Matt was fantastic, super easy to talk to, super kind and willing to help. I didn t catch the name of the sweet woman that came with him, but she was stellar as well! They both carried on conversations with us while working diligently to get us back into our apartment. We were over 45 minutes away from them, but they were extremely willing to make the drive and get the job done at midnight!!! They were able to remove our lock and replace it, so we didn t have a hole in our door. They also gave recommendations for a new lock! I will forever be grateful for them and recommend this business to anyone.

Very friendly people as well as very helpful!!! Came out and helped me with my Nissan in lock down mode and even did a little mechanic work just to help an unexpected family member. Got to talking and found out we have common relatives, small world, things like this is what makes a company and team great!!!

Would recommend these guys to anyone!! Matt and Jade were very professional and courteous. They came out on a Saturday when we needed them and had the key fobs programmed and emergency keys cut. If ever we need this done again, I absolutely know who to call.

THE BEST SERVICE EVER! These people worked in the rain and stayed until i was inside my car and drove off! They did a phenomenal job, definitely would recommend them to anyone. Their number is SAVED - LOCKED IN MY PHONE

They're absolutely great! They came out exactly when they said they would and got my back into my car in less than 15 minutes. While the husband unlocked my car the amazing wife made me an extra key and helped comforted me when she could tell I was stressed to the max! Thank you both again so so much!

These people literally saved my night. I locked myself out of the car in the freezing cold on my way to the hospital no lesss!!! I don t know how I would ve gotten little jimmy arm fixed up if it hadn t been for their quick and excellent service. I cannot recommend enough!!! Also she was the funniest locksmith I ve ever met, and she brought little jimmy some McDonald s to top it all off!!! Excellent and fast service and prices and incredibly reasonable

Simply . AMAZING and WONDERFUL!When you are elderly, or not you sometimes just do not know who to trust to call for help. We were up against a time crunch to get our key redone, before an appt to have our truck fixed. The Bennetts came, on a Saturday EVENING! to our home and lickety split, took care of the problem. They are just so nice, knowledgeable kind, caring and charge a fair price for the entire job. Simply AMAZING and WONDERFUL! Call these folks if you need any re-keying. They WILL SHOW UP and KEEP YOU INFORMED as to progress etc. Thank you Jesus for these folks. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Bennet for helping us.

Bennett Lock and Key were so awesome! They got me going after I left my keys in Myrtle Beach, The pricing was affordable and great customer service. And prompt arrival, I would definitely use and or recommend them to someone in need. Knocking on wood I don t lose two keys haha but if I do I ll be calling Bennett! Thank you so much you two saved my tail.

Excellent service and great people. They definitely saved the day for us! My husband's car key had got so worn down it would not start his car and locked up his steering wheel. We thought we would have to tow to the dealership. One phone call to Bennett lock and key and they were out in no time to fix his key even with a chip! Definitely recommend and will use in the future for all my locksmith needs.

These guys are amazing. They came to my place to help pick my trunk which had my keys locked inside. After cutting me a key for both the trunk and the ignition, I had realized I killed my battery by leaving my car door open the night before.They went out of their way to charge my car and make sure I was alright. Not only did they go above and beyond, but they were also reasonable with their prices and masters of their craft. They will be my go to if I ever need help again!!!
