Parts guy was great. They didn't have the 350 lb part I needed, but he identified it for me, gave me the part number, and the phone numbers of some other places to try so I didn't have to pay shipping to get only one. I didn't buy from them this time, but they will be my first call from now on!

Everyone at Sheppards is honest and trustworthy. Mike has worked on my fleet on several occasions and each time his work was superb. I can't say enough kind words about this Company, other than to say don't waste your time taking your truck to anyone else in the area when it has to do with what they specialize in, because they are the place to go!!!

I love this place! The staff is super friendly and the integrity and honesty of the owner is above reproach. I went to the dealership 3 times figure out why my truck was shaking the way that it was. I had the driveshaft balanced 3 times and had new yokes put on the drive shaft 2 separate times and the problem still wasn't fixed at the dealership. The first time that I went here the owner Mark looked right at the Yoke on the rear end and saw that one of the ears on the rear end yoke was worn out. He even noticed that one of my Springs was pitched in the wrong direction and throwing the suspension off just by looking at it. I could have saved so much time and money by coming here first. I've been back once after to have another repair done. I stay in Greenville North Carolina and I am more than willing to drive down to Florence South Carolina South Carolina because I am confident in the Integrity and workmanship of this place. You should definitely go here!!!

Had a problem with getting alignment done right with others. Mark and the staff fixed my issues with that and got rid of the horrible shaking I was experiencing from the suspension and tires awesome frame and alignment shop.

Outstanding work without RIPPING OFF the O/O. Went in for truck pulling to the right and bouncing front passenger tire. Had a 3 axle alignment check and was only charged for front axle because that was the only problem. A business you can trust.Kenny.

Had leaf springs replaced there when I lived in Florence, and luckily I haven't driven the vehicle much since then. I recently realized that they had installed the bolts backwards and they have now worn grooves in my brackets. Now I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. And unless things have changed, their invoice states that their work is not guaranteed. Beware.

Great experience !! Sheppard's Frame & Alignment did some repair on the frame of my trailer and my trailer was ready when promised. They had me back on the road in no time.

I get most of my wheel work done here for my motor coaches. Reliability is an asset and since I've started bringing my coaches here I have been able to keep the wheels rolling.

Great friendly service and great people mark and his crew do excellent work I brought my old peterbilt to them in pretty rough shape and when I picked it up it was like new and I didn't feel like I had been robbed.
