Our truck broke down on a country road without any local services. We had a time trying to find someone who could tow our truck. Kashmir and Dun Rite came to our rescue- they drove from an hour away and provided excellent customer service. I really feel Kashmir went above and beyond and am so grateful. I highly recommend!

Wanted to thank Dun Rite Towing for their amazing assistance. I was stranded with a blown out tire on US 501 in a pretty desolate area. I was starting to panic because it took many frustrating calls to AAA to finally get some one dispatched. But when I got the call from Buddy at Dun Rite I knew everything was going to be okay. I initially requested a tire change but given the condition of the car I asked Buddy if a tow to my dealership would be a possibility and he was incredibly agreeable. He even called my dealer before I had the chance to make arrangements. Efficient, knowledgable and fast. Cannot say enough good things about this experience... they were literally life savers!!!

Their name says it all! If you are ever stuck on the side of 95, call Dun-Rite first. They are wonderful people with impeccable service. They have a flat bed towing truck, are able to pull your camper while towing your truck, and have a shuttle that will accommodate a family of six. Their service shop includes a waiting room with toys, TV, and coffee. We could not have asked for better help after finding ourselves in a less than ideal situation with our four kids. Thank you Dun Rite!

We were passing through Florence on the way to Florida when my husband ran over a pipe damaging the underside of our vehicle. We called Dunrite and we were really treated right! Cashmere our towing professional arrived promptly and was respectful and knowledgeable. The gal at the front desk listened cheerfully to my husband's stories making him much feel better. Marty the lead mechanic went out of his way to make us comfortable as we waited for an estimate. He was honest with us about the next steps to take with our car. These two out of towners' horrible day turned better at Dunrite Towing.Service: Car towing

Called AAA for a flat tire on I-95, but ended up having to be towed. We were so pleased with the company they sent...Dun Rite. The driver, Wade, was a pleasure to deal with...made a bad situation better with the great attitude and service. If you need a planned tow, or emergency service, feel confident in calling Dun rite. HIGHLY recommend using this company. Chris came out to help me within 15 minutes while I was stranded 2 hours from home. He sealed my tire and had me on my way in no time. The patched tire held up for over 2 hours on the highway and is still doing fine. Excellent customer service and good work!!Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

What everyone else has already said is true. Our Mercedes shut down with electrical issues on I-95. These folks provided fast, friendly, cost-effective service to help us get back on the road ASAP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Robert showed up at almost 2 am when I blew a tire out on the side of I-95N and changed my tire and jump started my car extremely fast. I explained to him an issue I had with a previous company trying to change my tire and failing and he went on their website to find out how to help me get a refund. He also called me shortly after he provided his services to make sure I was still doing alright. I m so glad I came across this company while in crisis!Services: Battery service, Tire change

First, let me start off by saying that this is the most professional, nicest towing company i have ever used. Chris was very helpful. My company had to use Dun-Rite to assist with unloading and offloading some equipment off of a semi box truck at a customer that did not have a loading dock. I reached out to the customer about 4-5 days ahead of time to get some information and to see if they would be able to assist. Chris assured me that his company was capable of the needed task. He advised me to call back the morning of to confirm services was still needed. I called back the morning of our delivery and was greeted by Chris again. He remembered me and confirmed he could be at location of deliver at the set time. He showed up on time and was very pleasant to work with. He completed the task with no issues and our customer is please as well my company. I say all this to say that finding a hauler/towing company with people who are professional, respectful, and true to their word is hard to find. We found all this at Dun-Rite and will continue to use them for our local hauling/delivering needs. Thanks again Chris!Service: Special vehicle towing

After being stranded in Florence for 4 hours and not being able to get an agent on the line at Nationwide Insurance, Dun-Rite Towing came to our rescue! After giving me a quote over the phone, Buddy arrived within a few minutes. He was polite and knowledgeable and had the car on the truck in no time. He even took extra care to make sure the front end of the car didn't scrape. Highly recommend Dun-Rite Towing!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Long distance hauling

I was having a rough day and it seemed to be getting worse. My car was trapped between my truck and a tow dolly crooked. I called and after describing my problem the driver told me he was doubtful he could help but he came anyway; long story short he turned my night around in what seemed to be 30 short minutes. I can honestly say that if I'm in need of towing/wrecker service in the Florence SC area I'll have no hesitation in calling Dun-Rite Towing.

I had an issue with a local shop claiming to be unable to remove a tire from my vehicle. Dun-Rite showed up to handle the tow and Chris was absolutely awesome. He not only got us where we needed to go and he loosened the lugs that were supposedly stuck.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Our boat trailer broke on New Year's Eve 3 hours from home . Johnny not only towed our boat & trailer but also repaired it for us.He was professional, courteous and charged a very fair price. I don't want to break down in Florence again but if I did I would never call anyone else. The business is correctly named Dun-rite. He did right by us.
