Great service from Gill. He's worked on my Acura and now my Hummer and he always does a great job. He knows what he's doing and prices are turn around time are always very reasonable. I'd trust him with any car I have and I recommend him to everyone who asks me where I take my vehicles for maintenance.You rock, Gill!

Unprofessional experience and unauthorized repairs done by Lee Smith and his mechanic Gill. I was aware of engine mount and blower problems after vehicle has been previously inspection at dealership and another shop. Contact Lee Smith since I had been to shop before after coworker had recommended their business. *Red flag after Lee Smith refused to discuss price*I was told to bring vehicle and leave at their shop on Monday for his inspection and to determine repairs and costs.After leaving vehicle there at shop I maded several failed attempts to reach Lee Smith and was instructed by Heyward Smith to speak with the mechanic on Tuesday. The mechanic Gill gave me price quote of $600 parts and labor to replace engine and transmission mounts. I had informed the mechanic this was out of my price range but agreed to proceed with repairs for mounts and with the mechanic promising to contact me with additional quotes for heater blower and tune up to be repaired at much later date. Never did received callback and calls were not answered until Thursday which is when I had discovered vehicle had been ready but unauthorized repairs had been done to blower. Lee Smith accused of me harassing his employee after I had requested to see the original parts that was taken off and he had stated that he could be dirty and take the parts off but he is a Christian man. My opinion that he is a Shady Business Man is more the correct term. I would not support this black owned or recommend doing business with Lee Smith.From prior inspection of my vehicle it was never 4 cracked mounts and only the pigtail on blower was damaged. But because I had requested to see proof of damaged parts, I was accused of harassment and with the expectations of the mechanic to dig in trash for parts that should not have been thrown away. As a paying customer it is within my rights to ask the owner and the mechanic to provide proof to what you have alleged was damaged and required replacement.

ELDER ABUSEMy Toyota Camry broke down at Walmart. I called Smith Towing and instructed mechanic to call me with diagnosis before making repairs. I expected a call in a couple of days...no call came. When I called inquiring about my car, I was told $325 worth of repairs were made(unauthorized). The car would not start the next day or any other day. I notified Mr Heyward Smith, he agreed to come look at it. He stated that more work would be needed anyway. I have been scammed. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.
