It s raining today. Not much effort was put into the rain-x application. It does great on the easy to reach areas of the windshield, but the important parts were halfway done. Left with washer fluid still empty. Not a huge deal, but this is why I chose to come to jiffy lube. Had to ask for floors to be vacuumed. And I didn t like the way the air filter and cabin filter were changed without asking me first. 2023 truck 12,000 miles.

Luis and team are top notch and made experience first class made it simple, quick, and straight to the point with the process. Would feel comfortable if my daughters visited this facility and not leave paying more than necessary!

I was pleased with the service I received. The manager welcomed me and promptly took care of me. I didn't feel pressured to buy services I was unprepared for.The manager of this location is a new manager and his team appears to be somewhat new, but they gave me a better service experience than many established crews do. I will definitely be making Jiffy Lube on Irby St near Cherokee Rd my service choice from now on.

The three workers, that were there th day I went by to get my car service. Those some really nice employees, I wasn't there no more then 30mins. Employees were very kind, quick & fast. Ms Kimberly was awesome, she run that place very professionally. You can tell, she love her customers to be satisfied, when they leave Jiffy Lube. Thanks to the other to guys, as well they were quick & clean with it. I will be returning soon. Thanks again

We had brake trouble in Florence when traveling from Florida to Virginia. I took the car to Jiffy Lube in AM and they were able to fix brakes and get us back on road before we had to checkout of our hotel room.

My wife and I was passing through the Florence South Carolina and the vehicle we were using needed an oil change. They were done within 20 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time we left. Good job.

They did an excellent job. We were in and out. The only issue I had was when I opened my glove box everything fell out. The technician forgot to put my glove box back together the correct way when they changed my cabin air filter. Charged my daughter $35 just to give her the code from the check engine light when she took the car for an oil change. Super scammy. You can get the codes pulled for free at any autoparts store. They should have told her that instead of trying to squeeze every penny out of her. We won't be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
