This shop here in Florence is great! Ms. Bailey, Matt, Thomas & Walker provide top notch customer service/care! Also the workmanship of the repair crew is awesome and efficient. Thank you Matt and Thomas for going the extra mile. My truck looks wonderful!!!

This was one of the repair shops provided by my insurance company. They kept me up to date with the repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. They really did an amazing job on the repairs.

Classic collision fixed a spot on the front bumper and I have never seen anyone color match a hard to paint metallic color like they did. It looks brand new , you would NEVER tell the tip of the nose had it paint matched. And I have been in the automotive industry going on 25 years. I can not express what I quality job they did.Highly recommend them for paint and body work.Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in a car accident and chose this place. Talk about making great decisions?! They had my car done and looking great in just a few days. No lie. They pulled my car up front and it looked the same way it did when I first brought it. Damage completely gone and car was super clean. I highly recommend this place for any type of car body work.I was involved in another car accident with a deer and had my car worked on again 5/2022. And it was great service yet again. My car looks brand new all over again. I will not stop recommending this place.Service: Body & Trim

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I purchased a new Nissan Maxima in September. At the time of purchase, I didn't notice that the hood of the car was mounted incorrectly, creating a lot of wonky angles along the car's profile on both sides, above the front fenders.On four occasions, I took the car back to the dealership (Nissan of Sumter) to be fixed under warranty. Each time, they gave me my car back having solved nothing.Well, it only took once for Classic Collision to get it right! These guys saved me from losing thousands of dollars in depreciation! I was ready to trade my car in. Classic Collision was able to make my car look the way it should have when it left the factory!

I went in for an estimate on my daughter's car that got hit by a Florence City Garbage Truck. The receptionist was very nice, as well as the gentleman who inspected the car and gave me a good estimate.What's odd is the City went with another business that was almost twice as much, which has me puzzled.

This morning, I had a tire that ruptured quite dangerously in front of their shop. I was shaken and just pulled into their lot in the very early morning hours for the light of their parking lot. Mr. Thomas and another mechanic helped me change my tire, checked it was safe for me to drive, and got me safely to work. I ll never forget the kindness and if that s the professionalism, devotion, and help they ll give to a complete stranger, I can only imagine the exceptional service they give to their customers during their normal business hours. I will ALWAYS recommend them going forward and will never forget the kindness, gentlemen. Thank you.

My Camry got hit pretty hard and it took 2-3 weeks but when I got it back it looked brand new and was washed outside and cleaned inside . Very happy with the work and customer service. My experience was good at first. But after picking up my vehicle I realized it was more wrong with my vehicle after I picked it up than before I dropped it off. The service I was getting was for a leak in my vehicle supposedly from the sunroom. They had to remove my carpet, clean, and deodorize it. After picking it, my back up camera doesn t work as well as my bright lights, and interior lights. I spoke with Matt the general manager and he stated that he was doing me a favor by doing the service because many people in Florence normally doesn t do. How it it my fault that your technician did not check my car correctly after placing my carpet back in my car. How are placing the blame on the customer. I listened but as soon as they get my deficiencies fixed that they caused back working. They will never have to worry about me coming back or referring them for business.

Definitely Would recommend But, only if Miss Sherry is around ..She definitely went above and beyond for me, super professional, very courteous, & really just a model employee. I probably saw Mrs. Sherry more than anybody else at this location & I'm glad that I did. Now they can be on THE Pricey side paying out of pocket lol but , if you're insurance is covering your vehicle; check these guys out .. Again That's only if Mrs. Sherry is there .. She's the main reason this location is getting 5 Stars !!!!!

My wife had a collision in September her car sat at Classic Collison for 3 months. Our rental car was only covered for a month. I probably called 12 or more times trying to get an update and was promised a call back every time which I never got. No one ever seemed to know the status of her car. In December I finally threatened to take it somewhere else and the manager "Matt" said he apologized and blamed Progressive for the hold up (Progressive said it had been paid for months ago). After taking the car home I went to check the car and noticed they had shoved the headlights in after installing the bumper and scratched the fresh paint off the bumper they had just painted. In addition to that they installed the old Chevy symbol back on the front of her car that was broken in half... Matt promised me he would take care of this, never heard back, surprise-surprise. (at least it drives I guess).. Extremally frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place.

Classic Collision is top notch in my book. Matt Gaster is an outstanding person, he helped us after our three day old van was hit in a parking lot on our way through Florence SC. The the strut was bent, wheel and tire damaged, he got us back on the road to Texas in a day and a half, If your in need of collision repair, this is your go to company for sure. We can't thank you enough Matt!

Went in to Jones Auto Wrecking after a few other auto shops in the area told me they couldn't fix my problem. The back sliding window of my truck had popped off the track and I wasn't able to get it back in myself.I walked into the repair shop and was immediately greeted and told to pull the truck in. After taking a look at the window they were able to fix it using a hell of lot of elbow grease and determination. I was in an out in less than 45 minutes. I couldn't be more thankful for my experience with them! Great customer service and great value, don't go anywhere else for your auto repair needs.

