Ryan and his team were awesome! They treated my car as their personal car with the care and detail the lended itself to the beautiful car that I have today. Thank you Mr Clamp for helping me with my Lexus, your team did an amazing job and I thank my boyfriend Mike for helping me get things done on my car while in was in England. Faith was also very nice at the front desk and make sure I understand everything. Thank you Ryan for your communication and work to get my car finished. Caliber Collision Fort Mill provided me with the very best customer service ever! I was sent daily progress updates, andI truly felt like they cared about me. My car was given back to me very clean and in a timely manner. And the best part? They back all their repair work with a written lifetime warranty!! Thank you Brandon and Faith for all your assistance!

The work from this shop was simply impeccable. My car doesn't even look like it was in an accident. Communication was top-notch, and my advisor Ryan went above and beyond for me. There isn't enough good I can say, but what I can is, thank you for getting my car back to me! Highly recommend Caliber Collision Fort Mill.

After a semi truck hit our Subaru Outback we used this location as it was closest to the site of the accident and we didn t want to attempt driving the car back to our home in the mountains. Besides the fact that they told us two weeks for the work and pushed it back continually for about 6 (knowing they were taking us well outside the 4 week period of insurance covering our rental), when the car was finally returned there was work that wasn t completed, new scratches, tar and dirt covering the ceiling and sunshades as they had to remove the ceiling and reattach it, scratch marks and deep indents in the interior, and the front seat belts now refuse to retract. We will never use caliber again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I select this store from my insurance company list to get my bumper car fixed, but a few things make me feel really mad about it. they told me that the repair for my car will take two weeks, it took three. then when I went to pick up my car the paint was great but the lines where the hit was the bumper was a little bit loose and when I talked to the mechanic they said Toyota has plastic parts and never it s going to look good . then when I reported to the insurance they talked with the store to order a new parte and let me know when ir arrives to take my car back and get ir fixed but that never happened.Very disappointed with the store and the insurance company. My photos are before to get it fixed and after.

I would like to WARN everyone to not take your car to calliber collision the fort mill location. My car had minor damage from being side swiped. They kept my car for a month. Every few days I was told that they were waiting on parts. I tried to be patient. When they finally finished the job at week 3. The general manager Hunter told me that my car would not start and most likely is the alternator but he had to get it diagnosed first to see if it was due to the accident. I drove the car sereral days before taking it to the collision shop and it drove perfect.He dragged his feet with get it done, it took about 5 or more days. Today which is a Thursday I popped up to the office. Guess what he said..I was going to call you yeah right. Then he said the car was diagnosed yesterday. If that is the case WHY didn't you call me yesterday. I said I could have at least had it towed to a shop yesterday. I was told it will drive. He said he gave me a new battery I will check later to confirm this. I get my car and it has a huge crack across the windshield. This place seems so shady. I will not use them again ever. I was so happy to take my car and get away from them. I wish I knew the person that tampered under the hood and broke my windshield. Picture attached to show my cracked windshield before I left the shop and Devry drove my car and did not have the decency to tell meIt is no way he didn't see this it messed up my view on the drive home and he is shorter than me. Shame on this shop!!!

I had my car towed here after getting into an accident where I ran into the back of someone's vehicle. My front bumper and lights were damaged. And the radiator is down for and a lil more cosmetic damage. They were "so busy" my car was there for 4 days before they even got the bumper off, and another day to look at the mechanical damage. The estimate they gave me was so outrageous. I'm posting pics of what my car looked like, which they said the vehicle had over 40% damage to it and it was considered totaled. To top off the wreck, I had bought the car the day before. To say that caliber collision was unprofessional when I would call, and gave me an estimate of $7000, is absolutely crazy. I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone.

I recently had an issue in an uptown parking garage that had my Honda Pilot pretty scraped up, so I got online and had an estimate from Caliber and insurance approval within hours. My car was in for repair the next day and I got daily text updates to let me know how things were going. When I went to pick up the car, it looked amazing my husband asked if I got it detailed on top of getting it fixed! While I hope I don t have to get collision repair done in the future, I ll go back to Caliber if I do!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car into Caliber Fort Mill, SC location due to small fender bender however air bags were deployed. They looked at it & gave us an estimate of around $7k. Plus told us it would be 2 weeks to complete work. Once they started work on the car (a week & a half later) they informed us they found some things that were unaccounted for in their estimate . Price raised to approx $9K. Then called following week (wk 3) said some last parts were trickling in & they needed to schedule the specialist to recalibrate the system, etc. So a short 2 weeks later they called to tell us it was ready for pick up. At this time they make us aware that they found additional things that were NOT accounted for our initial estimate . Price is now totaling just north of $11K! Original estimate of $7K ended up being over $11K + 2 weeks to complete ended up being 4. So long story short on my experience with Caliber .these folks either don t know what they re doing & shouldn t be in this business, OR they re complete liars. Neither of which are good. Buyer beware!

My experience was phenomenal. I was so upset after getting in an accident. From the moment I stepped in the door I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Gillian who, throughout the entire process went above and beyond. She was so friendly, efficient, helpful, professional. Brandon was who I dealt with in regards to the car. He was honest and upfront in regards to the timeline, and very knowledgeable. He communicated every step. There was a delay of a day or 2 in order to get a part, he called right away to inform me! I really appreciated that. Hunter was polite, and made me comfortable with the process. The whole office seemed to run smooth and had tons of respect for the customers and I could tell by the way they interacted they were genuinely good people.Services: Tires, Electrical, Body & Trim

I contacted several body shops to get my vehicle repaired and was told it would be a month before they could get my car in. I called Caliber Collision in Fort Mill and was told they could get my car in within a day or two. While my car was in the shop, I received updates daily on the status of the vehicle. I appreciated Ryan checking in with me regularly and finishing my car faster than they had originally estimated. Great experience!Service: Body & Trim

It's very difficult to find a repair shop/body shop that does exceptional work, stays on schedule without giving you the run around. All while keeping the customer informed throughout the duration of repair via text or email. They text you just about everyday informing you of the process and keeping you in the loop, not to mention they do a lot of little extras that don't go unnoticed. The staff here is top notch. They are very organized. You will notice this the minute you step foot inside and speak with their customers service rep. Their waiting room is very inviting, coffee, popcorn, tv. Great little extras after being in an accident. These boys love their craft and it shows. Caliber collision (Fort Mill) is an exceptional repair shop/body shop. I would not recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else.

My car was hit by an uninsured driver. I was beyond stressed out about how to begin the process. I stopped by Caliber and spoke to the office staff who were so pleasant and sympathetic to my situation. My car was there for about 2 weeks and during that time Devry , Gillian and Lissa stayed in touch with me and made a bad situation more bearable. Caliber is a top notch body shop and the stand behind what they say and their customer service is absolutely wonderful.

I went to Caliber after a bad experience at the dealership where I bought my truck. At the dealership, I had an appointment at 10 AM to get a simple repair of my tailgate. The service technician did not even come out to look at it and told I would have to leave it overnight. I left and went to Caliber Collision and a Technician came out and fixed it in about 30 seconds and would not accept any compensation. I believe his name was Jose'. They also did a great job of repairing my wife's Toyota 4 Runner that was hit a few weeks ago. Also, a young lady who worked in the office was very helpful. I recommend them! Thanks! The body repair and paint job was amazing. Color match was perfect. I highly recommend Caliber.
