I have been using Honest-1 Auto to maintain my fleet of vans and trucks for the past four years. I m very particular about the maintenance on my vehicles, and I cannot express how happy I am with their consistently high quality service. They ve also helped me out with some particularly difficult problems, which really demonstrated to me the level of expertise that they have in troubleshooting and repair. It s always a pleasure to see Jennifer and her amazing smile and enthusiastic greeting. Jonathan (the Service Manager) is on top of everything and always answering my detailed questions. I truly love the service I get from H1 and cannot recommend them highly enough. 10 stars!!!

Had a great experience with Honest-1. Came in for an oil change which was done quickly, but they also took the time to explain some of the other things they noticed with my car that could be issues moving forward. They didn t ever pressure me to spend more money but instead acted as my trusted advisor for my car s health. Will definitely be back.

I came out of work after 12 hours, my tire was almost completely flat. I called hoping to buy a tire but they didn't have one in my size. The owner told me to come by so I did. I had a hole in the tire. They plugged it for free yes FREE! They where so nice.

John and Mike literally saved my family s trip to New Jersey to visit family for Christmas! I am so grateful for John taking my car without an appointment. His level of customer service is incredible! He went himself to the local KIA dealer to pick up the part to help me get on the road quicker. And Mike was incredible with making the repair so quickly! They truly care about their customers! Highly recommend for all your auto repairs!!

We had a previous experience with Honest that left us feeling a little frustrated. We received a follow-up call from one of their managers and he apologized for the issues and said they would do better the next time. When we needed more work done and decided to go to them for the work, I was very impressed to see them hold true to their word and work really hard to ensure the experience was a great one! From communication to getting the work done in a quality manner, we were very pleased with our experience and grateful that they listened to our concerns and committed to improving, which they did!

I m just new to this area, so I was looking for a place to get an oil change, and when I went in, I spoke with Jonathan service manager. He was phenomenal explained everything to me made me an appointment, which was very convenient for me when I came for my appointment, I was greeted by Chris the service advisor he was top notch, Great Service went through everything with me. They were not pushy just overall excellent service I will return again. The price was very fair. The place was very clean and very friendly highly recommend. Thanks for making my day and keep up the amazing job. Don t forget the complementary coffee and beverages. Thank you

Honest One has been my go to mechanic for some time now. They always take great care of our vehicles. They stand behind their work. I just had repair done under their 36/36 warranty. I can trust any repair they say I need is true and not an over sale . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

They did a really poor job communicating and working with us and are not willing to go above and beyond to help.For example, once they finished the work, they called and told me the car was ready 30 minutes before they closed. When I asked if someone would be there if I arrived right at close or shortly after close because of traffic, they said, "No, my guys have to go home."On the same occasion, we asked them to send the quote to our insurance. John assured us that they would and that he would call us Friday to confirm. The Friday passes, and we don't hear anything, so we call around 4:30, and we are told John is on vacation today and through the next week. Vacation is fine and deserved, but don't tell us you'll call and get something done on a day, you know you'll be out.Long story short, this has been all our interactions with them, and I can not recommend them.

Diagnosed my car, charged $200 and quoted $2k. My insurance would have covered it all, except they told the insurance that it broke due to overfilling the oil (so now the insurance did not want to cover it). I got a second opinion at Mercedes Dealer, and they were able to confirm that H-1 was wrong and got me covered by my insurance.Me fighting with my insurance to prove that Honest-1 was wrong took a month and was really annoying. Because of this I will not go back, as well as recommend all against going here.

It s been a day but I believe the team at Honest Auto Car took great care of my car needs. I will definitely recommend them and I am planning to continue bringing in my car for maintenance going forward

When we initially contacted Honest-1 we told them exactly what our issue was.. we were replacing ignition coils and one snapped off in the head of the engine. We called asking how much it would be to replace the intake manifold not realizing it was a problem in the head. They told us to bring it in and they could see if they could remove the bolt and fix the threads back.We took the truck in assuming they were just going to take a look and tell us yes or no on being able to help us. Instead they took it apart and went ahead trying to drill it out. We were charged $175 for them to do exactly what we told them we had already tried to do. Then they quoted us $1k to take it apart and ATTEMPT to get the bolt out. No replacement parts, literally just labor and one ignition coil.The woman I talked to initially didn't say anything about us being charged for them to just ANSWER US YES OR NO. So we paid $175 for them doing exactly what we had already spent hours of our time doing. We ended up opting out thankfully before paying a grand for them to TRY and help us. We feel scammed and like we did nothing but waste our time.When we got the truck back home to inspect it, we noticed the air intake wasn't bolted back down properly, and we are missing a clip to our air box for our air filter. Our neighbor said he got his brakes changed there and had a positive experience.. so I'm not exaclty sure how to feel about them. It would have been nice to get a list of stuff we needed to fix on the truck for the $175 inspection but they didn't provide for us anything of the sort. We won't be back.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I would like to give Honest - 1 five stars but I can not with honesty. When dropping off and picking up our vehicle there was no one at the front desk. The cost for the diagnostics is rather high and there are no adjustments made to the over all cost of repairs when done at the shop so it is a very pricey add on. The diagnostic appears to be thorough and comes with some pictures attached but if you have any thing fail then you will be charged an additional fee to further diagnose that issue. I feel as though one diagnostic fee should suffice. In the end while our vehicle was repaired I do feel there are cheaper alternatives.P.S. It is probably a best practice to make sure that the fix that you recommend is indeed what it wrong with the vehicle. Telling customers "we believe it is" .....fill in your issue here does not instill much faith in your findings.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This was my first time using Honest-1 after searching through reviews online. Scheduling an appointment was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful when I got there! They gave recommendations for my car maintenance without being pushy. I am not sure that there is much honesty being practiced at Honest Auto Care . The business does what it can do to get you to get unnecessary maintenance performed so they can charge you more money . I went to this establishment trying to save money. After I got my estimate, I said no thanks and took my car to the dealership and spent only half of the Honest bid. This was my second visit here and it will be my last.

