Had a great experience, everyone was very friendly and professional. I have read the reviews about the price, yes I could have gone to the parts place and purchased the oil and filters for less and then spend 2 hours changing it then drive to the landfill to dispose of the old oil. With all that said, I will return, sit in the lobby and have a complimentary coffee, thank you to the team. By the way, the air filter price is very competitive with Auto Zone.

A Little pricey, but the on site technicians and management did a marvelous job. It could be that I m now 70 ( years old) and remember $19.99 oil changes with benefits.. instead of 160.00 (full synthetic ) didn t exhist 50 years ago.

I arrived they were able to service my car (I needed them to plug a tire) in under 30 minutes and their fee was reasonable. Staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely go back to them again!

Jiffy Lube does fast and reliable work. I take three of my vehicles up there for oil changes and etc. The employees are respectful and very contentious.

Don't drive that much since retiring. Perhaps I missed something. Where or what went wrong in a year. Oil, oil filter and the usual inspections and refills of washer fluid and such. $65.00 at the dealership --- $122.00 at Jiffy Lube. No tire rotation, no engine or cabin filters, no light bulbs or wipers. May be going back to the dealership.

I enjoyed this location, very friendly, professional, clean and organized. They pulled my vehicle in the moment I arrived, explained everything to me and gave me options with clarification. This is now my location of choice. Don't sleep on Jiffy Lube.

Normally I have wonderful things to say about Mr. Bill and his employees here at this location. But on Saturday when I brought my SVU in for routine service the experience wasn't like it was before. My truck didn't even get vacuum like it was supposed to with the oil change. Just was not my usual service at this location really disappointed

Bill Sullivan (Regional Training Mgr.) and his team at Jiffy Lube did a great job installing tires I had delivered to the JL location off of Pine Needles Road in Florence SC. The check-in & check-out process was quick and easy. The tire installation was flawless and professionally done. I've taken my vehicles there several times and every time I arrive the facility is clean, well-organized, and the customer service is excellent. The manager (Bill) there can be seen serving & supporting his team. Each team member takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of service they provide the customer. The entire staff here takes pride in servicing my vehicles right the first time every time and I really appreciate it. I recommend others to give Bill and his team here at Jiffy Lube an opportunity to service their vehicle(s).

Went to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I know I needed 4 new tires but they wouldn't rotate them bc they said it would be dangerous if they did. So they were looking out for me and I appreciate that. Most places would have just wanted the money and not cared. Great people at Jiffy Lube in florence near Ebenezer park.

They are not only a great place to get your oil changed they helped me with so much more, I was having many issues with my car and they searched continuously for the problem found it and fixed it, They were so good to me , I would highly recommend them!

They jump right on it here at Pine Needles in Florence SC. They have a full crew. They mean business but are still very friendly and VERY quick. Hey Uber drivers GREAT place to come get inspections.

I use to take my car to the dealership until I took it here. Great service, very timely, great prices, and extremely great customer service. The service men talk you through everything being done to the vehicle and I was able to stay in my car. I recommend taking your vehicle here.

A lot of people do not know that Jiffy Lube does more than just change oil. They have done complete brake repair to my vehicle and now complete front end work along with a front end alignment. The staff here is amazing. Southern hospitality at its finest. I was traveling trough SC and stopped here for an Oil Change. I had a coupon from FL that wouldn t go through. They hooked me up with a SC equivalent. They lobby was clean, cool, and comfy!
