I ve been in customer service for the past 40 years, in saying this I wanted to recognize Sandy and the team at American Luxury Coach, this is my 4th ALC truck and the first minor issue ever. I had an issue with the running board lights and a scuff on a rear wheel flare that someone scuffed for me in a parking lot. With one phone call to Sandy, a few emails back and forth, I had an appointment for 8am a couple days later, when I arrived I was welcomed by name, the owner stopped by to shake my hand, running board lights replaced, wheel flare replaced and I was out the door within 40 minutes. Thanks again ALC.

I recently picked up my new 2022 Z92 from marine Chevrolet in Jacksonville NC. great truck, and a great deal!I ordered a LTZ and it was beautiful, however i wanted a little more and marine shipped the truck to American Luxury Coach. from there Allie, my contact, took over. She offered suggestions, called me, sent me options, sent me pictures and at the end of the day I got a truck better than I had imagined. it is really rugged looking but in a very sophisticated way.Thank you Marine and thank you ALC..."Allie"!!!

ALC builds amazing trucks and they never fail to turn heads. A few weeks ago, I was having issues with the side steps and the team at ALC were able to walk me through how to solve the problem right over the phone. My phone call was directed to a gentleman who was knowledgeable about every detail about the build/install and he was able to identify where everything was located: even though I was hundreds of miles away in the 1st state (Delaware). Needless to say I was impressed. It is a testament to how the team at ALC takes pride in their builds. They were able to save me a trip to the dealership, and I am one happy customer for it. Everyone here was friendly & professional. I couldn t thank you guys enough.

I've bought 3 Chevrolet Trucks with ALC packages from West Virginia I now live in North Carolina. I was passing through Florence SC today and needed my lift torqued. I called up Sandy as I was about to pass through by there shop 30 minutes out and she told me to come on by and take a look and they would fix me up. I've got to say when my family and I pulled up to the door they meet us with open arms and absolutely took amazing care of us. I cant say enough within the hour we were there how great there hospitality and service was. They went above and beyond what I even asked them to do when I arrived. The owner walked through the door as we were talking to Sandy and they were amazing and friendly as well. Absolutely amazing folks!!!! Also thanks for the ALC gear as well! We will definitely be repeat customers for the 4th time when we are looking for another luxury jacked up ride! NO ONE DOES IT BETTER AND PRETTIER THAN ALC!!!ThanksWood Family

Working at American Luxury Coach has been such a wonderful experience. I would like to thank the staff and management for the wonderful opportunity that i was given to utilize my job skills and extremely appreciative for the new skills i was able to learn while working with this wonderful team of individuals. I have learned so much with the help of these wonderful people both professionally and personally. Working here has been such a pleasure. All the employees have treated me with respect and compassion. I am truly going to miss every aspect of my job and the wonderful relationships that i have built. I am very grateful and pleased with my experience at American Luxury Coach.Keep up the wonderful job at building custom built trucks with precision, quality and care. You are making the world a safer place to travel one truck at a time.P.S. American Luxury Coach is an excellent company. Had a small issue with some of the parts they installed. My dealer couldn't get it repaired and basically ignored me since it was an "ALC problem" (which is odd because the dealer sold me the truck & warranty) so I called ALC directly. They immediately sent out the replacement parts and made sure I was satisfied. They stand behind their work. If your dealer is giving you the run around then call ALC directly. They really care and Sandy is great!

This is not an angry post it's an informative post of my experience of American luxury Coach. I purchased an brand new 0 miles 2022 Silverado with American luxury Coach package Z92 on it. The website list all the modifications that they're supposed to do but they don't. I also emailed the ALC via email to asked about the upgrades and got no reply back. I had my truck for several month you will learn that the workmanship is cheaply done, and my side steps have led lights with stop working within weeks of having my truck. The led light wiring eventually just fell and hung off the truck, and it took ALC weeks to ship the lights from South Carolina to Fayetteville, NC were I bought my truck from Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. The amout of money I spent on this package I would expect more.

I can not say enough good things about ALC! I've had my truck for a year now and absolutely LOVE IT (and the attention I get)! Needed a small part replaced, drove the hour and half because I don't trust dealerships, met Sandy and they had it done within 30mins. As long as they are outfitting trucks, I will be a forever customer!

My $70,000 Ram truck has never functioned correctly due to the lift installed by ALC. This Tecstar edition had problems from the start. Speedometer was not callobrated and I waited months for an adapter module. The seat heat was non functional, ALC failed to reconnect after installing custom Katskins. Parking sensors with brake assist CAN NOT BE MADE TO FUNCTION. Front tires rub when backing up, despite having been retourqued to spec. Traction control activates for no apparent reason. Dealer and Chrysler claim not their problem even though they sold as new and with warranty.if you don't believe me, make an offer to purchase, I'll save you thousands over new and countless trips to the dealer for resolution. Bunch of hacks

I would never buy another truck from this company, I went through 5 rear end builds on my 2013 silverado and 4 sets of rims with 3 sets of tires. Now I have 44k on it and can't pull any trailer with out the rear end going out, this set up from them is junk. My fuel mileage is 8 mpg, it struggles to even pass another car. The dealership won't even take it on a trade it in....

Recently bought a gently used truck with an ALC package. These guys are super helpful and accommodating, despite it not being under their warranty period. I would definitely purchase another truck customized by thesession guys.

Scam, they take normal trucks, add a few things to it, then mark it WAY WAY up. It would be cheaper to buy the truck then go have the exact work done elsewhere.

This place is okay but too expensive. They don't get holiday pay and they don't get raises like they should a black person or a Mexican can never move up to actually making some money at this place and the management is horrible when it come down to their workers and they talk to them like trash
