I felt like something wasn't right with my car took it in for an oil change and asked them to look at it. Turns out it was a lot of work. They worked with my warranty company patiently, made sure I had a loaner vehicle to drive since I'm a single mom. Kept me updated every step of the way. Did the absolute most in keeping the price what I could afford. Also they were quick about it... I wasn't out out of my car long. Picked it up yesterday and it feels like a new car. Ernest is the best! But they're all amazing in there. Thanks guys I really appreciate it

Wonderful customer service!!! Our car broke down while traveling. They got us in and out in less than an hour and our car was running smoothly. The price was way less than expected. If I was local, I would bring my car here for all of its needs. The bonus was how friendly the staff were.

Great Service, Friendly Staff, great warranties on Tires and Brakes. Even got a quote on some exhaust work and was really surprised with the price. They were 200$ cheaper than other quotes. Will return.

Chris, Tim, and Ashley.. all amazing! We traveled all the way from Charleston SC and my muffler came off! They were great, honest, and got us back on the road!GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today I got an oil change, tire replacement and brakes. Absolutely wonderful service! 10/10 recommend. Staff is very kind and informative! Grateful for Ernest and Chris s help today!

Stopped by with my 2022 Dodge Challenger GT to get some name brand resonators installed along with a rear muffler delete.The price was reasonable , and the end result was amazing; would definitely recommend.

I will never go too midas again. The company changed ownership awhile back each oil change took over an hour or two. I have never waited long for an oil change before. The only reason they were given a second chance, I want to be loyal to midas. Regardless who took over the company. However, the second chance was the last chance. I found a better place too take my vehicle for oil changes and it only takes less then 30 minutes.A Use to be Loyal Customer

Chris and his team are kind, friendly and helpful people. They work with you and your schedule. Always willing to walk through any action plans for repairs. Tried to charge me almost $500 to replace an alternator on a 2016 Jeep Compass and I had the part. Blacks Tire and Auto only charge $170 . Midas is a rip off especially during holiday season. My advice is : shop around before coming to this place

We are driving from Florida to PA for the holidays and our alternator died in the middle of the night last night. We got a room and went to Midas first thing in the morning as they were opening. They had us fixed up, out the door and back on the road in 90 minutes!!!! Ernest is a class act and helped us tremendously!!We can't thank you enough

My experience at Midas on West palmetto st. in Florence, SC was exceptional today. The manager Earnest went out of his way to straighten out a problem for me and my car was fixed. It drove better than before my accident. I'll probably be a midas customer for my automobile needs now. Thanks midas crew and special thanks to Earnest for resolving the problem.WB
