Came in to have 2 rear tires balanced and installed. My vehicle was pulled in in less than 10 minutes and was ready in 30 to 40 minutes...Excellent service! Everyone was very courteous and professional. My visit went very well. Thanks guys

Blacks Tire Team showed concern about the problem I was having. I'm easily to get anxiety when my car isn't running. When I talk to them, they made me feel relaxed. The service was excellent and my car drives like the day I bought it. Thank you.

I was greeted very professionally. They expedited the task that was to be done on my vehicle in a very timely manner. I didn't have to wait long at all. I would recommend Black's Tire to other individuals that I know.

Coolest shop I ve been to! I was on my way down from va to sc and had a blowout on a tire. Called them and they had the tire there within 20 minutes. They mounted and balanced it at a very great price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great honest people!

Lifesavers here..Allen took us right in in early AM after blown tire on 95S with wife and 3 kids Florida bound..replaced tire, took my word that I had purchased road hazard insurance....and quickly sent us on our way....AT NO CHARGE!Allen Stephen's and his team are the best I've ever met...and deserve your business....

Even as they were not able to provide the service my vehicle needed Carlos Trejo was extremely helpful and above the standard of customer service. I will return to have my vehicle serviced with their other skills.

The guys at Black are very efficient and easy to work with. They are my go-to for vehicle service needs. The prices seem very reasonable. I called at noon for an oil change, they called an hour later to tell me my rear brake pads had just started hitting my rotor on one side. My vehicle was ready an hour or so later. Always friendly and professional.Thank you!

Here is KUDOS to Crystal and the amazing technician! We had a tire separating! Found at the gas station! I called this location to verify the tire was in stock! We came in and they quickly got us back on the road! We replaced 2 tires! I am in the fleet industry and will definitely recommend this shop to all drivers in the area!

The guys at Black s Tire in Dillon are remarkable. From the care they showed my wheels, to the FAST delivery of my tires! The most important aspect to me, was the attention to details. They used black wheel weights that match my wheels, as opposed to the silver weights. Overall Blacks Tire is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. However I feel that $125.00 to have them plug into your vehicle to find out what s wrong with it is way, way out of line. I had it done for $25.00 just down the street.

We had a tire blow out on our RV on I-95. Black s was close by so we called and asked if they could replace all four of our RV tires. Fortunately, they had four tires in the size we needed. They replaced them quickly and we we re able to get back on the road!Highly recommend this shop. Great price and the service was above and beyond! Thank you!!!

I had a very positive experience at Black's Tire in Dillon, SC. Personnel were friendly, as well as professional. I was given several choices from which ro choose my new tires. The work was completed faster than expected.

Very good, they listen payed attention, but most important it was an emergency and they delivered meaning I'm from P.A. and was traveling on Vacation in my camper van. Didn't know what was wrong. But they found it and fixed the problem. Thank you Guys

Took my car for an oil change & get brakes checked. Was told my brakes were metal to metal & needed new pads & rotors on back & front. My brakes were not scrubbing..at all! Took it to another shop & yes I would soon need pads but were not all the way to the metal. Just wow is all I'm gonna say. They get 2 stars for being convenient for oil changes but won't do that anymore either.

Exceptional service!!!Had an issue with a tire after running over a deer on I95. Pulled in before they opened and guys were more than accommodating to turn around a situation that we thought could last all morning. Back on the road in a hour!! Cannot thank the guys enough for helping our family out!!

Had to go to Blacks unexpectedly today for low tire pressure. Found out I had an unrepairable nail in my tire. The gentleman helping me was very nice and honest about what tire I should get. Even helped me with the discount on my new tire. Thank you Blacks tire!

Brought one of my trucks in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 1/2 hours. When I left I realized they did not rotate the tires even when they said they did. Makes you wonder, did they change the oil? I will not be giving them any of my business in the future.

Mike at Black's found us a tow company that could get to us on 95 when our insurance roadside assistance hadn't matched us with a tow company, offered to stay at the store on a Saturday to get us back on the road, and worked within the budget I gave him for us to get tires. He checked both the shredded tire and the other tires to make sure that we would be safe to travel the 300+ miles back home, found that one other was bad, and still was able to keep it within our budget. Amazing team!

My parents were on a road trip and unfortunately, multiple tires needed to be changed on their fifth wheel. It was last minute and they kindly helped them even if it was about closing time. Truly, they really helped them and were extremely helpful!

I could not recommend a tire shop more than Blacks in Dillon, SC. Every employee in the store on Tuesday, June 29th, could not have been more helpful. My dad and I were on our way to Florida with out boat on a trailer when a tire failed. Carlos quickly identified the issue and then checked all remaining tires, including our spare tires to make sure we would be safe to continue our trip to South Florida and then back to NC. Thank you so much for going above and beyond the standard call of duty!

First of all I can certainly appreciate Mr Carlos. He has been my personal mechanic. He greets and meets with a warm smile.
