They did a great repair on my car in a timely manner. Chip was knowledgeable and honest and only recommemded what I needed. I will be going back for any future auto body repairs.

Metrolina did a fantastic job repairing the rear quarter panel on my Miata. They got me in quick and had a short turn around time. Other shops I had contacted said it would be like 2 weeks before they could even start, one even said they couldn t do the work. Chip is great super chill and even bothered to go out and get new vinyl to redo my stripes. My insurance claim was a bit screwy but Chip was patient while I sorted it out. Great communication and great work. Thanks guys

Forget about this place. I stopped at this location in February to get an estimate for replacing back bumper. It's been over three and a half weeks, and I'm still waiting on the estimate. They seem so laidback or perhaps they don't want my business.

I just had work done on my Cadillac CTS. They are truly amazing. The car looks fantastic. I would recommend anyone looking for work done to come and check them out. You WILL NOT be disappointed. They are great. I scheduled the estimate and they got me in same week, where others were booked weeks out. Communication was clear and given in a way that could be understood. They took 3 days to complete the work, where in other quotes I was told 7 plus days. The work was flawless and they cleaned not only the outside, they cleaned the inside also. Everyone was polite and professional. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I know they will do a great job.

I hit a deer and it damaged the right side of my Hyundai Santa Fe from the front fender all the way to the rear fender. My insurance adjuster totaled it based on the body damage which was significant. I really wanted to fix my car and keep it, but I wasn t quite sure if I was making the right decision. When I took it to Chip, he was very honest as well as professional. He explained the process in detail and gave me his opinion which made me feel comfortable with the decision to keep my car. He gave me a fair quote, he did a fantastic job on the body work and paint and I am a very satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Metrolina Collision. Absolutely a great place. They care for your vehicle as if it was your own. They handle all the communication with the insurance agency and make sure you get everything you deserve and more. Fair value, honest people and Chip will not stop until the job is completed better then you expected. I was hoping to never have to go back, but unfortunately I will now be taking my daughter's car there...at least I know the job will be done right. Chip was so great to deal with. He listened and then offered different options for repair. The repair was completed very fast, and looks great! It was so refreshing to deal with someone who knows what they are doing and completes the work in a timely, efficient way. He also gives you options and works with the client in a fair, reasonable way. He also has heart and compassion for others. A pleasure to do business with Chip at Metrolina Collision. The entire staff, starting with administration, are excellent! When you crash your car you are already upset, but when you call these people, you feel like it will be okay. Chip explained all of the damage to my car with photos! He was honest and upfront and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He even went above and beyond for the price he quoted. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They treat everyone fair. I'm just a poor single lady who knows nothing about cars, but they all treated me with respect and consideration. I am so glad to have my car back on the road after that accident. After they fixed it, it ran just as good as it did before the accident. I couldn't believe it! Chip is the best! He still has the charm of the friendly neighborhood mechanic even though his repair work rivals any high end repair shop! When I put my car in the auto shop I always wait until it's repaired to wash it. When Chip notified me that my vehicle was ready for pick up I had in my mind to take it to the carwash. But Chip being the ultimate professional even detailed my car! Not only was my car ready to be picked up but I was ready to hit the streets again...in style! Great place if you want things done right!

Metrolina Collision did an excellent job in fixing the damages on my vehicle. They repaired my Kia Sorento back to it s original factory shape. It looks and feels like it is brand new again. The staff of Chip, Kelli and the rest of their team are knowledgeable, friendly, down to Earth & very professional and proficient! I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work done on their vehicle. In the event that I am ever in need of body work again there is NO OTHER SHOP that I would even consider! Chip looked at my car and gave me his honest opinion. Even though I was disappointed to hear about my car's condition, he gave me good advice and took his time to explain what what was going on. I will definitely trust him with any future collision car issues.

The employees here genuinely care about their customers and their work. They were conscious of my wallet the whole time as well, and very knowledgeable about the workings of the insurance company. I truly feel Chip went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed for as little cost to me as possible. It's rare to find a business that is honest, and out there trying to help people rather than concerned about profit.

