Called ahead to make sure I could bring my vehicle in to be repaired. Shared the fact that I had a tire warranty and the name of the warranty company. They said yes bring it on in! I showed up 5 mins later. Waited for 10 minutes at the front desk while they front desk guy stepped outside to help the customer in front of me. While I waited I noticed there was an employer in the office on the computer. I asked could he check me in he said unfortunately he could not. So I continued waiting. Finally the front desk guy comes back in and takes my info. He goes to the garage and comes back and says that my warranty company is not in network with this location. I said I called ahead and spoke to you. He said I'm sorry. So I asked to speak to a manager as this has taken about 30 mins out of my day and forced me to drive on an unsafe tire for nothing. So I asked to speak to a manager...and now I have been the lobby for an additional 15 minutes and no manager has came to speak with me. John, the manager, this is horrible customer service. I wouldn't come back to this location if you paid me.

We are traveling from FL to WV and stopped in Rock Hill, SC for the night. We unfortunately woke up to a flat tire, but we only have a donut spare tire. We were SO thankful to find the Fort Mills Goodyear Tire service center within 6 miles of our hotel. Rich was absolutely AH-MAZING - polite accommodating, and sympathetic to our situation!! He had the exact tire we needed in stock, got our new tire on quickly, and even gave us a small discount since we couldn t use our employee discount codes at the store. We would HIGHLY recommend this service center as every employee we encountered was kind, respectful, and helpful. Thank you, Rich, for making a frustrating morning a little easier and getting us back on the road to our destination so quickly! We appreciated it more than you know!!

I have taken my vehicles here for several years. Now my adult children take their vehicles for service also. Excellent service and very honest. For all the times I have been there I only had one issue. Goodyear corrected it, sent a tow truck for no charge to me, due to an error by them. I trust them completely and will continue to take my vehicles there. Thank you Goodyear of Fort Mill! I am on the way to pick up my son s truck soon.

I love this shop. I've been taking my vehicles here to have service done every since 2012 or 2013, and never had a bad experience. The techs at the shop are very professional, honest and reliable. Thanks.

Quick friendly service. From the phone call to the service technician every part of the experience was excellent. I got a flat not familiar with the state or area at all they made me feel very comfortable as a single woman traveling. Very thankful for everything

Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this place. One year ago I would ve given this place five stars reviews. I have used them for years. Now they won t repair anything and they won t change rim unless they sell you new tires for anything. They are only interested in selling new tires. Maybe it s new management but it s become your typical slimmy scammy me tire shop. This the third chance Ive given. Each was a ridiculous excuse to sell a new tire. Go to Discount Tire. Each time I left this shop and immediately went there and had no problems

Honest, they stand behind their work!I had an issue with lug s on one wheel that where stripped. They stood behind their work and fixed the issue no charge. Also another place said I needed new rear brakes because they were in the red. I had Goodyear take a look and they showed me that my brakes were actually in the yellow and still had plenty of wear. I will be taking my car back to Goodyear in the future.

I love these guys! I live in Rock Hill and I make the 30-minute drive just to take my car to them. They have taken such good care of me. The staff are very personable, take the time to explain what your car needs and why, break down costs, and offer discounts where possible. They are amazing and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Great place very transparent place i had tire put on a new used car and wanted a alignment not knowing when it last had one. They put it on the alignment rack it was already in alignment so they told me and did not charge me for that. Most places would have not said nothing and charged me for a alignment or at east charged for putting n on the machine. I highly recommend this location

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***Not only did the Good year gentlemen BEAT competitor price, but they gave me a ride back to my office while they do the work! Very pleasant experience and awesome, wonderful, customer service!!! Oh, and P.S. free tire rotations with every oil change!!! I will definitely be using them for all my future car service requirements! Give them a try!