I took my truck n to have the bumper repreplaced. I took it there on a Monday n today is Friday n now I'm being told I won't get it back until next Monday after being told early today that I will have it back before close of business today .they don't return phone calls so I had to relie on the receptionist to give me the wrong info...Mr Jones never treated his customer this way...he is truly missed. I will never take my vehicle back to these ppl..the service is terrible...n their communication skills they have none...Mr Justin thanks for nothing...Will not refer my dog to uService: Body & Trim

Called once to get a quote based off of what I read on google, they did radiator repairs. The lady at the front desk had me on speaker the entire time which was unprofessional to begin with but then to tell me they like, don t necessarily do radiator repairs any longer . Why not start with that rather than asking numerous times which insurance company I m filing a claim with..?

They are very professional and unbelievably nice even with the shipping issues on parts they still go the extra mile to inform you weekly on the status of your vehicle. They really do take customer service the extra mile. Walker and David are wonderful!

Had service done here several months ago. They need to REALLY work on their communication skills with customers. They ended up keeping my vehicle for a week longer than expected due to lack of accurate communication. Had different employees giving us TOTALLY different stories about the status of my vehicle. They quoted us 4 different completion dates by the time we FINALLY got our vehicle. This resulted in us having to keep extending our rental at the last minute because we had to keep calling them to figure out what was going on. Even when we picked up the vehicle it was still not finished so had to wait a few more minutes for them to find a part. I suggest that they get a system where the current status of each vehicle is documented so that no matter who is giving the info, it'll be the most up to date and accurate. Final product ended up looking good so that was a plus.

I stop in Jones Auto Wrecking business with a leaky sunroof and the mechanic who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. That's the kind of qualities you want in a mechanic. Therefore, I highly recommend this company for all your car care needs!!!

State Farm recommended Jones after my Ford Escape was rear ended. Each staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They were thorough with the inspection and found small damages that would have been big problems for me down the road. When I got my vehicle back, it looked like it was rolling out of the factory.If I have a need for collision repairs in the future, Jones will be the company I use.

Our car broke down at a gas station right outside of I-95. Mark from Jones Towing not only took our car to the local Toyota Dealership, but he also took our camper to his lot where it would be safe in case my car couldn t be fixed in a day. The price was reasonable and my family and I are very thankful for the quick work!

Had trouble coming of the I-95 with my car and was sure I was going to get to get swindled by some questionable tow truck owner. I called blacks tires.and they recommended this business. My tow could not have went smoother. The process was easy and they have me vehicle to blacks tires in the promised time which was super quick. Best of all their price was very affordable. I highly recommend there business.

Thank you!! thank you!! thank you!! Our truck broke down on 20 west 92+ outside, s as soon as i sent him my location he was on his way. I m scared of big trucks, so he helped get my mind off what i was in so i could relax. He got us to a hotel, helped get things out of our truck, took truck to be fixed, and brought husband back to hotel. He went WAY WAY out of his way. We are so VERY VERY grateful for such a great man!!!

Getting Straight to The Point. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I should have known when I received a text survey before any associate contacted me, that I made a terrible choice due to the star reviews. Apparently the star rating is a lie just as there Company of Florence South Carolina. To Spare the details They Do Not Follow Thur With Any Customer Instructions AND THEN REQUIRED THAT I OR MY INSURANCE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE with Nasty Inappropriate Accusations DUE YO THERE NEGATIVE AND NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOR. If Anyone Needs More Details , feel free to ask. Also As Just A Side Note... I Am A 23 yr Member of USAA AND THIS IS THE DISRESPECT THE MILITARY GETS AT CLASSIC Collision . I Hope this Saves Honest People from having to be treated with soooooo much unnecessary Treatment.

These guys are not only the fairest price I found in the area, but they went above and beyond! My Driver needed to get to the Bus Terminal 15 miles from the truck drop location and the Wrecker Driver took him without hesitation and made sure he was on time. The owner found a lot for me to drop my trailer at to make the process even easier! If I could give more stars I would!

My wife and I were on our way from Jacksonville, FL to Raleigh, NC to flee from Hurricane Irma. On I95, in Florence, we were rear-ended and it caused $14,000 in damages. Our car was taken to Jones, and to be honest, we had no idea what to expect. The folks at Jones contacted us, walked us through the estimate, and gave us an expected completion date. The car was done 2 days before the estimated completion date, and it looks and drives fantastic. The repairs were done on a Mercedes E400, and I couldn't have been happier even if the repairs were done at a dealer. Fantastic customer service all around. I wish these guys had a shop in Jacksonville...

I wrecked my car last year and I had it repaired at Jones. Service was on point from beginning to end! The staff was friendly and the gentleman handing my claim was very knowledgeable. I am not sure if it is routine, but my car was even cleaned inside and out! I would highly recommend this business.

Traveling through the area, we hit a deer in a Sunday. The only shop open could not perform services needed and recommend Jones. After spending money on Uber to hotel, hotel and Uber to Jones. We were told they only had one driver and our car couldn t be towed until lunchtime. Absolutely no problem. While waiting (5 minutes) we called around just to see if someone else could at least get it and look at us sooner. As we already called out of work that day and needed to know what to do so that we could get home before the next day. Another shop could get us in sooner so we walked back in and told them what we were doing and asked how much we owed them for their time and to cancel their call. The lady proceeds to holdup our keys and say it s on the rack now. I mean I thought you only had 1 driver and he was 1 1/2 hrs away? We asked what we owed them for the tow and we were still going somewhere else because When were you going to tell us you had our car and was already looking at it? We would rather go to a place that was a little more transparency and didn t make it feel like we were about to get taken advantage of. So between the communication issues and the rude lady just yelling to us about only having 1 driver that day from behind the glass in her office, it was just a bad experience all together.