I'm not sure whats going on with mechanics shops or quick change oil/ tire shops lately. It is so hard to find a good mechanic. I brought in my husbands 2017 ford fusion sport to have the 60k mile maintenence and have new tires put on before a road trip. I dont think this shop got a single thing right. I will say that the front desk was friendly and helpful. They didnt try to upsell anything on the 60k mile maintenence, and they helped order the exact tires I wanted. But the quality of work was just awful. Before we left for the trip we wanted to get new tires, have a battery cable lead resecured to the battery since it had been causing some issues and whatever was necessary for the 60k mile maintenence, in this case having the cabin air filter changed. The other items would have been changing the engine air filter and potentially changing the spark plugs. In their honest assessment the latter two were not needed. The tasks performed each had a labor charge and the vehicle took two days to be completed all the while with excellent communication before and during the process. When we got the car back we stopped for gas at the beginning of our road trip and checked tire pressure out of habit. Every tire was a different pressure with the worst being 51psi of 38psi and the others ranging between 34psi and 41psi. We confirmed this from the dash read out and a tire pressure gauge. We corrected this and were willing to overlook it. Roughly a week after, the negative cable that we requested to be tightened and were charged labor for, came off. I had to drive out with tools to fix this since it stranded my husband. Now I'm questioning if the cabin air filter was even changed since its in an inconvenient place to get to through the glove box. I'll be checking it and possibly giving an update. This shop had good reviews, and so have many before it but sadly most have been lacking.

Honest 1 has done a great job with my 2010 Honda Ridgeline. I brought it in for the 130,000 mile maintenance which included a new timing belt. I had a strange road noise that I wanted to be sure they heard and understood so I asked if they could ride with me and they were happy to do that. They did a great job explaining all of the maintenance recommendations both verbally and in a formal email with pricing and urgency level for each item. I selected which items I wanted to address in this visit and they had the work complete in less than 48 hours! Pricing was as expected (reasonable) and all of the staff was friendly.

First time taking my Honda HRV to Honest 1 for scheduled maintenance. Inspection was thorough and Jonathan took the time to explain the findings in detail. Overall cost was reasonable compared to where I ve had the car serviced previously. Overall, would highly recommend and I will be back for future service.

Very disappointed in service. Paid approximately $1200 for a repair, picked up the vehicle and the issue was worse. It is my opinion they charged me for a repair that was unwarranted and did not address the problem. Manager made an offer to address and the owner after I left truck the shop reneged on the offer the manager made. Their 100% Satisfaction Marketing didn't hold up...go to Firestone.

Great experience. I went with Honest-1 due to the ease of scheduling an appointment online. Throughout the process I was impressed with the level of communication and the detailed digital inspection report including pictures and videos. The itemized repairs list made it easy for me to address critical issues and defer others until a future date.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very professional service provided by the Honest Care team. Recommend you make an appointment and plan for 2 hours for the service to be completed. It takes that long to really make determinations on what your vehicle needs. Over $1,000 to repair something that wasn't broken. I had to go to another mechanic and paid $900 to get the actual issue resolved.They also had my car longer than expected and I missed a day and a half at work.

Amazing honest people. I had my car at the dealership and I got it moved to Honest 1. They quoted me 2 grand cheeper than the dealership and do true honest work. The communication was excellent as well as getting the work done in a timely manner. I will always take my car here from now on. We moved to the Charlotte area a year ago and have been looking for a good automotive repair place where we can bring our vehicles in for service. I've been lied to at the dealerships and refuse to go back. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that is trustworthy!Being a woman and coming in for auto repairs, it's hit or miss, and a lot of the time, you're taken advantage of. Not here! Ladies, come into Honest 1 for and Honest Mechanic experience!Added bonus - I was able to sit and work on the wifi while I waited for my car.
