I was able to make a noon appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early (trying to beat the lunch crowd) and was able to get taken in pretty much immediately and was out in very good time. Did an alignment and very happy with the customer service as well as the technician's attention to checking things over including tire pressure and fluids.

I always appreciate the customer service I receive at the Fort Mill location. Although, there may have been a time where I felt the work was not satisfactory, Amanda and Ashley made sure to correct the issue with no added cost. I recently got my brake pads and rotors serviced and both were under warranty. The work is completed in a timely manner and communication is always transparent. Will continue to have my car serviced at the Fort Mill location.

Amanda ( the store manager) and her staff are outstanding. I always get great customer service. I usually wait there for my vehicle and they make it a very nice environment.

Got a blowout on the way down to SC. Had a donut so couldn t drive far. We headed off the Interstate at came across Firestone. They replaced the tire and even help us unload and re load all the stuff in our trunk. Had us in and out in 35 min and even welcomed our dog in the waiting area. Great staff, excellent service.

My daughter had a great experience here. She received the service she needed without fear of getting ripped off by shady mechanics. Customer service was amazing! We will definitely be using this particular Firestone again!

Firestone has Racist workers I don t have a reason to lie but my service was free but I had a 2004 Toyota Avalon and I had motor issues . After they determined that it s not much they can do . I took the car back home; soon as I pulled up to the house I seen the inside door handle almost broke off they tried to put it back but it was damaged pretty bad . The way the door latch functions it don t take much to open the door one weak pull can easily open the door but in order to break it you have to pull back really hard and now my door handle is dangling

Great, fast and friendly service. Always take my vehicles here either for an alignment or standard oil changes and tire rotations. Never have had a problem and they're always happy to help. 10/10 would recommend.

Had an amazing experience here today, went in because my car was making a weird sound. Unfortunately parts stores didn t carry the part so Amanda helped me source parts from a different source. She was helpful and insightful the entire time and very straightforward about everything!

Amanda was super helpful in dealing with my aftermarket warranty company that a few other shops didn't want to mess with. I also bring all my cars here for their lifetime alignments and tire balancing. Thankful Firestone Fort Mill cares enough to help out!

This is not a good location. I have been taking my car to Firestone for years and every visit includes a courtesy check. I recently moved to Fort Mill and drove the car over 1,000 miles. I wanted to make sure everything was okay with the car, particularly my tires, so I was looking forward to the courtesy check.Yesterday, I took my car in to get an oil change and the inspection form was not completed. The lady that checked me out was visibly tired and irate...we all have jobs where we're tired but still have to maintain professionalism! When I inquired about the courtesy check, she said that she just printed out the work order and gave it to the mechanic and I didn't ask for the service. I told her that this was a service that has always been included when I go to Firestone and I didn't know I had to ask for it. I asked whether I needed to ask for it in the future and she responded, "You do when it's late at night!" I took the car in at 5:30.

Do not take your car to this company whatsoever. I have been dealing with issues with my car for the last 2 years and going here resulted in me having to get a new engine out in my car. I have spent months on the phone working with corporate/Bridgestone. The company had a 3rd party come out and look at my engine that was damaged when the timing chain was changed. The claims department for this company wouldn t share the actual report with me, he stated the report is considered company property. Why wouldn t they share a report from neutral 3rd party? Because they re liable and the report says so!! The claims manager worded his response to say that the engine failure wasn t any fault of theirs, but my new mechanic that put the new engine in my vehicle (not Firestone) that has over 30 years experience and is very reputable said that he s never seen that kind of damage from a timing chain repair and the 3rd party individual that came out to look at the old engine out of my vehicle told him that Firestone was at fault. The claims manager for the area wrote lies in his response regarding my new mechanic as I had him read the response. The response also stated that if my work was still under warranty then it would be covered. This company cannot be trusted. This is the 2nd location that has messed my car up and they will not resolve it. They will put you through the wringer until they find a way to blame their bad workmanship on you and your vehicle. This has cost me over $10,000. I will be hiring an attorney and I will update this post once the lies are exposed, with receipts!!

