They did a great job on my oil change and with replacing a damaged tire on my vehicle. The service was fast. 15 min for oil change and 15 min for my tire. On top of everything else, it's Wal-Mart! Go shopping!...**update** so after praising this company for doing such a great job, they failed to replace the screws back into my pan. Then I was suggested to take the whole piece off of my vehicle! No! I purchased the vehicle with all parts tried out this company for an oil change and something as simple as putting my screws back in was not done..it caused damage to my vehicle when the pan fell as I was exiting off the freeway. Very dangerous and scary! I had someone temporarily hold the pan with zipties, but I'm glad to say it is properly fixed! No thanx to Wal-Mart Auto Care!

Very pleasant and helpful! Frederick and Geoffrey were awesome. I needed a battery for my suv! Diana was the greeter and wrote up my ticket immediately and truly was a pleasure as well! They make an awesome team and Desmond also helped to expedite everything!

I had a blow out on the interstate and I didn't have a spare. McCollum Towing help me get to Walmart, where they had some of the best people working there. I don't live there but if I'm going that way I stop there just because of the way I was treated.

Had a tire blowout in the parking lot of South of the Border, S.C. at 6:30 am during a long road trip. Threw the donut on and limped to the nearest Walmart Auto Center. The sign at the Auto Center said they opened at 7 am. It was 7:30, so I tried to walk in. They would not open the door because they said they didn t open until 8:00. With their faces on the other side of the glass, they told me I had to walk all the way around the perimeter of the store, to the front entrance. A few minutes later, I was standing on their side of the glass because the rest of the store was open. I thought I would pick out a tire to prepare for their 8:00 Auto Center opening. I found a Goodyear Assurance tire on display for Regular Price: $89.00, Now $81.00. They rang the tire up and told me it was $89.00. I walked the cashier (who turned out to be the Auto Center manager) Sharon Thompson over to the display tire to show her the sale price. Without hesitation, she countered with a $3.00 off discount. This would bring the price down to $86.00. I reiterated that the display sale price right in front of us was $81.00. She proceeded to rip the display paper out of the plexiglass fixture and crumple it up in her hands whilst simultaneously telling me... get this... Prove it. She obviously was unaware of the fact that I am from New York. Laughing uncontrollably on the inside, I told her to get her manager or I was going to call the police. She told me to go ahead. I shut up to allow her a third chance to make the right decision. After Ms. Thompson had a 3-minute back room pow wow with the store manager, the store manager told me they would honor the $81.00 sale price. I responded with Yeah. I know, (as she stormed away with attitude). The mechanics were polite. Maybe it s time for some new management and some Customer Service training.Really, Walmart???FYI: This behavior would never fly in New York State.

They saved the day for me yesterday when I had to purchase 3 new tires! They were the only ones in town to have the tire size that I needed. All 3 were installed in less than 20 minutes!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. A blowout in the middle of the interstate would have been preferable to going to the Dillon Walmart. It took 4 tries to explain what we wanted done (new tire on one rim and then all 4 rotated), and the employee couldn't use a calculator and was going to charge us for an extra tire plus another $40 worth of God knows what before we questioned her and got the manager over there. 2 hours later, we were under the bay being asked what we wanted done to the car, only to then be told that they wouldn't rotate the tires. Another 30 minutes later, we were BACK under the bay where I had to move my spare tire myself and physically hand them the tire key. After being told that they'd put everything back when they were done, I left and found my spare tire sitting in the middle of my trunk along with everything else they were supposed to put back in the spare compartment.

We had issues with our tires on the border of South Carolina going into North Carolina. It was a Sunday and July 4th weekend, not a good time to be on the road. We luckily had the Walmart Auto Care Center and limped in on the spare tire. We then decided to just replace the 3 remaining tires and call it a day. The service was top notch and it was done very quickly, these guys saved the day and the vacation. Hurrah!

NEVER EVER get your oil changed or have any kind of work done here! The service is lackluster and the prices are outrageous. They will not call you to let you know when your car is ready and they also don't bother to roll up your windows either once they get finished, avoid this place at all costs.

Very fast service. Had oil changed and tires balanced and rotated. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I know this was unusual, but I hit it at the right time.

Did not open on time, rude service. They really didn't care about assisting me. The service center employees act as if I was bothering them by being there.

This place isn t great at all they refused service to me and my friends to get wires when they could ve easily have gotten the key and it was nowhere near time to close up and we had to go to Marion Walmart to get what we needed because no one knew where the key was and they never have anything in stock like they should not very great support and usually rude to customers and always on their phones as well I had to sit there and wait for the woman to get off her phone in order to check out

I love to check Walmart first for everything! I love the fact that they can get it for me if they don't have it and I know when I'm going to get it!

Boy ...they really screwed up my tires. Broke the valves so they couldn't put air back into them. I ended up having to drive on my run-flat tires and ruin them and went over to Black's ... they did me right.Lucian Reed Appomattox

Well my driver side of the wouldn't open but I went there to get my tire change. They told me that they couldn't do it because they couldn't get in and out the door.

Got oil change and was expecting them to check tire pressure which they said they did. Tire pressure is low on same thing it was on when I left home
