I can t thank Nardev (or Randy if that s what he goes by) enough for coming out to assist with my fuel issue. Once I explained what was going on over the phone, he knew exactly what the issue was. He saved me time and money by doing a road call instead of having me tow in and had me up and running within 2 hours. The price was great too! Thank you so much for your excellent service and your kindness. If I m ever in the area again in need of assistance, this is where I will be going. I d recommend this shop to anyone in need of servicing.

Was on a greyhound ride it s been a long time I was reminded why I don t ride greyhound but the guy at this business on 3/7 around 4 all the way to 6ish he worked on the bus until he knew we were good to go! It didn t take him this long but our trip was prolonged due to greyhound; not because the speed of service here. He was Quick fast and very attentive WONDERFUL PLACE OF BUSINESS! Don t hesitate to stop here people!

While I typically don't write reviews, I feel compelled to share the exceptional experience I had with my semi truck at Aloha Truck. Dealing with the manual regen issue for some time, I was pleasantly surprised by the assistance I received from Randy. Not only was the problem resolved, but I also received valuable guidance on preventing such issues in the future. I am truly impressed by the level of service and expertise provided.Aloha Truck's pricing was also very reasonable, which further adds to their commendable service. I originally left a 5 star review because I thought the price was reasonable and service was good. However after getting trailer back to my home base, I find that the two brake chambers installed (passenger's side of axles) were long strokes instead of short strokes like the opposite side of axles. There's two DOT violations if not corrected. 1. You should know that that's not acceptable...I should not have to inform you of that 2. Though you agreed to pay to have it fixed, don't bicker with my local shop that's doing the work over the slight shop supplies that they charge when you charge well in excess of their shop supplies! 3. Put the caging bolts back in the new brake chambers! The only reason I'm giving you 3 stars instead of 1 is that you did end up paying the shops fee to correct it.

There is no shop right now everything in in construction but Nardev is very professional guy and he will come with road service car and he have any kind of parts and equipment!Best price,big difference from prices on truck stop and way better quality work!If I could I would give 10 stars!

I had issue with fuel line. They found the problem right the way. They showed me problem. Explained me everything ( which some shops never do) . Reasonable prices.Great service!

I got this shop next to TA in Duncan SC and they took my truck in without waiting and their price is also very good and very professional with their job Randy has lots of experience and very nice guy . I highly recommend and Iwould give then 10 start if possible.

Two days ago I had a truck break down on I 85 south going to Atlanta and I had to call road assistant so I called Alfa Truck Lube & Repair asked them to look into the problem. He came and followed step by step to find out the problem then he said CPU4 needs to be changed. He helped me by calling the dealer and confirming the availability of the spear part. I was lucky, we got the answer from the availability of the part. He took me his car to the dealer to brought the part and solved my problem.Guys! What impressed me most of all was the way he confirmed that it was the faulty CPU4 because, he trying to get a CPU4 from another truck to make sure the part to be replaced won't stop me on the road again. In five years of owner operator, I have never seen such a kind and humble person. He is very professional and tries hard to solve drivers problem.Truckers! If you call for Alfa Truck Repair, I will tell you that you will be happy with his service and the time.

Thank you very much for the great work you ve done for my truck and the time you saved for me Randy and his colleagues I personally highly recommend this shop this is more than a shop guys very polite professional, well communication and knowledgeable, what happen to me was my truck broke down on I85 because my air compressor was completely bad I called a mobile shop they couldn t fix it and they left that was at night I stayed at the shoulder and in the morning I started making some calls for shop it was Sunday and there was no single shop I called was sure if they can get it done the air compressor due luck of parts and the Machanic wasn t available for the most of the shops I called to fix my air compressor, this is where magical happened and every thing went smoother than I I expected, I found Alpha truck lube & repair I called the Great Machanic answer the phone I asked if he can fix my air compressor and told him that I Evan need to tow my truck cause remember I was on the shoulder the whole night, Machanic Randy told me he can get it done and he gave me peace of mind not only that he guide me step by step on everything he connected me a tow company I towed my truck to his shop early in morning Randy showed up he was that kind of person who s really good at communication and was very helpful he diagnosed the truck found the problem was the compressor needs to change then with me he started making calls to get the parts he did call several dealers and help me get the cheapest in price brand new compressor with warranty he started fixing and save me whole a lot of time he get it done same day we test the truck together was running ok again, where other shops told me they will take at least 2 to 3 days to fix it, Randy and this shop fixed within a day and help me to put some fittings were missing without Evan charging it, I know this might be long a bit long review but I would loved to explain what I ve experienced here with these great guys Wich I ve never had such a great experience with a repair shop ever before, the price was very reasonable, but the professionalism, the peace of mind the reasonable price and the good communication was everything, again I really really appreciate your work guys especially Randy and his colleagues,