We have had several problems with the service we have received at this Goodyear location. First, we needed a power steering fluid pump replacement. They replaced it for us, and everything seemed okay for a couple of weeks. Then, while driving in the mountains on steep, winding roads, our power steering started to intermittently fail, which was dangerous and scary. We were in rural area, so finding anyone that could look at the car was not easy. We finally found a local, mobile mechanic who told us that the pump that they had put in was under powered. The only localish (about an hour away) place that could help was a dealership, so we had to pay full dealership prices for another new pump. When we returned home, it took several trips and calls to Goodyear before they finally said they would give us a refund for the work they had done. (At this point we are still waiting on the check to actually arrive.)Since they did agree to refund us, we figured we would still give them our business. I scheduled an oil change appointment. I scheduled it to reduce wait time, as I have to bring my children with me. When I arrived, I was told they had gotten really busy that morning so the wait would be two hours. I am not sure what the point of an appointment is if a busy morning means we have to wait to get service. At that point I just said no thank you. We will take our business elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience here. Called & spoke to John on Sunday morning about needing my tires balanced & he assured me that if I dropped it off he would get them done. I dropped off at 1pm & by 230pm I received a call that my car was ready. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

BAD experience SAFETY, I purchase tires for vehicle 1 and vehicle 2, vehicle 1 after three months of purchasing the tires for vehicle 1. I was driving in the hwy around 60 miles per hr., and my two front tires blow up and was late at night, the next day, I stop by GOOD YEAR located at 1790 Hwy 160 W, Fort Mill, SC 29708, and they said they are not going to replace the two front tires. I need to purchase insurance per all four tires. I purchase the insurance I did not have much choice, vehicle 2 the tires I purchase was for around 80 thousand miles?, I got 50 thousand on the tires and the tires they starting having lots of issues like getting flats and one of the tires was coming apart. I purchase new tires for vehicle 2 at different tire store. I when to get my tires rotated for vehicle 1 and they said they cannot rotated the tires the needs alignment and they do not want to rotated for tires safety issue, I said when my two NEW front tires blow up in the hwy, that was a big safety issue and you did not care them, and now is a safety issue and they also said I may needed to purchase 2 new front tires and purchase an alignment after I got an alignment from them before I was not going to expend any more money. DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES OF GET An ALIGNMENT. Next stop BBB and someone higher at GOOD YEAR, with better customer service and safety in mind. I do not want someone to have a accident with the tires issues I have.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!! My husband and I were traveling through the state on our way home from vacation, with 12 hours behind us and another 12 hours ahead of us. 20 miles south of Fort Mill, our alternator died on us. Had it been any later in the afternoon on that Saturday, we would have been SOL and would have had to wait for repair until the following Monday. As we frantically called auto repair shop, after auto repair shop (even a Ford dealership, who hung up on us) to find a tow and a fix, my husband reached this Goodyear Service Center and a look of relief swept his face. Not only were they open and open until 6pm, they would surely fit us in to get us back on the road to home. To our amazement, Goodyear contacted the tow company, kept us informed via text messaging as to when the tow would arrive and even called after to ensure he showed. Once we got to the shop, all the men were very friendly and very helpful. Maybe they were laughing at our situation (which would have been ok, since we were too... considering how fortunate we felt), but either way, they got our truck in, fixed it, tested it and got us back on the road. All within two hours. Now I call that service! Thank you guys!!!!! We really appreciate your over and above assistance!

I came in with a nail in my tire that I didn't try to mess with do to a shoulder injury. They took my vehicle back, after sometime they told me it couldn't be repaired due to the puncture being close to the sidewall. They tried to sell me a 300 + replacement tire. I declined to fix it myself. When I got home and jacked up the vehicle, the nail that was in my tire was now a screw, and when I pulled it it came right out. The screw was about 1/4" and didn't puncture the tire. I was told there was an air leak by the shop which was not true. I learned my lesson with this shop.

I had a tire losing air, so went online to confirm an appointment for Sunday afternoon at 3 (open until 5). I received email and text confirmation on the appointment, so had to take my 2 year old on the bad tire with me to get fixed. When I arrive at 2:50, the front desk gentleman asked if I called - I said no sir, here s my email and text confirmation. I was told the technician had too much work remaining - no reschedule, offer to help, offer to discount another day, etc. I assume they have too much work there apparently. Absolutely horrible to do to someone on flat tire, with a small child and confirmed appointment.

I was there for a noise in the car and also had a tire puncture. They looked into the issue and said that they will not be able to fix the engine noise and had to be taken to the dealer. Also they fixed my tire very quickly. They didn't even charge anything for the diagnosis. Usually most of the car repair shops charge for diagnosis. The person said, since they are not able to fix it and since they didn't open the transmission, they will not charge me. That was a honest mechanic.