The new man , that's been there for 3 weeks shoot forgot to get his name before I left. I want to recognize him for his great customer service. He was very nice and personable. He checked my tire, I have 2 from this Firestone, and 2 from when I purchased my car. He was so sweet and was sorry they couldn't honor the Warranty which is correct due to I did not purchase from there I told him awww no need to be sorry it is ok I already knew it was 50/50 chance its perfectly fine.Just his compassion and kindness was awesome. EXCELLENT customer service. Shoot I wish I got his name .He is new guy that has been there for 3 weeks. A sweetieHey hey it's me again . Review formby 2nd visit Another 5 stars excellent customer experience. My stephen that is his name was not at the shop. So while waiting for my tire to be installed. A customer had an issue with a previous service. Yes I was ear hustling LMBO but not really shoot the interaction was in th4 lobby. So this maybe the Aquarius in me . The customer had expressed an issue with the service performed. The manager tried to explain the reason and valid explanation to what the customers concern was. I understood what the manager was explaining. My thing now this is just me I would have had s technision ride with the customerto understand what the customer was trying to Express, then break it down to the customer. Maybe at point the customer may have understood.

If it was possible to give this business a NEGATIVE 5 star rating, I would do so. I had the most miserable experience ever at this Firestone location. We went there to have our oil changed and tires rotated. The guy hands me my car key basically destroyed.I tried to start my car and the key disintegrated into several pieces. This is a smart key that costs $450 to replace. So I went in with a key in perfect condition and left with a key literally in pieces. To say that the management of this establishment handled it unprofessionally is an understatement. The manager tried to say that I had glued the key together and that basically it was MY fault.Instead of just apologizing and handling this professionally he acted like a complete nasty jerk.I had to call their corporate office and eventually had them pay for the damaged key after several weeks.I called them today to ask them if they would please replace the totally stripped out lug nuts that they left me with when they have been servicing my car over the last two years. The day that I had the destroyed key incident they had done a tire rotation. The reply on the phone today was that Ford lug nuts will swell and they aren't responsible. So in other words the lug nuts stripped out themselves.Clearly these lug nuts were repeatedly over-torqued. I had not taken my vehicle anywhere else but this Firestone location for service. All I asked for was for them to kindly replace the lug nuts and I would have another mechanic put them on.The cost would have been $40-$50. Instead the manager was extremely rude to me on the phone and told me to call their corporate office. Not only are these people INCOMPETENT but they are UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.I would highly suggest that you take your vehicles elsewhere for service based on my horrible experience.

GET YOUR QUOTE IN WRITING FIRSTI asked for work not to be done after being quoted a pricey number for repairs (I was in a pretty rough accident across the street the day before which they were aware of), an already horrible situation, and asked if I could have the vehicle towed next day to my mechanic, he would be much cheaper, guy on phone said sure no problem you re welcome to have it towed to another shop next day.My fianc goes in next day and the work is already done, and Amanda the manager makes her pay after she had explained that we didn t agree to have the work done because we were not paying the almost $400.00 (my fianc is 8 months pregnant so she just paid and left she can t be stressed out).I call in after my fianc fills me in, and I ask to speak to Amanda, because I knew she was the manager.I very calmly and nicely explained what happened, that there must have been a miscommunication, and I also explained our financial situation, that $400.00 for a tire and some nut wasn t in the budget with a baby on the way and I asked if maybe there was something that could be done ANYTHING, I asked if there was a credit that could be done or maybe a promo they could apply to lessen the blow, I even said I m not blaming you, I m not mad, this is just a lot for us and I was not under the impression the work was being done, in any way. I ve TRIPLE checked my email, no quote, no receipt, nothing.I was told by the MANAGER well I fixed your car, your fianc was confused about your Vet appointment this morning so you all are confused about everything, you need to get things straight between the two of you, this is not our fault, I am the manager and I m not doing anything I tried to speak up and Amanda proceeded to talk over top of of me in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. I was so irritated I had to just hang up because she was very defensive, aggressive and would not let me speak.I never leave these reviews but I am so disappointed in the lack of respect, accountability, customer satisfaction, phone etiquette, understanding, hell just human decency that I needed to share and warn others to . ask for your quote in writing prior to work being done! Or else Amanda in Fort Mill will proceed without caution or permission.Firestone: yes, I will be calling corporate. I will have the calls reviewed internally and sent to me. I will be asking for a resolution.Jessica C.

