They do not value your time even if you have an appointment. If you can go somewhere else I advise you to where you are appreciated. It took three hours after my appointment for my car to get looked at but it never got fixed. I now have to make another appointment which is such a inconvenience to me.

Crooks. Three transmissions for one car. I do not recommend benson nissan . They will lie to you . Look at all the ther bad reviews, they are true. Look up nissan class action lawsuits.

Had the car in for normal service work set the appointment got the car in and handled it very professionally actually I didn't expect any less Benson runs a tight ship
