I admit, I had a bad experience at this shop in the past and was hesitant to go back because they put the wrong lug nuts on my car after advising the tech which to use but they worked to help rectify and refund me when I had to purchase a lug wrench and other parts. I received tires for my Audi s3 and set an appointment. The manager Jay gave me a call the day of and asked if I would come earlier due to them having openings. I got in early and Jay and his team worked me right in and out. Loving my new tires and the tech did a great job installing them. Jay and I even spoke about a passion of reliable cars and I was appreciative of his direct and knowledgeable info. Will definitely be back when time to put my winter tires back on!

Yeah, I'll have to second the one-star ratings by others. I first went here last year and the service manager, I guess it was Mary Beth, said they would provide work with customer supplied parts. Now, several months later and on another repair, the same facility says they won't. After that, I don't feel that I had a transparent transaction. Although the work was completed satisfactorily, the first estimate for a suspension repair was ~ $700 plus tax. And then, once the repair was complete, the total was now $900 before a military discount, or over $800 with an alignment. After double and triple checking the numbers, I still felt that something was off as the service manager changed his previous answer and was now stating his previous quote did not include an alignment. Well, that was a bold face lie, just like at the dealerships, and I felt he was acting in a typical car repair facility manner and changing the previously quoted prices after the work had been completed. I also feel that Pep Boys hourly service rate of $138 is nearly the local dealerships rate of $150 and for a $12 difference, I might as well go to the stealership. The work was done satisfactorily though, I do appreciate that, although I didn't enjoy the shell game with price quotes.

Went in to make an appointment to get a couple tires replaced. Marybeth told me he was just finishing up and could get me right in. She even matched the online price for the tires since showed more expensive in their system. Nice waiting area with a tv, coffee, water. Pleasant crew, fair price, and got me out pretty quickly.

The techs are nice enough.. but damn the prices for the labor and services are way out of hand. I went in for an oil change, which is pricey enough these days. (Should just do it myself I know.) But I had a headlight bulb out, had the bulb already, and all they had to do was replace it.. I watched the technician take, maybe 5 minutes to replace this bulb and I got charged $70 dollars for labor on a 5 minute change Feeling a bit taken advantage of and won t be going back to Pep Boys moving further. Only response from the manager was Well at least the cars leaving healthier than when it came in.. definitely would recommend getting a better manager involved in this location.. Yikes.

Started going to this location last year and had nothing but great things to say. My son took my car here for an oil change and was charged $130. I was shocked because each visit I was paying at $92. I called to get a break down on why the price was different. The person who answered the phone was VERY rude. I asked if I could speak with someone else to help me and he told me he was the manager. I explained the situation and his response was ok, so what s the problem I asked again if someone else could help because he didn t seem interested in helping me. He hung up on me! I called back and he answered the phone and just sat there. I said hello, his response was what do you want I asked if he hung up on me and he hung up the phone again. I reached out to corporate already but decided to post here to make others aware! I will be finding a better place to get my car serviced!

I cannot stress enough how much help Jay Alexander, The store manager and Bryson Leonardt were to me in getting my Acura fixed !! They were very professional, very caring as to my situation with the car. They kept me informed at all times of the progress of the repairs. I have taken my Honda Accord and my Acura to other mechanics and did not get the results I did with Pep Boys. I am extremely pleased with the service, so much so that I took back my Honda Accord for them to fix that as well. I felt that the prices were comparable to the other prices quoted to me by other mechanics. I highly recommend this Pep Boys to have work done.

WARNING DO NOT GO Took my car in for a simple oil change, one of the techs rode the clutch and broke the linkage. After the oil change they decided to tell me what happened. Recommend me another shop as they couldn t do anything to fix it. Following day got yelled at by corporate because they said it was a part deemed to fail which is simply false. Never coming here again simply rude/unknowledgeable especially the store manager.

The new store manager is very very rude. He acts like he has a chip on his shoulder. I suspect he is raciest against white people. I will not bring any of my 5 cars here again. Marybeth was always great to work with.

First let me start by saying I love Mary Beth! I just called and I spoke with someone named Jay, when I say he was Rude, he was just that! I called on a Saturday early afternoon and he told me to call back on Monday! Wow, what type of service is that! He also informed me that there is all new people that work there. So warning to all of you that have established a relationship with this location in the past! Looks like I have to seek service elsewhere!

I can t review them any worse. I absolutely do not recommend this company as a whole.I went in for a routine battery replacement. They recommended spark plug service, and I knew it was about time for that so I said sure.After that service, I ve had nothing but problems. My car was running weird, so I brought the car back and said hey I think there are some bad spark plugs in it. They checked and said no, the spark plugs are fine but you need to change your ignition coils.Oh, okay. Let s change those if the plugs messed that up. Spend a lot more money on it.Guess what, car still doesn t work. So I give up on Peo Boys and bring it directly to a Honda garage. After $300 in diagnostic testing, guess what- the spark plugs are bad. Spend another $600 on all that.Fast forward to 7/18/23, try to get ahold of Peo Boys customer service. No one there wanted to talk to me, tell me someone higher up will reach out within 48 hours.NOPE.I call them back 7/20/23. Apparently they have no record of my car being worked on, which is why I didn t receive a call back. The online customer service associate hung up on me four times. Told me he had no answers for me.At this point, I have no solution to my problem.

