Great place to get your alternator, starter, and other automotive type electric motors repaired. Place has been here over 30 years. I highly recommend that if you need repairs done in this area of your auto related things to go here !

My wife's starter went out. I dropped the car off Friday morning, and they had it fixed by 1 PM that day. Everyone was very friendly as well.

We broke down on our way to Myrtle Beach and had our vehicle towed here on the recommendation of our tow driver. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service we received! They were super kind during a very stressful situation, went out of their way to help, and made us feel comfortable that we were using an honest business.

I was 2 hours from home with a dead battery and a bad alternator. When I called for a tow, they didn t hesitate to bring me straight to Richbourg s. Robbie is a wizard of everything battery-related the shop has an impressive display of hundreds of alternators, starters, and cables.If you re having any trouble with starting or charging, Richbourg s is the spot!

Never ever leave a review for people rather good or bad but they were great ! Five stars across the room! Everyone was so nice. He fixed my wiper handle switch on my Jeep Grand Cherokee! Love this place, this is my go to place now !!

Went in there to drop a alternator off for a customer and no one came to service me I stood there for about 5 long minutes it s like I literally been invisible to them one of them disappeared behind the counter and after another minute or two I peeked my head around the counter to speak to the guy and this fella went to go sit on a couch doing somthing on his phone and then so it was clear to me these gentlemen did not want to service me,

Crowded with cars to be repaired but great people with a friendly atmosphere. They took there time with my car and repaired it a reasonable price. I had to pay a deposit prior to repair for ordered parts but Robby said he would refund My money if the part wasn't needed or didn't work. The work they did would have cost me thousands of dollars at the dealer (electrical).

This is one of a kind shop! Family owned and operated as well. They can fix any and all electrical problems you may have. I once had a power trim go out for my 82 Johnson sea horse....couldn't find one. THEY REBUILT MINE! Good as new. I had a honda prelude get a electrical short and the entire car was going crazy. Took it to them and it was fixed before lunch! Both of the above problems where bad and nobody wanted to or was able to fix either. These guys are amazing and can fix just about anything! You got wiring or electrical problems of any kind, this is where you need to head to! You won't find better people and you won't find a better place!

My Dodge Charger Had Stopped on Me Unexpectedly. Come to find out it was my alternator. While asking around Richbourgs kept being referred to me but I was skeptical because I don't live in Florence. When I called Richbourgs The conversation was quick and I was able to receive a quote over the phone. I had my car towed while I was at work and within a couple days I recieved a call saying It was ready to go. Not only are their service fast and My Charger is driving like New, but the price I payed was actually the quote I was given over the phone. If you need any kind of repairs, don't hesitate to give them a call.

I went there from Conway, to buy a Tecumseh Brush Holder, they had it, plus a used one made in Korea, we need TRUMP back in the office as President, so It can be made in the USA again