Staff is friendly and very understanding. Chip did a great job explaning what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. Even fixed my tow that prevented me from driving correctly that firestone themselves couldn't fix.Will be back in the future for any car related issues! I had a fair amount of damage done to my new BMW after hitting a deer recently. I have known Chip for years and knew his business was built on his and his team's skill and expertise in their profession, so there was no doubt I wanted Metrolina Collision to make the repairs. I picked my car up today and have to say it looks fantastic - just like the day I purchased the car from BMW and handles perfectly. The work Chip and his team did is incredible - would never know there was ever any damage. Paint is perfect. Would and will recommend Metrolina Collision to others. Thank you SO MUCH Chip!

They do great work! Between myself and my brother they have repaired 4 of our cars. The have repaired two of my Mustangs over the years and one of my brothers after both being rear-ended. You wouldn't even have known they had been wrecked. I picked up my Audi from them yesterday and it looks pristine. Chip does a great job at keeping you up to date on the progress of your vehicle, and if there will be any delays. I've never been disappointed with their work on any of my vehicles. As long as they are still around I will continue to take my cars here if they ever need repairs.

They are very honest and give you several options and pricing levels. I brought in a car with a dented door and had several estimates of $3,000. All wanted to order a brand new door from the manufacture. Chip got it done for under $1,100. It doesn't get any better than that. For people on a budget this savings meant so much.

This had been my go to body shop for 15 years, and I drive past several other shops to get there. Chip, the owner, is kind, patient, honest, and very much engaged in all that happens. He gives conservative and thoughtful estimates and engages you in weighing the alternatives. I've taken cars in to Metrolina for major body work and for minor work, and even to have leather seats repaired and replaced. Currently I'm preparing a 15 year old sports car for sale. Chip helped me weigh the pros and cons of getting various cosmetic things done. He's the rare auto business person I feel I can trust for fair work assessment and reasonable rates.

Honest & affordable price with above & beyond expectations! Chip, an owner will try his best & make it happen according to your needs. I found his business from excellent 5 star Google reviews.I had my Elantra 2008 repaired twice last April 2019 & recently again in April 2020 from different collision issues. During the COVID-19 crisis, he was very cautious & sprayed both exterior & interior of the car before checking.Chip & staff have never disappointed us!Thanks so much for helping us saving more money as always!

The only good thing about my car accident was Metrolina. They did a beautiful job restoring my car. When there was more damage then originally observed by the adjuster they got a supplemental payment to fix it right. Chip, the owner, and his staff communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommended this shop

5-Star service all the way ! Chip and Artie are great and easy to work with ! They are Professional, Courteous, Fair, they have excellent craftsmanship, and are precision quality minded. I brought my wife's 2014 Scion in after a collision, it was nearly totaled ! When it was done, all the body work was laser straight and the paint was perfect ! The car looks brand new inside, outside and underneath ! I highly recommend going here if you want your vehicle fixed right with excellent service and excellent results, better than the local Dealership with better prices too ! These guys are the Best- Bring it to Metrolina Collision-they will do it RIGHT !

This place is amazing! The staff is awesome- they made the stress of a car accident so much easier to handle. They helped me get a rental car, worked around my schedule for getting my car done, and left my car way better than it was before the accident (waxed and vacuumed a bit and everything)! Great place. Even got me coffee and donuts when I was stuck there dropping my car off. Would highly recommend for anyone needing their car fixed in the future!

Rude guy named Chip there. Chip took pictures to my car told me to shoot him an email for an estimate, but he gave me a fake email. I believe on purpose because that entire day every had taken pictures of the damage to my car and made sure to get the vin number. He was the only one who didn't get my vin number leaving me to believe he genuinely didn't want my money.

Very good work and service for the price. I will always go to Metrolina for my paint and body because they are the only ones I trust to do a great and complete job for the money and not halfway. Also I had some paintwork needed done on my metal parts of my motorcycle and I asked chip if he could do it and he said we don't usually do motorcycle parts, but as long as I have the color code and the pieces are all metal then yeah no problem just bring them by. The next day they were like brand new and he charged me less than what a motorcycle specific place would charge. Metrolina Collision will always be my first and only choice for paint and body work for my vehicles.
