Second time I ve had to take my car there and went the second time bc from the first incident I knew they do good work. Although I think the damage was a little more the second time, my car was ready in a decent amount of time and it looks great! I still have to take it back for something else after 30 days, as I did the first time, but have no doubt it ll be done good in a timely manner!

Great service, excellent communication as job progressed. Returned my car 3 days earlier than expected and it was a beautiful paint job that has a lifetime warranty! 5 Star service!!

Sent my vehicle in for repair of the right side fender and came to pick it up and noticed my left side back door as well as left side fender had dent and scratch. I brought this to the staff attention and was told it needed bondo and it wasn t caused by them which isn t true because the dent and scratch wasn t there when I dropped it off. Staff painted over the dent but now I m scared to go through the car wash because I know it would cause further damage that was originally caused by staff at Five Star. I will NOT recommend this company to anybody who is in need of car repair.

They did an amazing job fixing my car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My car looks awesome. They also ordered and completed all the repair really fast. The only issue I had was that they said they would call with updates on the car and I never received that call but I did get text messages with updates. I m very happy with their services.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Picked up my car today and what an awesome job 5 star collision did! You can't even tell this car was damaged and a life time warranty to boot on their work! Shout out to Bri the CSR lady, so very nice, to Mark the estimator for a thorough job, and to Brian the body shop manager who went above an beyond to make sure this car was perfect! Thank you all so much. Highly recommend this collision center. On time, professional and great work.

My car was side swiped on the right side. I brought it in for repairing both front and back passenger doors and body on the right side. They got the car Dec 26. I got called saying they had trouble getting the right model door first for my vehicle , then they had trouble getting them to line up. Did not get my car back until Jan 30th inspected car saw white spot chips on hood, bubble in front chrome plating that I m pretty sure wasn t there but had no current photo of the front when I brought it because damage was not on the hood or front from accident, then back door still had a slight offset they said would settle after the new seals adjusted. Then when leaving the car would not crank. Lady come out said this happens sometimes the battery runs down when replacing doors. Then jump starts my car before I can leave. I made one stop to pick up my kids meds at pharmacy. Discovered my left tail light did not work and when I turned the car off it again would not crank back up for me to get home. Couldn t jump start my car because discovered my jumper cables were missing but were in the trunk when they got the car. The collision center also closed because they waited to end of day to have me pick it up. Had to call for help. They killed my battery , car had to be jump started a total of 5 times in 24 hrs starting from the collision center ,due to not holding a charge anymore. Then discovered they unplugged my left tail light and left it hanging loose in the trunk after clipping the panels back on. I don t recommend them I expected much better from this establishment than this.Service: Auto body & trim repair

My car was damaged by a delivery truck. I went to 5 Star to see about repair. I was given an appointment to inspect the car about 2 weeks after my first visit. There was also a $50 fee for inspection, that was taken off the bill paid by the third party. Car was inspected and an estimate was written. I gave the estimate to the 3rd party who called to make the payment on the parts up front. They had to travel about 75 miles to sign paperwork and pay. Parts were ordered and arrived within 2 weeks. I was the scheduled to drop off my car for an expected 4 week repair period. After 2 weeks, on a Tuesday, I was called to tell me that the car should be ready by the end of the week. Friday came and went without any call. The following Wednesday I dropped by to check on my car and saw it outside, looking complete. I was told they were trying to contact the payor for something and asked if I had their phone number, just in case. I gave it to them. My car was available the next day. My daughter hit a deer and it really messed up the front of her 2017 Toyota Corolla IM! The grill, the headlight, the hood, fender, coolant reservoir, and some other things. They let me know, up front, about some possible supply chain issues with getting parts. The parts were able to come in on time!! Actually, most came in early! Now, after a couple of weeks, we picked my daughter s car. IT LOOKS GREAT!! Thank You Five Star for keeping me updated for everything as it was done!! I would DEFINITELY recommend your services!!! This place is the worst place I took my car to for repairs. They had my car since the end of January and still my car wasn't repaired correctly. The first time I went to pick up my car something was going on with the paint so they had to keep it. A couple of days later pick my car up drove it to work and something was going on with the door took it back. Finally pick up my car the end of February still notice part of the problem they claim they fix call manager back about it and he finally called me back for me to take it to another repair place for them to figure out the problem. I called my insurance and let them know about problem I'm still having. They called another repair shop and guess what they found a whole lot of problems things that wasn't done correct and left off I wonder who does there inspection and I'm still in a rental vehicle and this is April. Please get a second opinion and double check if you feel like your car is not repair correctly. This was my first time and last time ever taking my car to them. I miss time out of work dealing with them and all I got was I'm sorry and that does not sit well with me. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on them I am not happy no stars from me and they took my money.Service: Body & Trim

