Excellent service!!!I was in a time crunch on a emergency run to Maryland and had a tire go out on me. Black's was very quick to get me in and new tires put on so I could complete my trip. Excellent service... Very friendly staff!And as a tow company owner I highly recommend them for your service needs and I will be sending customers their way!Great job guys!! Keep up the fantastic work!!

My family and I were traveling from Florida back home to Pennsylvania and realized we had a flat tire. The staff at Black s was so friendly and made sure they replaced our tire in a timely manner. They were so kind to my kids, put on a kids movie, and even gave them stickers! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to service their vehicles!

I ve been a customer with blacks tires for quite some years and their service is great. Anytime I need their service I just go and the wait isn t long. Their staff is friendly and courteous. They work hard to get you in and out, if anything arise they will inform you. I ve been to 3 of their business site and never had a problem. I trust them and the work that they do.

Friendly folks at the desks in the front of the business. It took less than 5 minutes to get checked in. The waiting area is very clean and there were actually up to date magazines to read. I was in and out of there in less than 1 hour. Up until now I had been taking my vehicles to Legacy Dodge(Effird) for service but they lost me as a customer when they started requiring an appointment to get my oil changed.

I was travelling from Savannah to Myrtle Beach, SC when I ran something over and within minutes I started losing air. Luckily, I was driving through Florence, SC and was just 9 minutes away from a Black's Tire location. AAA dropped me off and they took me in quickly, repairing the issue without needing to replace the tire. The boys at 2024 N Irby St, Florence, SC 29501 were friendly and very hospitable. The gentleman who took care of me even gave me a tip on some great BBQ nearby. Only in SC, baby! Thanks, Black's. You never disappoint.

This was my first time ever using blacks. Ok here s my honest opinion. They communicated with me and let me know what s going on while they serviced my vehicle. Charging a 120 to replace a battery after I purchased it from there is absurd. The quality of the work seems fair. Just a bit expensive

The staff are very friendly, polite and Professional . They made sure that I understood what was going to be done with installing my tires and recommended a front end wheel alignment. They were timely and I was in and out in the time frame they said. I am very happy with the tires and the service.

This is my fourth or fifth time back with this company. They have never done me wrong. I've had an Alignment done on my car a few times and The shaking always came back. Took it to black's tires and I have not had a problem since. My air conditioning broke and They fixed it i've had my oil change there 2 or 3 timesAnd it's always a pleasure dealing with the workers. Highly recommend black's tires I only go to the one on North Irby street in Florence.

Blacks tire is awesome. I have a Tesla S Plaid that has a tire eating problem. After much research I found that many Tesla vehicles have a similar problem of lacking an adjustmentable Camber on the rear wheels. I found a company which makes super high quality adjustable camber arms. N2itive is the company. I ordered the parts and Blacks Tire on North Irby agreed to install. Results were great and the S Plaid drives better than new!

Had a flat rear tire on my motorhome. They had a truck to my location in an hour. The technician, Devin, was fast and proficient. Took the tire off the rim and patched the screw hole. Can't say enough about the quality of service. I used Blacks about 7 years ago when passing through the Florence area.

Black's Tire and Auto Service is dependable. The customer service is top notch and they keep your vehicle on the road for a long time with their preventative services. I trust them with my vehicle's needs.

Everywhere I called wanted diagnosis fees. Blacks took me straight back no charge for diagnosis then the following day fixed my truck up! I am so pleased with the service and the friendly staff. These guys are amazing! I definitely recommend!!!! 10 out of 10!!!! Thank you guys so much!

Great place. Chris and Zach were the best. I was stuck on side of Interstate 20 just outside of Florence with three blown tires on my travel trailer. Zach was on scene in Less than 45 minutes changed my tires and then followed me to shop to completely change the whole set of tires. Absolutely recommend these two they are the greatest.

Blacks Tire has a good reputation around here. They check your issue and give a price. Quality of work is important too. Blacks repairmen have done excellent work for decades.

Took 4 hours to complete an oil change and had to pick it up the following day after specifically asking if they could do it that day. Dropped it off at 3:00 p.m. and had to come back for the second time the following day to pick it up. Only got an oil change and for some reason my front tires lost 20 lbs of pressure while at this establishment. Dude seemed upset I didn t want my cabin filter changed. Will not be going back ever.

I went in for a tire repair. Service was quick and professional. They placed a plastic covering over the seat and a cover over the floor mat. Very please with the service as usual.

Randy and Austin & Joseph saved our lives when our tire popped on the way home. They stayed after hours and picked up the tire from Firestone for us and put it on with no problems. We wouldn t have made it home safely without them!!!!

Service was timely. Provided repair details and repair was completed quickly. Service technician was knowledgeable and answered questions readily.Mr. Leon is a "tier one" technician; I appreciate his attention to detail.

Love Blacks Tire and Auto Service! Took my van, Charliesangels, in for a much needed spa treatment there the other day. Brakes, steering issue, a tire change and oil, alignment and something else. Amazing Mechanics Go Pro! Aaron and Team should be working on NASCAR and FORMULA 1, they are THAT GOOD! I could tell they really love what they do, they Shine brightest there at Blacks Tire and I definitely will be back in future. The Awesome dudes there showed me Excellence in performance and I am impressed. Big Thanks to all of Charliesangels' Mechanics, she sure is happy on the road now!!

Took my motorhome in for a frontend alignment. Chris Boswell, technician, was very helpful in getting my appointment set and got the work done in a day. Motorhome drives and handles so much better. I will use them in the future for taking care of my RV.

My Jeep Renegade somehow picked up a nail as I was traveling down from the mountains (go figure). Low pressure numbers kept dipping, so I knew it was more than just a change in atmospheric pressure as sometimes happens. Dropped my Jeep off and had it back within 2 hours. I knew I d receive quality and quick service: family use them all the time for oil change and tire rotation. Their quality service, professionalism, and courtesy will keep me coming back. Highly recommend!!

2033 BMW flat tire puncture from a huge screw onI95 Florence. Pulled into a gas station at the next exit and a kind soul said Black's was a couple of milrs down the road and maybe could help. They did. Tbey replaced the tire but more importantly showed me why it couldn't be patched. Whole process was about 90 minutes. I'd trust them.