Always enjoyed this location as it sits close to nice restaurants and good shops. Coming from either Direction that's a little hard to see as their sign doesn't set very high up off street level. Difficulty getting in and out as there's no traffic light and the street that it sits off ofis very busy. Accessible by wheelchair and seating also. Large facility with more than a half a dozen bay's. Upon entering I can see where they sell tires and windshield wipers and practically anything you would need for repairs of your engine. Approached dusk noticing that the establishment is very clean and smells nice. Employee greeted me with a friendly hello and ask me what you could do for me. This establishing a very well kept and a good place to stop for automotive repairs.

Very polite, suggested additional services but didn't push it, which I appreciated. Took my car in early and I was able to pick it up before closing. Everyone was polite and professional.

There s too much history to even begin with where it all started, but I ve stuck it out for so long because Firestone holds so many warranties on our cars. There ve been other complaints, mostly due to the Rock Hill, SC store, so I travel a little further to try and get a better experience. The Fort Mill shop has been better (doesn t take much more than a pulse to be better than Rock Hill), but they sure goofed this weekend. This past weekend just proves how little communication and/or pride there is in these shops. Let s start with the previous trip; a normal oil change, rotate, and alignment. The Service Managers calls to ask where I had my wheels put on because they d left (2) of the centric rings out. I said That s funny because Firestone is the only shop that s taken my wheels on and off for the past few years. No big deal, as these don t really affect how the truck handles. Amanda couldn t get the parts soon enough, so I told her I d order them and be refunded on the next trip. This weekend (March 5) I needed another service. As typical, I drop my truck off mid-afternoon on Saturday to pick up Sunday around lunch time. Oil change, rotate, alignment, and install a new battery. All normal until I pick my truck up. The Service Manager had no information or knowledge of the centric rings. There was some miscommunication amongst the staff, and they were installed, but I was take aback when the Service Manager just looked mindless at the parts and paperwork. There were no notes or anything with the paperwork noting rings needed to be or were installed. Poor communication. What would one expect a technician to learn at Oil Change 101 class? Perhaps resetting the oil light? With these Chevys, all you have to do is turn the ignition key on and press the accelerator 5 times. Easy, but I was left with a 29% reading still shown on my dash! Maybe they re instructed to provide a new sticker on the windshield with the next oil change noted? Nope, not this time; same ole sticker from before. Maybe they re advised to leave a vehicle cleaner than when it came in? Ha! I had a big ole oily smudge on my driver s side! But wait! There s more!Isn t there a battery back up or some device that can be plugged into a vehicle when a battery s changed so settings aren t lost? Well low and behold, I ve got a Connections Lost error screen on my dash that I cannot get to go away. Clock was off, setting changed, error message, and a loose cover on my battery.I really cannot believe Amanda s shop messed up so many difference ways. Especially when they know who I am. I try to be as accommodating as possible and allow plenty of time to not be rushed. Is it really so much to ask for my truck to be in the same, or maybe even better shape, when I pick it up?Now, it s Tuesday, Amanda s boss hasn t picked up his phone and I ve got to schedule an appointment with the dealership to resolve the error message that s displayed on my dash.

One word.....INCOMPETENT!Took my vehicle in for an alignment and this is how they returned it. When I spoke to the service advisor (Amanda) about it she proceeded to tell me that they focused their attention on the front end of the vehicle not the rear for the alignment. No concern that the control arm was detached from the frame of the vehicle. As certified mechanics stating they did a "courtesy 12-point inspection" they should have noticed the busted control arm.

Ordered 2 tires. Person on the phone confirmed that the tires were in the "Charlotte Warehouse. I was told they could do the work either late Friday or "first thing" Saturday and they would call as soon as the tires delivered. No call, so I called them at 10:00 on Saturday. I was told that they don't have tracking information for the truck from the warehouse but it usually shows up between 9:00 and 11:00. I was told (again) that as soon as my delivery arrived they would call me. I left my entire Saturday morning open, now no tires. Nobody still called by 5:00PM. I called back and the person told me that those tires were in Orlando and needed to be ordered. I was quite upset by this and told them to forget the whole thing. I went to Discount Tire and got taken care of perfectly. Then on Tuesday 4 days afterward, Firestone called and said my tires are in, when would I like to come in. I like Firestone, and maybe this was a unique issue, but with so many choices, why should I go back?

I've dealt with this shop a few times, and they have never faltered. The people are informative, willing to work with you, and are happy to give advice. I'm a contractor who abuses tires, and their recommendations have helped me keep my trucks and trailers away from their shop. They have definitely won my business! Great job you guys!
