I can't keep count of the times I've been, but each time has been a great experience, Shari and her staff are wonderful they do a great job in taking care of their customers. Whether it's something they can do or not, she will let you know. And if it's something you need done prior to brake service she will explain in details. If you're reading this, Hi Shari . If you're ever in Florence area need brake service see Shari.

I am satisfied with the services I received from Brake4Less in Florence, SC. A week after my brakes we changed, they had a squeal whenever I applied them. I called and requested an assessment and they fixed the issue without hassle and fuss. They gave me an receipt of what was performed snd still offered great customer service!Thanks!

Break 4 less is a warmer and inviting place, you can tell the workers here are like family, and that's how they'll treat you.. they're are extra nice and they will show you the problems that's wrong with your car and they do an excellent job... I really give them a 20 out of 10, based on there personality alone, and the same with the excellent job they did on my Lil slider (car)

I would highly recommend Brakes for less. I came in to have my front rotors replaced, and the staff did an awesome job! They were fast and professional. The Manager Shari and her staff (Chris, Joseph) are great! Thanks again.

I came in only expecting to get my brake pads a rotors replaced Chris informed me I had more issues than I thought.. I was devastated but none the less Chris and Shari worked together to get me safely back on the road until I can come back. Chris worked fast and did a great job explains my issues to me and how he could help. Shari did an amazing Job getting me the best deal possible for my situation I 100% recommend them to anyone need brake work done!

HONEST AND RELIABLE! Shari is the manager and Bill worked on our 2006 Honda Pilot. Our pilot broke down on the way to a wedding rehearsal. The bolt on the front caliper had come out and it messed up our rim and we had to have the car towed to their location. So thankful that we wound up here. The manager is honest and they do great work. Came through for us in a clutch. Highly recommended!

Brought my car there for a brake job. Was told I needed front rotors. Unfortunately I couldn t afford the price I was given so I declined and said to just change the pads I can handle the rotors. Few days later while installing new rotors, to my surprise someone had took a drill to the set screw. Those rotors have never been changed the drill hole was still shiny on the rusty screw. Leaves me no doubt that it s was done out of spite. Even if it wasn t it should have been replaced like they found it. That s bad business. They will never get my business againService: Brakes

They got me an appointment last minute on a Friday afternoon. They were quick and honest. Really like how they take you out back and show you what you ve got going on with your vehicle.

Was told front roters where bad and needing replacement. Had rear replaced and brakes all the way around. Six months later had brakes checked again at local garage and found the front roters were fine. Well over 650 for what was done so not sure if roters needed to have been replaced in the first place I think it was a scam .next time get a second opinion. Definitely won't be back.

I brought my car here and was recommended the premium package $300 and was still having issues was told it was covered under warranty by Dexter at corporate but when I got here was told I needed to spend more money. Just go to Midas these people sucks!!

Stopped in to have the ABS light checked on my car. The problem ended up being a wheel bearing that we had to order from a store and I will take my car back when it gets delivered to them tomorrow. However, all four wheels the brakes were shot so they replaced everything right then. I was impressed that they took me in to show me exactly what they were talking about before replacing anything. Everyone there was extremely polite and professional. I just Loved Shari! She was extremely understanding of my frustration! I will definitely continue to go there

I enjoy my service here starting with Sharey and Roy , staff has been awesome quick service. I'm very pleased with the work . Great customer service that's why I'm back ( Evans & palmetto, Florence) please leave Sumter alone, sorry but just what is.

Best place to fix your breaks. Transparent and you get a good lengthy warranty. I m glad i came her as they explained everything in details to me and what i needed. Also they do a free break check! Absolutely recommend.

First and foremost . Thank you for allowing all of my 6 children that came in with me with so much courtesy . When I mentioned how many would be in the lobby area ; they gave them party bags with goodies in them (with a smile) so yesss I love it automatically It was a last minute visit after my children got out of school I m definitely recommending you all to everyone & for the service on my brakes , another (round of applause) thank you thank you.. I was able to drive off without that horrible squeal;;; SO AGAIN, Thank you so much Shari Chris, Roy, Ryan, Maine.. you all are GREAT !!! Hands down 5 STARS all around this is my second visit with Brakes 4 Less and when I tell you super star service and staff I mean it each visit was a relief this location on Palmetto Street in Florence South Carolina always went above and beyond for me and without me even having to ask they guarantee there work and even provide warranties with the work which infact took no time at all I dropped my truck off but in no time they were calling for me to pick it up ready to go also they provided me with some information about my truck pertaining to completely different issues I was facing in the future I genuinely appreciate the service staff and help polite pleasant and professional they treated me just like family and in the south that definitely goes along way Thank you so much Mrs Shari and all the staff my apologies about not remembering everyone's name because they all contributed to me returning on the road safely

I went to the Florence, SC store on West Palmetto Street today on (my way to see my friend) to have them check my brakes since several of my acquaintances raved about this particular store in the past. Miss Shari Means and her crew members, Chris and Maine, were outstanding! The manager and the crew had a great synergy and they openly communicated the entire time. Shari gave me several options and thanks to her, my Optima sounds like she did when I first bought her. Many thanks, Shari, Maine, & Chris! Miss Sherri was beyond helpful today! I went in with an annoying screeching sound and she assured me that the problem will be handled. Not only was her customer service great, but the work that was done for the price i was quoted was amazing. I paid a fraction of what i was expecting to pay and was literally out in under 2 hours. As a female with barely any knowledge on brakes they didn't upsell me on things i didnt need which is definitely a plus. overall i give this store and Misses Sherri herself ( the manager ) 5 stars and i would definitely recommend their work!!!!Service: Brakes

I went in to have my brakes serviced. I told the wonderful receptionist that I was dropping my truck off and she explained to me that they would do a free brake inspection and that they would call to let me know what special package would best fit my vehicle. She called and explained the situation about my brakes within the next hour and gave me a great price over the phone. In a few hours later , she called to let me know that they were finished. That is GREAT SERVICE!!!!. They are a great staff and very professional. I am truly satisfied with their service. Thanks Greatly.Service: Brakes

This place is fantastic! Every where else refused to work on our break line because it was aftermarket or too complicated for them. Brakes 4 Less had the necessary part in stock and on the car within 24 hours. They give you upfront pricing and they do quality work.

Them replacing my brakes was fine. The bad part was going without a brake light on and leaving with one. One of the mechanics there was fired from another mechanic shop for messing up peoples vehicles. Which one of those vehicles was mine. Never thought I would run into the same person in a different city. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location.

When I tell you they are the truth is an understatement. Boss Lady made sure I understood everything that was wrong with my brakes. She showed me and walked me through what they were doing 10 out of 10 I recommend. Everyone was so nice. Nobody else can touch my car when it comes to my brakes.
