I called the day before to get pricing on brakes and see what they could do for me. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice from the start. I told him what other shops had told me. He asked me questions about the sounds I was hearing and tried his best to help me estimate cost. The customer service I received over the phone was what made me schedule with them over anyone else I called. When I took my car in the next day, there were 3 guys there and they were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did need to get new rotors but they helped me with pricing. They made phone calls to find me the best price. They showed me my rotors after they took them off and explained everything, compared my rotors to a rotor that would ve been safe and explained how the brakes and rotors worked. They were very nice about everything and most importantly, they didn t push anything on me I didn t need. My back brakes still had a little bit of padding on them and they showed it to me. They even said I would be fine for a while if I didn t want to replace them but that it would need to be done soon. I went ahead and got the back brakes from them so I could get it done all together. They did not talk me into that decision at all but because they were so nice and helpful, I went ahead and got it done. My experience with Tega Cay Wash and Lube has been one of the best I ve had at any car shop. Customer service goes a long way!

Great service - fast and efficient. Got a transmission drain and fill and oil change done in about an hour (with one other person ahead of me), for the price others were going to charge for just the transmission service. Would highly recommend and will go back.

Wow, what amazing experience. I was double priced on parts at Firestone and given inflated prices. This auto care was recommended. I showed up with parts they took such amazing care of me and affordable fair price given to me. I told my husband, he went, got service the same day and was also super impressed by the kindness and super professional care. Great Place. Highly recommended

My 1st auto repair with Tega Cay Oil Change. The Owner, Richard, and his team got me in ASAP for a major auto repair. Very professional, fairly priced, efficient service, they even gave me a lift home while i waited on repairs then picked me up when the car was ready. Great service and fair pricing, I highly recommend these guys.

I visited this oil changing shop today with high expectations, but my experience left me quite disappointed. I brought my car in for a routine oil change, specifying that I wanted the same fully synthetic oil that I've been using for the past 7,000 miles at another store. However, things took an unexpected turn.Without asking when I last changed my brake fluid, they insisted it needed changing just by looking at its color. They also recommended a coolant flush due to the changing weather.The real shocker came at the time of payment when they handed me a receipt for a whopping $445.22! When I questioned this exorbitant cost, the response was that I hadn't asked about the pricing. This lack of transparency was disheartening.Furthermore, their advertised offer of a free car wash with an oil change was not honored, as I didn't receive any car wash tickets.Additionally, I later discovered that they didn't use the oil I requested with 7,000 miles but instead used oil with only 5,000 miles. This discrepancy further eroded my trust in their serviceI had hoped for a straightforward oil change and left with an unexpected, expensive bill and unanswered questions about the services provided. Transparency and honoring advertised offers should be a priority for any business.

I had a great experience here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time and was able to wash and vacuum my car. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Great place. Top quality products " Use mobile 1 synthetic) well experianced staff quick in and out , very knowledgeable in what they do , Highly Recommend. 5 stars easy , it's sometimes hard to find an honest place to do your automotive work , but these guys Have the Reputation and Experience to do it rightstagfemployemcadillac cts because of there excellent reviews and reputation will be using there services in the futureVsited Again Today 11-11 , for Brake Job on my CTS , Fantastic service , Very Nice Staff , quick turn around , had a semi minor replacement of lower engine guard ( had my own ) But They installed Free Of ChargeHonesty in Car Maintance is hard to find. I found this place to be an honest, reputable place. I took my car in to have brakes replaced ( thought I needed front and rear, as was recommended by dealership) Pads were measured by employees here and found only front pads were needed. ( saving hundreds of dollars) Thanks guys, for your honesty and knowledge, and not taking advantage of people! Highly recommend!!!

Great shop and during my oil change they found a serious problem in my rear differential and I am so glad that they noticed it because it may have saved our lives if it failed while on the highwy.

I went in today for an oil change and the tech told me my brake pads needed to be replaced. I was in and out in no time. Everyone was so kind and went above & beyond with my brake replacement. I couldn t be more appreciative. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I had my oil changed there last week they were very professional and thorough while checking my vehicle they let me know that I needed to replace my brakes so they took care of that the prices were very affordable I was in and out in less than an hour thank you

We were traveling from NM to Charlotte NC ... our jeep Cherokee developed a problem with acceleration and we pulled in to the shop. Within an hour they replaced an ignition coil and a spark plug and had us back on the road .... for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop.

Stopped in the parking lot from the interstate because I had a flat tire and had no clue these guys were right next door! They completely changed my tire with no charge and a friendly attitude! My day would ve been ruined if it weren t for them.

Came there cause I had a oil leak,they were able to get me right in, after the technician checked it out it was a bad oil filter. So I went with a new filter and oil change,end of problem. Thanks guys,left well satisfied.