I initially had my tires checked at DISCOUNT TIRE while purchasing tires for my sons car, because my light was on. I was told that all my tires were fine but the front tire had a small leak that could easily be repaired. I did not have time to fix that day so they filled up my tire instead. A few weeks later, as I was preparing to take a long road trip with my daughter, the light came on again and decided to try this location bc they were less busy. I informed them that I was told of the small leak IN FRONT that could be repaired. A few hours later, I received a call informing me that the BACK tire needed to be replaced. I was confused by his finding bc of what I was told and I had recently purchased the car. I did not have time to verify elsewhere and trusted this information as true. I picked up my car just as they were closing and to my surprise, the light was STILL ON!!!I assumed it just perhaps needed to be reset but that was NOT the case. I had to keep stopping to fill the FRONT tire with air on my trip. When I returned, I went in and complained and was told that I was unable to make an appt for this; despite THEIR ERROR, and should come early in the morning and wait. I sent the Gen Manager an email but NEVER heard back. I went back to DISCOUNT TIRE, and they repaired the FRONT tire as needed. I'm very disappointed as the lack of service I received and now question if I really did need a new tire. I will NOT return to this location or Goodyear overall!

Had an oil change and tire repair done. The work itself seems well done. But they didn t inflate the repaired tire enough - so I had to. They also rotated tires and didn t reset sensors so now when I inflate a back tire, it shows as a front tire in the car s computer. They said bring it back and they ll fix it quickly. Went back and was told I d have to wait 45 minutes. Left.

Very unprofessional, slow paced and unorganizedI ordered 4 tires online and scheduled an appointment. All my tires were paid for in advance, $ around $800My husband gets there and they told him my tires wasn t there. Mine you they have it online to where you can schedule your appointments at least two weeks in advance.So they left my husband upfront and the guy goes asking around and 20 minutes they found them all of a sudden.My appointment was around 11am, and I called to check on him around 12:30 and he was till there waiting. So I asked him to call back when they are finished.He called back close to 2pm, I don t work in that field but I m sure it doesn t take that long to installed 4 tires WITH AN Appointment.My first and last time coming here.If you can t keep up with the demand, just inform the customer upfront and at least not let them just sit there.

The guys here are always super nice and super helpful! They re honest if your car needs something or if it could wait a little longer and are always willing to try and help on cost as much as they can! I will always bring my vehicles back here!!

Might be a good place for heavy service but if youre just after an oil change go somewhere else. Made an appointment online and got there on time but my car still hadnt been touched after over two hours. Why even offer appointments at that point? Ended up having to leave without having service done because of another engagement. If you have anything resembling a busy schedule shell out an extra $15 and go to a Take 5

Waited 3 hours for a tire replacement, my tire blew out and this was the closest place to get a replacement. Manager was not helpful, did not look at my car at all when I wasn't sure about the tire type and whether hub cap was too damaged to reuse. I Was told an hour to go get tire and return. 2 1/2 hours later.....still no tire although the other location was less than 15 miles. Poor communication. I'll pay to tow my car to my normal location before I ever use this place again.

Made appointment online for 1hr tire repair from 3 to 4. Show up at 2:45 and told they will not be able to see me till 6pm. UNACCEPTABLE. Do not recommend.

Had an emergency flat tire on our 34 foot travel trailer, they took us in right away and got us a new one put on. And checked out all the others. They were so helpful and accommodating! Great to know they can take care of trailers and rv s. Thanks guys!

This used to be a great shop that put service above all else. Something changed in management recently and now extracting every dollar out of you is the number one priority. Come in for a free engine code diagnostic and you will get charged $80. The reason for the charge "some tests require a charge and some don't". Of course they don't say that when they take your car back even if you request a free diagnostic. We will be looking for a new shop to service our cars now and I suggest you do as well.

Worst experience I have ever had. Brought car in for an appointment at noon. Called back three and a half hours later and my car had not even been taken in yet. Got fed up and went in after a total of a little over four hours later, thirty minutes before closing time and my car had still not been even brought in. Asked for my keys to just take my car and was given them with no apology or explanation at all. Barely even a word. Goodyear has lost my business for good.
