mark could not have been more helpful: he walked out with me to make sure the cap fit, and then let me use some tools to clean my batt terminals and then showed me the sprays to protect them. Very professional and friendly. Thank you.

Disappointed when I called ahead of time to ask for clarification on a policy regarding a warranty - they failed to give me the correct info.It wasn t until the person arrived was it brought up. Knowing that information; would have changed the way we handled it.

Great place that I purchased item but unfortunately their system have problem shut down. But very patiently awaiting and write worksheet total No bad report about this only one star neg is their system is down

The guy working there was particularly helpful. I stopped by unplanned to replace a small part. Not that it was a difficult fix, but he described in detail exactly what to do and allowed me to borrow a screwdriver and wrench to replace the small part in the parking lot. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Great service.

It's really a hit and miss here. Sometimes the sales people help you find what you need and sometimes you're on your own. Only myself and 1 other customer were in there yesterday, and there were 4 sales associates at the counter. When I asked where a certain type of washer fluid was located the 1 salesperson acted like it was a hassle to point me in the direction of the product.

The woman on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. I was going to purchase a few parts but her attitude completely turned me away. I went to oreillys. It cost me more but they were much more polite.

Lost the info for my online order. I had to contact customer service. Then, when I was finally able to go pick up my part, I waited forever to be helped. I mean, forever. I will not return to the Gaffney location, not ever. Now, I am 2 days behind on a simple repair.

They're always friendly and as helpful as they can be, they are salesmen though. Edit: My bad, I thought I was reviewing AutoZone. Advance employees are pretty cool and helpful.

Bought a air filter at Advance Auto Parts for my GMC. It requires special tools to take apart and replace filter. The manager helped me out and put filter in my vehicle. I gave him 20 dollars for his trouble. I appreciated the time he saved me by installing the filter for me. They installed a battery for me about a year ago as well.I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts....

This is crazy if I have a warranty for my battery then why not switch it out, don t give me you can t because it s not dead, I told them I put it on the charger and had to change out my alternator they said they said they can t change it because it says 100% on the tester, over and over again I told them I had it on the charger b4 I came up here knowing I only stay 5 mins away, and they can t help me until it s dead... I don t get it so they don t care about my warranty and want me to buy a new battery what s going on then??...

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the exact part or tool I needed when I didn't even know the name of the part all I had to do was explain what the problem was and what the part was for and they went right to it and I was able to fix my car so I could make it home thanks advance

They have a very narrow task.Auto parts. When you come here you expect that they will have what you are looking for. Especially when it is a common vehicle like a Dodge truck.Well, they did not. it would have been no big deal if I did not go out of my way on a special trip to get it.I guess Amazon is treating them so bad that they don't even feel like trying anymore.

Walked through all the aisles lookin for a specific item for 20 minutes. Not one associate asked if I needed assistance. There were 3 employees and me, the only customer. I will not go here again if it's the last place with a part I need.

Didnt have exactly what i came in for but im sure to find what i am looking for elsewhere. They have some pretty good stuff here and they had some deals. I probably would return here the next time i need something, hopefully they'll have that in stock.
