Definitely appreciate the great customer service from everyone there. As I was at a fuel station putting air in one of my tires, my valve stem popped off. One of the mechanics were walking by & he told me to quickly bring my truck to one of the bays at the shop and they got me back on the road ASAP. I had the odd circumstance of having to wait over the weekend until Monday for a mechanic. The friendly staff at this location were very accommodating and I had no qualms with the waiting until my truck was repaired due to their hospitable nature.The only bad experience I had was when some uptight district or regional manager (or whatever) came through and broke the teams spirit by taking away the one fun piece of flair they had in their shop, because it didn't fit the corporate image.It was sad to see this, because I'm a firm believer that people go somewhere due to its uniqueness and because they like the atmosphere. People are less likely to return to a business where they don't enjoy being.I'm however very thankful for the team working in this shop, and all the hard work they do. These people are heroes to us truck drivers... they keep us moving, so we can keep America moving.

I think at that time I had a flat tire so they replaced my tire service was good picked up some fuel and went through my 34 recap

I checked in for a coolant leak. They ordered a brand new coolant reservoir because the one there was leaking. The few technicians I interacted with were courteous and helpful. The coolant reservoir was replaced successfully. Coolant spilled in some areas on the engine compartment. I brought it to their attention and the tech hose it down. Salesman Mark Atkison took care of me. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

Needed lug nuts torqued and swung into love's. In and out in about 20 minutes and my lug nuts were brought to regulation as expected. I'd stop here again.

They lie about approximately time. Told me 45- hour and after 1 and half hour they told me another 1 and half hours don t risk!

If you have a flat and can make it somewhere else don't EVER EVER stop here. The tire technician I got has got to be the worst I have ever seen in 17 years of driving I have been here since 10 am and it's now 13:35 and all I needed was 1 trailer tire and he has not even got the rim off smh I wish they had negative ratings

They don't work at night and the morning shift starts very late, almost 2 hours later!No trabajan de noche y el turno de ma�ana empiezan muy tarde, casi 2 hrs despu�s!
