Mavis and the staff has went absolutely above and beyond for me this morning.As a single mom, they completely understand the importance of riding in a safe vehicle. The manager Tyler is very knowledgeable about cars in general and is open to listen about your concerns.The women up front named Amanda helped me from the minute I walked in, came out to make sure I was aware of what my vehicle needed. She explained everything in detail about what the charges were when it came to the total of my visit. They aren t concerned about up-charging or taking advantage of customers like some places are. These people have been a blessing in my life.

This place is absolutely the best when it comes to customer service! I needed 2 new tires and it was an hour before closing and they said sure u can come on and we will take care of that for you but little did we know that I had other issues and the two guys stayed over an hour and a half past closing just to make sure that I would make it home safely until I would be able to get the other parts I needed to fix the problem! I highly recommend this place it is very reasonable and staff will definitely go that extra mile for you not to mention the thorough job on my tire maintenance! Thanks Mavis Tire and the manager as well! Oh, and I forgot to mention it's right beside Walmart so you can even multitask and do some shopping while you wait Great location!

Hauled an excavator n skid steer and 2 out of 4 tires blew out - BOOM!! POW!!. Stopped in at Mavis. PPOOFF! As I gave my repair info the tire rolled in and were sittin ready by the time we finished talkin..DONE SON!! The bays were full of cars rollin in and out. They were quik..friendly..really helpful. I thought nice new building..meant high prices..NOPE!! Extremely affordable. Try em. I got truck n cars needin tires too. Ill b bak. Call n compare its worth it. Waitin room was EMPTY!! Nobody waitin, everyone gettin in and out. FREE AIR 24/7 not these cheesy gas station quarter thieves that never work.

Very helpful and answered questions thoroughly. Did not hesitate to say they could take care of my truck's service and alignment.But, it turned out that they do not know how to do an alignment on a vehicle with a leveling kit on the front end.Nice folks and good place for oil change and tire maintenance.

Thanks to Amanda and Tyler me and my daughter can ride around again safe and sound with no problems. They were outstanding! They worked with me and were very patient with me. This will be my new car shop. The prices, the atmosphere, everything was right on! I will advised this to be your auto shop. I thank God for them

Today I had a flat tire around 6:30 and call many businesses but they were closed or about to close. I called Mavis and they told me to just get there before 8:30. Travis was so helpful and the staff got my tire repaired immediately. I'm so grateful for the professionalism and service I received today!

I just dealt with Amanda the assistant manager at the Darlington SC location. She helped me with my 2019 Jeep Renegade l. She was awesome, and businesses need more employees like her. I had a very pl3asant experience and will recommend others to come here and get their tires etc.

People were very friendly but it took over an hour for them to finish putting on a single brake pad. On top of that I watched my car not get worked on for at least 20 minutes. I got here at 12 it is now 1:15. Do I need to go put my tire on my self, or maybe even go back there and help yall finish? Absolutely ridiculous especially on slower looking day. Most of the workers I have seen are dancing around goofing off, which I m all for, but not when I m trying to get my car fixed in a timely manner, ESPECIALLY when I had an appointment. I started to look through the windows at my car and I saw the guy who helped me yell the person who was working on my car, asking what the hold up was, I hadn t seen the guy work on my car in now what has been 30 minutes, he finally went back to working on the car. I was told it would take 25-35 minutes, the fact that the time has almost tripled is insane. I understand things might come up, but when it s something i could do but only brought here to do because i didn t have the TIME, to work on it today. If I wanted to have this take all day I would have done it my self. Safe to say I will never take my business to mavis again. If you re looking to waste your Saturday come on down!

This is the best place EVER!! Nice, knowledgeable staff. Very professional. I had my oil changed, a tire put on, and a headlight replaced. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend highly!! I feel like I'm in good hands there.Shout out to Jay our technician!<<he was the sweetest, he explained everything and even let me watch them do stuff. I am so impressed!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

So my morning started off horrible as I woke to a flat tire! I ran up the road to mavis tires & brakes , the employee Tim, helped me ASAP. With no problems, put me in the system & pulled to the back in less than 15minutes!! He s so nice, kind & respectful. Long story short if you need any assistance Mavis Tires & Brakes is the place to go! Thank you again Tim! I really appreciate you for all you do!P.S Ask for Tim

Everyone was super nice. Nice and clean inside.They jumped on my car right away. Not a lot of waiting like some places.Tylor was very nice and explained everything to me. Great Guy !!!I would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing brakes fixed or tires.One really important thing to me was Tylor did everything possible to save me money. And being on a fixed income that was very important to me.Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Allen is an absolute amazing person I don t know much about cars but I didn t feel like he was trying to cheat me he offered different services to me and also explain why and what it does to the car i really appreciate him . Great guy Thanks

Stop by Mavis and was immediately greeted by JaQuandre and Jameison. The Store Manager Tyler helped me with my service selection. The alignment tech Spencer did an awesome job on my alignment. The two Assistant Manager Amanda and Travis were awesome. Amazing staff and service!

As a single mom of two girls, scared and needing services done on my car in an unfamiliar town. Tyler went above and beyond to help me today. I needed to have my spare tire put back up under the car; he came out to help me and not only did he help me, but he taught me how to do it myself. He was so pleasant and so helpful. I can t express how grateful I am for all that he did.

Road trip emergency. Called mavis and Tyler answered. Heading to Florida from Massachusetts and need rear brakes and rotors. And it simply cannot wait. Come to find out calipers as well. Tyler put us at the top of the list and had my car on a lift 30 minutes after i called on the lift at 10 out the door at 12:30. incredible service here at mavis tires in Darlington South Carolina!

Im an out of town truck driver. Tim and Travis were both a great deal of help. Service was great, fast, and affordable. Before i knew it my tires were changed. Staff greeted me with a smile. 10 out of 10 service.

I called right before they closed with a screw in my tire. Tyler said come on in. They stayed open late on a Friday night to make sure I was taken care of. I greatly appreciate the kindness and understanding. Plus they did a great job.

This place is great and the people that work there are so helpful! I had to get all 4 of my tires replaced and they did a great job ! He even checked my brakes and fluids and looked out for me when I needed my power steering flushed. They are very trustworthy and a great place to take you car!

Need your tires and brakes checked , inspection, and other great services. Please check out the Mavis Tires & Brakes in Darlington SC. They have great customer service and very prompt, and they found the issue w my tire after I had taken it to Honda Dealership in FL and the local Walmart Auto Center. Thanks fellas for the time, patience, and help.

First time coming here. Didn't know they did oil changes and a lot of other vehicle repairs. Very professional experience. They repaired a tire leak for me in the spur of the moment the following day and showed me another wheel missing a lug nut. They actually use a torque wrench to check proper tightness (Wow). Very impressed with these folks.