They don t update you what so ever on your car while they have it , you have to keep calling and leaving voicemails and you ll still receive no answer and when you go up there after no one calling you back , the front desk lady will have an attitude problem with you. My car was in the shop over a month and I m having to take it back because it still wasn t fixed correctly. If you want good service all the way around I highly suggest NOT going here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was met by a gentleman named Ryan and received an explanation of what would take place with my vehicle,so detailed I had no questions. Tasha kept up with me on updates and every time I called. Greg explained what was done and kept me in the know. I can see why my insurance utilizes Nissan Five Star Collision of Florence. Extremely Professional! Mark was amazing! We were recommended to another body shop after hitting a deer traveling through SC. Big mistake. We found Five Star, had it towed there. He not only made sure we got to his location safe, our car was towed, checked out and fixed within 2 hours. Excellent customer service and a great asset to Five Star Collision. Even went back to shop that recommend other location and told them to start recommending Five Star instead!!

Got into an accident far from home. 5 Star Collision Center was referred by my Insurance as the place to estimate repair costs. They were excellent! Car was "total loss" and they were so kind to post my registration plate to me for free! The two receptionist ladies, April and I cant remember the other's name are the best! I would recommend this business 100%!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC, NEGLECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ! Hellacious reception and lousy update protocol. I will absolutely be filing a formal complaint against this establishment, reporting it to the Better Business Bureau, and I am going to be consulting a lawyer as soon as possible. Work was done, but I have gone back twice for them to re-adjust or add a piece which was not put back on by them. I think they would be great if they complete a thorough vehicle inspection, prior to releasing it back to the customer.

My dealings with Five Star have been horrible. My car was rear ended and 5 Star was one of their insurance's preferred shops. I was told 3 different times it would be ready. 3 days after the 1st time I picked it up. When I finally received my car back, it was missing 2 items that were explicitly on the estimate. One of them (tail lights) I didn't notice until after I left the lot. 4 days later and they have yet to return my calls or emails. Meanwhile I have busted tail lights and 0 communication. Avoid this shop.

Worst place EVER! Similar to another comment left in the reviews, this place called three different times to tell me my car was ready when in fact it was not. Additionally, the final time they didn't even bother to go over the repairs with me as they knew things were still wrong with my car! They gave me my car with a gapped connection on one of the front lights, the check engine light came on as soon as I started driving off the lot which makes me think they tried to cut it off before I would notice! I couldn't even drive the car off the lot without it shaking. I had to spend more money taking it to the car dealership for them to fix the repair they stated this shop should have noticed as the repair was something that was due to the accident. This shop does not know how to repair cars and I would have avoided them all together if I knew what I now know. I had to spend more money to get my car fixed because this company could not and did not want to fix the problems THEY caused. Even the car dealership stated they should have noticed it! I would recommend NEVER going to this place.....unless you want a sloppy job and continued problems that weren't present before your accident! I now have to go get my car checked thoroughly because of the screwed up service and shoddy work received from this place. Forget Five Star.....it is definitely NO Stars!