Scheduled night before for next day tire replacement. I wasn t positive they would actually have the tires so I called in the morning, before dropping vehicle off. They had them! Dropped off at 8:30am, truck was ready to go 4:00pmCan t complain, next day, 4 new tires, alignment, all for a reasonable price. I will be returning for sure!

First I d like to add that I have never left a bad review.. unfortunately I have no choice with this place. I ve been coming to this exact location for almost two years now, they do all of my repairs/oil changes.Today I went to get my oil changed and was told I was in need of a new oil pan/drain due to the last person that changed my oil putting a drain plug in that was too large for the pan causing it to strip. I politely explained that they had done my last oil change as well as the last two years of oil changes, they ignored everything I said and never offered to fix the issue they had caused in the first place.So not only were my oil change prices different every single time (always gotten the same service and same oil.) but they damaged my car during my last visit, never let me know and now are not taking responsibility.. and charging me $600 to fix THEIR mistake.It s sad because this place is so convenient but I d advise no one I know to come here.

Marybeth is a LIAR she told me Advanced Auto does warranty claims on labor for faulty parts purchased and all I needed to do was take receipt to Advanced Auto to get my money back she basically lied to me just to get me to put my car in their hands to fix she also asked me if I needed a ride called a Lyft for me to get home while they work on my car then added the cost of Lyft to my bill just like they did back in February. I see now after dealing with this Pep Boys since they opened all Marybeth & Jake going to do is lie to customers to get their business or get customers to spend more money or maybe it s just the customers of color they handle like that ..

Brand new and super clean operation with an enthusiastic work team. We were able to get in for an oil change without any delays or issues. They do not push upselling here which is what turned us off on other automobile service centers. The free tire rotation is a plus but make sure to follow up to make sure they did not forget it. We spotted the failure to rotate and they immediately resolved the issue. Definitely give them a try.

They saved me after I had a flat tire, sat for two hours at another tire shop and then they told me they couldn t take it today. I called in a panic, less than an hour before close, but they took me right away and got the tire replaced. Awesome customer service from Mark the technician, he did everything with a smile even though his shift was supposed to be over.

Called to see if they could patch my tire and they said yes. When I pulled up I was greeted and assisted right away. The guys were very helpful and gave me suggestions for my car in the future. I will be back.

I recent worked with MaryBeth and Mark on the leveling kit install. They were both very knowledgeable about the work I wanted completed and explained every detail of the install prior to the work. I m extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend and use them in the future!

I'm still trying to figure out what's allegedly wrong with my tire. I got an oil change back in June and the front desk guy told me my tire was bad and would be flat by the end of the week. He tried to sell me a tire but I didn't buy it because I couldn't see anything wrong with my tire, plus the guy actually working on my car had a funny look on his face as if he was being forced to agree with the front desk guy. It just didn't feel right. He said they couldn't plug the tire, I need a new one. This is September and my tire is still fine. Was he just trying to see if I was gullible enough to believe him and buy the tire?

I've had two experiences at this shop since they opened and both have been very positive. Their prices are fair, the folks are very friendly and overall I'm completely satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to bring in my car to have them work on it in the future.

My husband took our ford over to this location after a road rage incident left me without a back wiper blade. My husband explained what happened and they helped him right away in getting the jammed piece off the back window so we could replace the part. Super happy and will be returning!

i asked to have them check why my tire was leaking they said they were only told to fill it. when she said they would check why it was. not sure why they dont give the right info to people i was willing to wait if thats what had to be done.

We get there and sit in the waiting room to hear a worker in the bathroom throwing up for 20 minutes straight. Then another guys come to get the Jeep. Sits in it for about 10 minutes and gets out. I ask him if there is a problem and he said he can t get it out of gear. I said you can t get an automatic in reverse? He then proceeds to ask me if I have an attitude with him. I said seriously. He said yeah go somewhere else. I m not sure you should work at a place like this if you can t figure out how to get a vehicle in reverse. Worst serve ever!!!!

Never go to pep boys they steal money on name of diagnosis they charge $55 to just do switch up and down for window even the manager is saying same it's under charge to let you know that regulator and motor needs change this place steal money on the name of charges even the corporate office also the same pep boys are cheater

This place is the worst! I have taken 4 different trips to the shop for things they keep messing up! First they didn t reset my break alert, then they installed the wrong rotors, then they didn t put back in the E Brake pads and now the e brake is not working again!!!! So bad that it s a new shop and they can t do things right. Never again!

Horrible! Truck still over heating and car was misdiagnosed!! The regional manager never even called back. I will contact there corporate headquarters in P.A ! I will never go to this location again!!!
